It was a quiet place with helpful staff.

The pool is not clean enough and is not well-suited for children, being only 4 feet deep. The breakfast is also not good.

I’m staying at this hotel currently, for one night thankfully, with two boys ages 7 and 10. It’s 10pm and all my two kids and I can hear are other families. Kids can’t sleep. The people in the room above us and beside us are banging around and jumping between beds. Toilets flushing, doors closing loudly, noises from above, beside and the hall are so much worse than other hotels I’ve been to. Sounds seem to reverberate and literally shake the whole room. This hotel is not made for families who actually need to sleep! The fan a/c unit, even on high, will not drown out the noises. Also I’m sleeping on a pullout sofa bed by the door that looks and feels older than the hotel, with rods poking into my back and squeaks. I appreciate the kids being able to borrow swim goggles for the pool, but honestly, that’s about it. Never again.

Very clean, my grandson had left something in the room after we checked out, and they were very accommodating to let them go back up and grab his special stuffy.

The breakfast area was not nearly big enough for the crowd of people trying to get breakfast.

We got a suite with 3 beds, was very nice. Comfy beds. Nice stay close to CrossIron mall.

We weren’t aware of a party going on under us and we could hear loud music and they were super loud in the pool. Breakfast was packed, we didn’t get to enjoy it as there was no seating and most things were gone when we looked around. The pancake maker wasn’t working either.

The location was great which was the reason we chose this hotel. Close to the mall with a pool and water slide for the kids.

The hotel only has 1 elevator which was clearly insufficient for the number of guests. The wait was always lengthy. Breakfast area was also small for the size of the hotel - my family (and surely others) had to get food and return to our room to eat as there wasn’t space to sit in the breakfast area. Selection of breakfast foods was also very medium as the staff was struggling to keep items stocked for the number of guests. Our assigned room was directly next to the elevator and a service/utility room which was noisy and did not make for a good nights sleep.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff at the front desk were great.

Pool and area was dirty. Pieces of floor coming loose and hurt to step on, also on the stairs for the water slide. Concrete in hot tub was damaged. Hot tub was very small. The staff at breakfast weren’t the nicest. Felt like I was in the way when getting food and they had no manners.(no excuse me or pardon me, they just pushed right through)

Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich wollte etwas Wasser aufwischen, danach war das Tuch schwarz, an der Badewanne war außen ein großer Fleck und bei der Blende vom Waschbecken auch, möchte gar nicht wissen was das war. Unser Zimmer war genau gegenüber vom Lift und daher extrem laut, bei einer Nacht wäre es uns egal gewesen, aber zwei Nächte schlecht schlafen wegen dem Lärm ist nicht so toll. Zimmertausch war auch nicht möglich.

Nice room and swimming pool. Breakfast was basic but nice too.

We paid extra to have a late check out, as our flight was later on in the evening, so we were looking forward to a good lie in but the cleaners outside of our room were really loud at 8am. We think it was a Supervisor explaining to a cleaner about what to do/clean? When we told reception they did not even give us an apology.

Great location for the RV rental. It was comfortable.

Very dated - rooms didn't seem very clean and needed some TLC. Pool area is in need of some serious update - wasn't very nice at all. Breakfast is very average plus tey use single use plates and cutlery. .

Closest hotel to Crossiron Mills Mall, very clean room and hotel, comfy beds, front desk staff very pleasant and professional, check in a breeze, overall I was happy! Will definitely stay here again!

Lugnt läge utanför stan, gott om parkering. Lätt att ta uber istället för att hitta vettig parkering i närheten av Stampede-området, om man besöker under de intensivaste dagarna. Standard frukost, helt okej, men snålt med sittplatser vissa dagar. Trevlig personal och utrymmen, även lätt att ordna egen mat vid behov. Vi hade en störig granne första dygnet, därefter blev vistelsen betydligt bättre.

Great value such a fun room with bunk beds, sitting area, lots of sleeping space. Functional and spacious Breakfast is amazing, great choices, constantly topped up. We love the pancake machine. Pool is great, with hot tub and water slide

This is a great place to stay and very close to land marks like cross iron mall , BAPS Hindu temple , Costco . The place is very well maintained

Was super busy, not enough tables to sit down for breakfast. Tub looks like it wasn’t cleaned in quite awhile.(needs to be scrubbed not rinsed). Booked here for the Waterslide for my child and my friends kids to enjoy but when we tried to use them first thing in morning was told they were down for the day for repairs. This should have been communicated upon checking in the night prior, would have went elsewhere. Caulking in bathroom to seal sink to backsplash was poor quality workmanship, finish overall looked rushed and attention to detail lacked. For a newer building you would think it would have been better.

construction commercial zone. Swimming pool was fill with dirty stagnant water in the pool, kids pool, hot water Jacuzzi tub and most dirty was the water below the water slide. Also the area near the lift and the vending machine is very dirty and congested.

Good location to where we needed to be. Clean room, well lit parking lot, friendly staff, and decent breakfast.

Some of the chairs in the breakfast / waiting area were torn and beat up. For only being 3 years old, I would have expected better furniture. Went during some ball tournament so the pool area was very loud and no one working in the pool area. Maid didn’t clean or restock our room during the stay.

Staff was great They were very accomodating, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel meets what we needed for this trip.

The A/C unit was too loud. The plumbing noise was loud too. These 2 factors made our stay not the most comfortable.

Wonderful staff, room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable temperature upon arrival, coffee and tea in room, bathroom amenities were good as well. Breakfast had egg omelettes, bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes, yogurt, fruit and cereal, muffins and toast, coffee was hot. Would definitely stay again. Eric was great at the front counter.

The bed was average at best and the furnace/ac had a terrible noise to it, sounded like a bag was stuck inside.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool and water slide were excellent—we really enjoyed them!

However, there were a few issues. A dog in a nearby room kept barking from 8 AM to 9 AM, which was quite disturbing. Also, the toilet in our room didn't flush very well.

Convenient, Greta parking, easy reach of Cross Iron Mills, beds were comfortable and breakfast was really good! Staff were very polite in the morning.

There wasn’t anyone monitoring the pool and a group of boisterous youngsters kept jumping in and out of the hot tub and running around. I appreciate children are children but they were dive bombing and my daughter didn’t want to stay as it was too chaotic and unsafe.

We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately the sound insulation was poor. We could clearly hear plumbing noises from the second floor every time someone used the bathroom or shower, which made it difficult to rest at night. The breakfast was average, with limited selection, especially if you arrive after 8 a.m. The quality of the coffee was disappointing, and there was a noticeable lack of variety in products offered. Additionally, using margarine instead of butter was not ideal. Overall, while the stay was okay, the noise issues and breakfast quality affected the overall experience.

Great family hotel with waterside. Our room was welcoming. There was lots of space for suitcases. We had a microwave and bar fridge in room and a decent size t.v. Staff were friendly in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast area was clean and appealing. This hotel is located close to Crossironmills Mall as well as other shopping areas. There is a casino located close by. I would stay there and I would definitely recommend for families due to the water slides and pool

Quick easy check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Some food avaiable to purchase in the hotel. I would suggest that people pick up a late dinner on the way there. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good for free.

Breakfast eggs were still cold. I should have microwaved them. The pototoes were not good at all. Lots of other stuff was available to eat and good.

It's a clean and nice hotel for it's price. Staff were very friendly. This is our go-to accomodation whenever we go to Calgary with family. They usually allow us for an early check-in whenever the rooms are available. We also love their breakfast buffet with lots of selection. The price is worth-it!

I appreciate the location being out of the city, quieter than being close to the hussle and bussle.

I always book a king size bed and this time we we put in a room that had the adjoining doors, locked of course, but we were still able to hear our neighbors visiting quite a bit. I am sure it was just their last available, but I will.check next time to make sure our room has no adjoining rooms.

The alarm was set for 6 am. Not sure why. Having a restaurant on site would be very helpful as there is not a lot in the area outside of the mall.

Property was good.

Easy to find, friendly staff, super roomy rooms. Breakfast was adequate with sausage, toast, yogurt and if you were into it Pancakes. Oranges and apples. The juice machine was under repair!!

Terrific location for travellers, shoppers & race fans. A track, casino, major shopping centre easy access around City of Calgary. Pleasant staff, lots of room space and quiet. Pool and waterside. A breakfast that was sausage, egg, toast, yogurt and coffee.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Extremely close to the Cross Iron Shopping Mall. Within walking distance, weather permitting. And a short drive onto the highway and into Calgary.

The room we had was long and narrow. For five of us, it made it challenging to move around at times. And the breakfast selection was very limited in the hot options. My only suggestion would be to add cheese maybe, so one could try and create something.

The location was perfect, and the breakfast was well done.

The rooms are terrible you walk around the room and the closet doors rattle. The lighting is good in the room. I've stay here a couple time before and its changed for the worst.

Too noisy. We were by the stairs and the door kept slamming and people stomping until 2am. It was busy with sports teams so lots of kids running around. There was a sports arena next door.

Not really a complaint, because I understand the circumstance, but the breakfast had undercooked hash browns, cold ham, eggs were good, but weird, rubbery almost. But it was also super busy during my stay, hockey teams & their families, so I can understand the undercooked food, and appreciate the staff for trying to refil the hot food as quickly as possible. My only real complaint, is there is only one elevator, I heard a few families complain about this, you spend a good amount of time waiting for it. (Aren’t we so hard done by)
