Camera pulita e ben arredata posizione vicino al centro ma in zona silenziosa e immersa nella natura. La piscina piccola ma molto gradevole.

Accueil chaleureux, établissement calme, propre et confortable, non loin du centre, il est très bien situé. Je recommande cet établissement.

Une petite amélioration serait peut être de pourvoir petit déjeuner en extérieur mais c’est vraiment un point négligeable au vue de l’accueil et la salle de petit déjeuner est très agreable, très bien décorée et le petit déjeuner est excellent et ça a été agréable de déjeuner en intérieur au vue de la chaleur.

Not sure about the price outside of the season. Nothing is working in the place after 5 or 6 PM and there are only 4 restaurants which aren't serving food before dinner time. There was nothing to do in the place, so we felt like it was the wrong time to visit Saintes Maries de la Mer. Corridor to room was outside and it was dark.

L'équipe d'accueil est vraiment formidable, on se sent accueilli comme si on rendait visite à des amis. Le personnel est très chaleureux et agréable, l'ambiance conviviale. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war super herzlich und sympathisch. Es war eine sehr persönliche, fast schon familiäre Atmosphäre während des ganzen Aufenthalts. Dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank! Das Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet, mit einer kleinen Terrasse und einem Blick in die Landschaft der Camargue. Auch wenn die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb liegt, würden wir jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Wir waren im Oktober hier und sind den ganzen Tag über unterwegs gewesen, so dass wir den tollen Poolbereich nicht nutzen konnten. Toll war auch, dass an allen Fenstern Mückenschutzgitter waren.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux. La salle du petit déjeuner est joliment décoré, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. C'était une ambiance familiale. La qualité du petit déjeuner est aussi à noter. Nous avons passé un super moment en famille.

Staff molto cortese. Immersi nella natura, stanza con vista verso la campagna con la possibilità di vedere tramonti spettacolari. Molo comodo per raggiungere il centro e i maneggi. Buona colazione .Tutto bello.

Everything was great

I was lucky to arrive in time for the reception, which closes at 7.30pm. I wasn't aware of this and arrived at 7pm. I think this could have been better advertised.

Le petit déjeuner a base de produits locaux, la possibilitéde boire un verre, la piscine, la litterie était super confortable et le personnel souriant et toujours attentionné! La proximité avec le parc ornithologique qui était notre principale raison de venir en camargue!

Tolles Frühstück. Gute Lage in der Natur aber auch gute Erreichbarkeit der nächsten Stadt (mit dem Auto 3 Minuten). Toller Pool, war Ende September auch noch nutzbar. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Fliegengitter. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Zimmer doch ziemlich klein für 3. Kein Schrank, haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Gartenbereich könnte eine Wiederbelebung vertragen.

El personal muy amable

Heerlijk rustig gelegen met een enorm enthousiast personeel. Prachtige kamer met terras. Heerlijk zwembad en ontbijt. Aanrader.

Besonders die ruhige Lage und die sehr gemütliche Ausstattung der Zimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche. Am allermeisten jedoch die herzliche und warme Art unserer beiden Gastgeberinnen!!!

Colazione ricca di prodotti biologici e regionali, struttura immersa nella biodiversità della Camargue, poco distante da centri di equitazione e visite guidate. La struttura è arredata con vivacità e fenicotteri. Munita di piscina e parcheggio. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile anche dopo qualche guaio a colazione. Dalla stanza si possono ammirare uccelli e animali della riserva.

Le petit déjeuner un peu cher 19 euros. La prestation pour le prix n y est pas.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Frühstück super lecker, die Lage extrem ruhig und der Hund hat sich "pudelwohl" gefühlt. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht, beim nächsten Mal werden wir sicher länger bleiben.

Le cadre, l’emplacement proche de Saintes, le personnel très à l’écoute et sympathique, le déjeuner très bons produits ( se faire les œufs soi même c’est rigolo 😜😂 ) la responsable, une dame super agréable, très accueillante et souriante 10/10 👍👏😀

Manque de lumière au panneau de l’hôtel ( le soir on ne voit pas du tout l’entrée de l’hôtel) dommage pour l’enseigne de l’établissement 🙁

Posto immerso nel verde, curato e tranquillo. Ci ha accolto una stupenda famiglia che ti fa sentire come a casa tua. Ottima la colazione ‘francese’ con prodotti locali e homemade. Stupendo per le famiglie e i bambini. Tutto perfetto!

Excellent accueil chaleureux et attentionné.Petit hôtel confortable, propre et calme . Très bon pdj avec des produits locaux. Petite piscine agréable. Chambres typiques dans l esprit camarguais avec terrasse.vue nature. Peu de chambres donc calme.

Quelques rremarques qui n ont pas gêné notre sejour. L hôtel est un peu décentré ce qui nécessite de prendre la voiture ou les vélos pour rejoindre le centre du village. Peut être un coup de peinture fraîche sur les façades du bâtiment seraient un plus esthétique? Mais.c est peut être prévu pour plus tard.!

Great location and the room's terrace had a view over the fields. At night bats swooped around, and there was lovely birdsong and a glimpse of flamingos. The terrace was private and made a standard size room feel spacious.

A couple more towels would have been useful.

Facilities are cheap built, the pool and common area was always quite dirty, it was impossible to recycle and after 19h impossible to have any assistance related to dinner (and only one delivery option from the village). Also the toilet smelled very strange when we arrived.

Loved the location and calmness of the room. It was pointed towards the back so that you had no road noises. Very close to the city. AC on the room that could heat up was a big plus as well. Breakfast was brought to the room door at the appointed time.

I found the exterior and common areas to be very cheerful and modern. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was excellent and well worth the cost. Great location near the ornithological reserve, the reason I was in the Camargue. Only a few minutes by car to town.

Certain parts of the room were unfinished--unpainted door frames, etc.--or a bit cheap. The flamingo pillow/coverlet need to be cleaned or updated. I found the smell of the cleaning product (or whatever smell it was covering up) to be very overpowering and unpleasant.

Exceptional stay in Camargue! Warm, welcoming people made our visit unforgettable. The breakfast was a delightful spread of local goodies. Plus, the proximity to the outstanding ornithologist park was a bonus, to visit absolutely. I recommend it!

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff made our stay extra great. Comfortable, flamingo-themed room with terrace to sunset, nice pool and charming decor throughout. Well located for horse-riding next door or over the road, restaurants in Saintes Maries and the nearby Parc Ornithologique.

We didn't pay extra for breakfast, as seemed a little expensive..

This small hotel just outside the city is a perfect place to relax. 12 rooms each decorated in a different way , a swimming pool and the relaxing view of the countryside make it my favourite spot when I visit the Camargue . This year they added a nice logo at the entrance of the hotel which makes it easy to spot when you come back from town . When you arrive from Arles there is also a sign indicating the name of the hotel , so, no problem to find it if you are there the first time . I can just recommend it and you will be in good hands with the owners of the hotel , Céline and Jeff .

This a very relaxed peaceful environment in which to relax and enjoy the lovely Camarguese surroundings. Great pool and rooms with a private patio and close enough to Les Saintes to allow for an easy walk into Les Saintes.

The hotel is a family-run charming Hotel just outside of Stes Maries de la Mer. The Pool area is very nice, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was good too, and we likeed the terrace in the evening facing the Camargue, this was very nice. Basically everything outside the room was great.

We were not very pleased with the unrenovated room, which was old. The shower and toilet was tiny, but just very old and used, yet clean. The nets against flies were tilted, some tiles were broken, the entrance to our room was broken and so on. These rooms really need to be refurbished. It is a pity to have such rooms when the rest of the hotel is nice and cozy. From this point of view, the stay was way overpriced.

The owners are exceptionally nice and welcoming and the place is truly charming. Rooms are very confortable and breakfast a delight. You can also join the promenade à cheval Maelle à la palunette and enjoy the beautiful Camargue. In front of your room a piece of heaven awaits with unparalleled views of the land where you can spot wild white horses and birds of all sorts. And a sunset perfect to make a wish ...

As we pulled into the car park my heart sank a little, but as soon as we walked into reception and were greeted I fell in love with the place! We had some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Our room was so lovely, lots of little touches to remind you this is a ranch in the Camargue! Lovely little terrace with views, I sat watching birds for hours. Just beware...the mosquitos are very friendly! Use the citronella candle provided and spray yourself liberally! Breakfast was really good, and I enjoyed the company of the lovely ginger cat. I can’t fault La Palunette...except that I had to leave! Hope to go back again one day!

We enjoy his hotel. The ranch style rooms with a terrace looking onto the lake are great for a relaxing snack and a glass of wine. The mini fridge is a brilliant addition. The pool is very quiet and relaxing and the staff are always friendly and accepting. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Les Saintes Maries De La Merte.
