For the price it was great. 2000 baht (about £45) per night for a triple room including breakfast. Clean room ,friendly staff. Plenty of parking space.

Breakfast was not great. The fried eggs were all pre-cooked ages ago and pretty much cold. My Thai partner thought the Thai food was good though. Can't complain though at £45 a night for a triple room including breakfast.

Standard, modern hotel whose best feature is proximity to road north ( and the local nature reserve). Large clean rooms with free snacks and bathroom more than adequate. Staff speak some English.

Sorry to say deducted a full point due to the breakfast- stale bread, no fruit, zero western options. The worst I've had in Thailand in a while. Little dinner amenity nearby, but decent resteraunts about 1K away in Nakon town centre. A map at reception would have helped.

Parking in a shade. Breakfast was ok with enough choices.

Many loud quests. Could hear people in the room next to us. Terrible to have a caged Clouded Leopard in the back of the property.

Overall the pictures looked good but in real life the finishing materials were poor and did not justify to cost. The mattresses were on a raised platform which actually reduced the room size and made it difficult to get into the bed

Very clean rooms, a little spartan, no comfortable chairs, comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi, buffet breakfast adequate, excellenf coffee, good secure parking.

Rooms OK but not not especially comfortable. No restaurant for evening, a few restaurants within walking distance but very basic Thai food. Supermarket on opposite side of the road. Bleak busy roadside location, a 5 minute drive to the ton centre.

Very comfortable bed

Not a lot of hotels in NS, but this one is pretty good. It's a bit older now, but still clean and the rooms are big. The bed is huge and comfortable, the breakfast is good too.

It's a bit outside the main area of town so you need to drive a bit to go to restaurants and malls.

Location

Good enough for price paid. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. A little loud when people in hallways (everything concrete) and breakfast didn’t have western food other than bread, cereal and fried eggs). Desk staff friendly, quick check in and check out. Ample parking. No dining options within walking distance.

The location was convenient for my travel as it was meant as a short trip. However, only one small comment I would leave is that I found a roach in the room upon checking-in. I was able to handle this on my own.

The property was worth the price range for the location, facilities, and services offered. Hotel staff members were friendly and attentive to our needs. I noticed that the bathroom did not offer much toiletries and we had to purchase extra tooth brush and tooth paste. If this was offered in the room too, I would say the hotel would have met our expectations.

Cleanliness. Thai breakfast. Coffee machine in room. Room space. Quiet in room. Mattress. Cool design. Parking space. Distance to town not too far. Local market with food nearby. Cool design. Helpful reception. Access for people with wheelchairs. Decoration. Bamboo tray for toasts. Cups, glass, cutlery nicely chosen and displayed.

Western breakfast is not well thought of. Bread was hard. Toast bread not tasty. Jams are artificial. Other jam brands with real fruit inside would make a huge different and are not necessarily more expensive. Butter low quality. No fresh fruits. Coffee too bitter. Fried eggs were made too long ahead. They were hard and cold. Thai food is prepared fresh but a bit too sweet all of them.

Snelle check in. Schone kamer. Breakfast buffet, no a la carte. Good coffee. Plates for Asian good were normal size.

Douche was niet heel warm. Twin beds, maar bed was toch wel smal. Ontbijt was uitgebreid maar had niet veel smaak. Jam for toast came in 3 types, but all not really tasty, very artificial fruity. No sweeteners. Small bowls for cornflakes. Plates for western food were small. Asian food was roomtemperature, not warm.

Room had a good size

Bad service at the check-in. Staff didn't bother to look at us when greeting us. We got the room keys, and the front office staff told us which direction we had to walk. My wife is 7 months pregnant, and we had a bunch of luggage. We had to ask twice to get some help with our luggage. Room swelled moldy, no windows at all. Breakfast is a disaster. Everything was cold, with no warming lamps, etc. Eggs are precooked (sunny side up) and obviously have been cooked hours before. The only thing that was good to eat was cornflakes

Receptionist untrained and unfriendly. ATM machine didn't work. Couldn't find my reservation. Mold in the bathroom. Empty bag of chips under the night table. Internet unstable. Etc. I told about the issues morning receptionist, seemed not to give a damn.

Second time staying. Nice hotel for the money. Very convenient for birders who what to bird Bung Boraphet. Love the cat motif....

Good hotel, not great, but good. Simply furnished rooms, but efficient. Limited breakfast items, no fruits or eggs, mainly carbohydrates. Cat theme throughout hotel is nice, and respect for and treatment of the cats is admirable.
