Clean ., comfortable and a short walk to restaurants

Great apartment - large, light, well appointed and comfortable. Main sitting / dining area was particularly comfortable and a lovely space. 5 minute walk into main part of town (supermarkets/ restaurants) but super easy to park right outside the front door, so it is perfectly located. Block felt safe and secure.

We really liked the apartment - maybe the bathroom could be updated a little but no complaints overall. We were OK with being on 2nd floor with no lift but others may find this difficult. Something you might want to check when booking.

Great location short walk to bars and restaurants and about 10mins to bus station for both sides of the falls. Lovely host clean and tidy. We stayed in the room with the red chairs - can’t recall the number - it is a little “dated” it has the feel of staying at your Grandmas house, prefectly ok, and we loved our stay but just so you are aware, and there was a slight musky smell in the apartment as well.

Las instalaciones, la ubicación y la predisposición de Valeria que nos recibió muy amablemente para indicarnos como entrar y como movilizarnos para empezar nuestro recorrido ya que contábamos con 2 días y los lugares aledaños para cualquier eventualidad. TODO EXCELENTE, MI FAMILIA ESTUVO FELIZ. HERMOSO LUGAR.

Un poco la ducha no tenia contención del agua al ducharse, se mojaba todo el baño, igual nos dejaron ante esos eventos trapos de piso para secar y la puerta del patio no cerraba.

The apartment was centrally located and we were checked in personally by Valeria. Communication was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment does not have a lot of room for four adults and is showing a fair bit of wear and tear. The couch and lounge chairs were not very comfortable. Also we could not find a plug for the kitchen sink which would have helped when washing dishes.

Le contact avec le loueur, on a l’impression d’avoir des échanges avec une intelligence artificielle. Aucune considération, pas d’adaptation à nos attentes particulières. Sommes partis plus tôt que prévu.

The apartment is very close to the main bus station so it’s very conveniently located. The place was spacious and had everything needed. The hosts were very nice and responsive.

There was a particular odor to the apartment but luckily not intense.

Ice was coming out from air conditioner. We needed to clean them.

Great location near the bus terminal in the city center, easy check in and check out process with the electronic access, large apartment with a/c.

The shower didn't have much water pressure.

The property is located near local stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend and stay again.

Departamento superior: Muy lindo departamento con todo lo que uno necesita para alojarse. Limpio, cómodo y amplio. De fácil acceso. Esta ubicado a solo 200 metros de la zona céntrica de la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos.

El baño parece de otro departamento, viejo. Al tirar la cadena del inodoro o usar la pileta de lava manos emana un olor un tanto nauseabundo. La limpieza del baño podría ser mejor. Creo que sería una muy buena inversión reciclarlo para que la experiencia de estadía sea 10 puntos.

Really central to everything but still in a quiet area. Nicolas, our host, was very knowledgable.

Modern and easy-to-use system for entering the apartment.

No elevator but Nicolas helped carry the bags . 2 to 3 blocks away from good restaurants and supermarkets, less convenient if you want things nearby. King bed in the solo room was lumpy and stiff, uncomfortable for sleeping. Bathroom Fixtures: Outdated yellow toilet and bidet; overall dated look despite the shower being functional. Flushing: Toilet flushing is slow; sometimes water rises alarmingly before draining. Kitchen Setup: No kettle — only a coffee machine or microwave to boil water Internet: Unstable during brownouts

Buena ubicación. Lo alquilamos pensando que nos moveríamos en colectivo, finalmente por el valor del trasporte público decidimos alquilar un vehículo (lo menciono para que otros viajeros lo tengan en cuenta). El alojamiento cómodo y espacioso.

Debería tener algo más de vajilla para cocinar. Hay que subir por escalera.

Zona tranquila, apartamento espacioso. Cerca de la zona de bares y retaurantes de la avenisda principal.

El apartamento estaba en una tercera planta sin ascensor, y unas escaleras para subir el equipaje grande que llevabamos, muy incomodas. El apartamento tiene un WC francamante antiguo que deberian plantearse reformar. Los cierres de las ventanas y terrazas muy antiguos que no aislaban nada del ruido.

Està molt ben situat. La comunicació amb el personal ha estat molt ràpida i fàcil. L'allotjament molt còmode i acollidor.

Cercania a todo. La atención de Nicolás excelente, atento a todo, impecable. El dpto, cómodo, grande... Es antiguo pero esta en perfectas condiciones

Alojamiento completo, limpio, a poquisomas cuadras del centro. Cómodo para una familia de 4. Y a 3 cuadras de la estación de autobuses. Todo cerca. Totalmente recomendable. Y regresariamos!

La comodidad, buen confort y ubicación . Además de la atención de Nico. Volvería a elegirlos si vuelvo a Iguazú. Muy recomendable!!

Todo excelente, hay algo para decir del acceso es por escalera, un 3° piso para mí no fue molestia pero para gente con alguna incapacidad o de mayor edad se le va a complicar.

The property is conveniently located in Puerto Iguazu. It’s close to the bus station, restaurants, and sites. It’s easy to catch the bus to the falls and the airport from here. The accommodation was spacious for a family of four. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were sufficient for making dinner. Coordinating with Nicholas was easy - he also spoke great English.

Location was great…2 blocks from the restaurants and bars and about a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Easy walk to the Triple Frontier took about 30 minutes. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t use the kitchen except the kettle to make coffee but looked to be well equipped. The host, Nicolas, was fantastic. He was there with the keys, gave us some tips about town and followed up the next day to be sure we didn’t need anything. He even provided a taxi contact, Diego, to take us across the border to our hotel in Foz do Iguaçu. We found Marin Apartment a very nice stay and a great value!

Modern spacious apartment in a central location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus station. Nicolas was very helpful and easy to communicate with and gave us tips for our stay. Kitchen very well equipped.

The property provides a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable space to relax. The location is great, there is a supermarket, bars, souvenirs and cafes within 150mt. The host’s were extremely easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and assisted me whenever required. Facilities were great.

Some noise from internal stairs from other guests (didn’t trouble me)

We had a great stay at Marin Apartments. We stayed 3 nights so that we could see Iguazu Falls from both sides. The apartment was in a great location with an easy walk to the bus station, restaurants and bars. The best part of this trip was Nicholas, the manager on call. He was very responsive and gave really good advice on how to get the Falls, restaurants to try, navigating the city... He let us get into the apartment a few hours early, saving us from walking around town with suitcases in very hot weather. There is no elevator and this apartment in on the 2nd floor, which is the third story, so it does require walking up 3 flights of stairs. The bedrooms and living area are a good size and the kitchen is huge and fairly well equipped. Since we were there in the heat of the summer (temps in the high 90's!) the kitchen door had to be kept close as the air conditioner couldn't keep up. One problem we had was that the living room furniture was very low to the ground and quite difficult for us 60+ year-olds to get off of. There was a dining room table in the living area that we used a lot, instead. The master bed was on the firm side so just be aware if you prefer a softer mattress. All in all, it was a great place and a great value for our stay to see Iguazu Falls and if we ever come back, this is where we will stay.

The living room furniture was not comfortable.

Large apartment, secure building, good a/c, good shower, good beds. Couple of blocks from restaurant row. The owner recommended a taxi diver to us, who turned out to be a great guy.

There was a power outage; it only affected us for about 45 minutes; other parts of town were in the dark for much longer.

The manager is very nice and professional.

The guy who checked us into the apartment, Nicolas, was very helpful during our stay. He got back to us right away when we had questions. The property is a short 10 walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the bus station. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Puerto iguazu.

Simple, clean, good location and good value. Very helpful host who went out of his way to assist us with check-in and booking transport.

The kitchen

Shower soap dispenser was loose. Found roach on bathroom floor. Location in a very skeezy part of town. Walked by people lounging on the sidewalks. We only stayed one night. Ended up staying in a hotel a few miles away that was only a little more expensive. This place should have been half the price we paid

Nicolas was exceptional. He spent so much time explaining the apartment and the town. My luggage was lost and he contacted the airline for me. Really great guy, he made me feel so welcome.

The location was great, close to the city center: restaurants, bars, cambio, shops, transportation and so on. In particular, Nicholas was a great host. He answered questions promptly, told us about a great restaurant and even a good cambio. We would highly recommend the Marin apartments. Very spacious and comfortable.

The apartment is huge. Fantastic king bed in one of the rooms.

It is an older property but for the price point you get great value for your money.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Nicholas was super helpful and responsible. We had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, many bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. We felt safe to walk around the neighbour! Love it!

Well furnished apartment in an excellent location with good security. Nicolas, the host, was so informative and helpful. Well within walking distance of everything you could need (supermarket, laundromat, bus station, restaurants, and more), and you can even walk to the "triple frontier", which I recommend.

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Location couldn’t be better, just off a Main Street, very walkable. Host met me to check in and was incredibly helpful. Apartment is a little run down but perfectly comfortable. I would stay here again.

It was a quiet location, but walking distance to a lot of places. It was nice having a kitchen and it was great for our family because there were 3 bedrooms.

I was greeted by the host very nice very informative and helpful. Always available if I needed to ask a question.

A true king size bed and a king size bedroom. The location was great, between eateries and the bus station.

The bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned better. Moldy grout in the shower felt uncomfortable. Also, there was old fruit in the refrigerator when we got there.

The host was friendly and gave us good info. The apartment was very spacious, clean, with smart tv in every room. The tv and Netflix impressed the teens. Good wifi connection. Walking distance to bus terminal and restaurants. Taxi costed $18 (US) from the airport in July 2024.

There is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor (what they call second level) which was a hassle. This made me housebound. There was no option for ground level. Other than that it was a nice stay. Since I can't use stairs, I got to watch Netflix.

Everything about this apartment was great. Location , the facilities and communication with the staff. The apartment was clean and spacious. And we had a very comfortable stay during our visit to Puerto Iguazú. The wifi works with no fault. So does the heating system. It's located in a very central and safe location.

Our stay at Marin apartments was fantastic. Juan is a great host. He took the time to show us around the apartment as well as the points of interest around town. Overall he was very accommodating and the apartment was well kept.

Great location closed to the centre of this small town and to the bus station for the buses to the falls. (the street is quiet) The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. The kitchen as plenty of utensils with a full stove if you want to cook. Juan the host is really helpful and friendly and it wasn't difficult to get the keys.

Great location, and having a whole apartment worked well for our family of 2 adults and 2 college kids. Juan met us when we arrived and had lots of information about the town, where to eat, where to change money. He even recommended a place to go swimming. He was also really responsive via email before we arrived, and answered lots of questions that helped in planning our stay in Puerto Iguazu. Juan is a great host!

The front of the apartment faces the street, and there was a lot of noise at all hours of the night. Even with windows and doors closed you could hear dogs barking quite clearly. Maybe upgrading to better windows would help.
