Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Une grande chambre de 4 qui nous a parfaitement convenu. Un jardin agréable et un petit déjeuner correct. Le personnel était charmant et l'emplacement parfait, à quelques minutes de la place centrale.
Dommage que les voitures soient garées juste devant les tables du petit déjeuner, mais nous en avions une et étions bien contents de pouvoir la garer à l'intérieur 😄

Verificar que se ponga el número de toallas según el número de huéspedes en la habitación Que se tenga para el desayuno la opción de leche deslactosada. Que se incluya queso y es mejor que sea jugo de naranja. Considerar la posibilidad de hacer el checking desde las 12 si la habitación ya está disponible. Y que se permita dejar el carro en el parqueadero si llegamos temprano, porque llegamos a las 8:40 a Villa de Leyva y tuvimos que pagar parqueadero hasta medio día.

Queda todo tan cerca, espacio para guardar el carro, que no necesite sacarlo para pasear por la plaza. La estancia muy agradable no hay ruido, los baños impecables y la señora Mildred muy atenta en todo! Gracias por tan excelente servicio, nos hospedamos con mis hijos total 4 en una misma habitación y amplia

Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station & 5 minutes to Plaza Mayor. Enjoyed celebrating my birthday here!

Bij aankomst was de deur dicht en stonden we in de regen, daarbij hadden we van tevoren geen instructies gekregen hoe we naar binnen konden gaan. Slecht. Ik denk dat dit niet vaak voorkomt.

Volvería de nuevo, es muy central, espacioso, con buenas adecuaciones y facilidades de ingreso, ya que en mi caso tuve que entrar después de media noche, pero con las indicaciones pudimos ingresar sin problemas.

La anfitriona fue muy agradable, nos enseñó todo y nos reservó parking en un parqueadero cercano ya que la calle estaba en obras y no se podía acceder con el coche. El desayuno muy rico y muy variado. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025La amabilidad del personal, el espacio del desayuno, la vista hacia la montaña desde el comedor, el espacio de la habitación era amplio, viajamos con un bebé y nos facilitaron una baranda para la cama.
Está un poco retirado de la plaza central, el agua caliente se demora demasiado tiempo en salir y siento que es un desperdicio innecesario de agua.

The hotel does not have a staff for check-in past 7pm. They send you codes to enter the property and the room, but it does not feel very social The breakfast is subpar. Skip it and get a better one in the city.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2025Great location one block from the secondary square near some of the best restaurants in town. An ample Breakfast was served in the flower adorned courtyard.Rooms were spacious and clean.
Cars on cobblestone streets and village dogs answering each other through the night are probably a common issue anywhere you stay. Bring earplugs. Did the trick. Pillows are tricky and these were simply to fully stuffed and hard. That’s a matter of taste. The showers are very small, not unusable, but if you drop the soap, you’ll need to back out of the shower to bend down and retrieve it.

My only suggestion would be for this place to add an electric tea kettle where they have the coffee machine for tea. My friend and me were both a little sick and we couldn't make out own tea. But Ivan brought us hot water when we asked so even that little detail the service was great

Mildred seemed completely surprised to see us arrive despite us having a copy of the booking. When she did let us into the courtyard she was shouting at us. We showed her the booking and despite this she continued to be very hostile. We were shown a room. The internet access was complicated but she had been so horrible we didn’t dare ask her to reconnect it. Breakfast was rubbery egg , arepas and a dry roll. I asked for jam but she replied no angrily. We have always had lovely stays in Colombia but her people skills were dreadful. We moved hotels after one night .

Reviewed Jan 22, 2024There are 5 spacious rooms, two of them on the first floor. The latter have exposed wood ceilings and are more attractive. It is in a quiet neighborhood. You get in and out of the building using a kee card. There is a fridge in the room with bottles of water for sale. They offer parking for those traveling by car. Freshly squeezed juice at breakfast.
Although they prepared mixed vegetables for us (we are vegan) they were just boiled and tasteless. You can have either juice or coffee at breakfast. Nevertheless they accommodated us. There are two disinfectant liquid hand soaps but no shampoo. Whille we are having breakfast they started sweeping. They were not very close but we saw the dust coming towards us.
