Room spacious. Meals average
Dinner service very slow
Accommodation was good. Spacious room and clean,
We would stay here again but not eat here.
Location in town centre, free parking, big room.
Location
Very Tired decor, the bathroom needs updating damp in the ceiling
Old outdated
It was in a good location for our reason for staying.
The room was not ready despite an evening arrival. The property was tired, carpet dirty, stale water in the room, no coffee pods (and when we asked we got 2 when there was 3 of us), mould in the bathroom, walls marked, air con didn’t work, walls were paper thin so you could hear all conversations in adjoining rooms, lights didn’t work, plastic strip fell out of the blind almost on my head, duvet didn’t fit the bed and the shower leaked! Glad we didn’t get breakfast as we overheard the adjoining room say it was the worst breakfast ever!
Lovely restaurant. Had breakfast & dinner & both were excellent. Large room, comfortable bed & very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
Minor gripe - they could do with more thank one coffee machine for breakfast.
The history of the building it’s amazing. Really good location and friendly staff
No air conditioning when outside are more then 35 degrees Celsius and during the night it’s impossible to sleep due to the heat inside
The staff were amazing and very helpful. The facilities were really nice, free parking included - bathroom and bath were massive! Lovely rituals toiletries included.
The room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, the staff were really helpful when I notified them but it wasn't rectified. The bed was a super king-size by two twins pushed together but the mattresses were different and this made is weird to sleep in together.
Great Location for Silverstone GP - Nice bathroom, Friendly staff & Spacious room
Was on the expensive side for one day but worth it!
The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even changed our suite to make it more accessible. The suite itself was comfortable and the food was excellent.
2 night stay, booked through travelzoo. The deal included tickets to bletchley park which made this attractive. Good quality hotel. Friendly staff. Only had breakfast here, which was included. Good quality, but don't ask for extras as you will pay through the nose for them. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Sammy at the check in desk is an outstanding member of staff. Her qualities of customer care and welcoming nature are second to none. The other member of staff we met was CJ at breakfast. A real gentleman and a pleasure to talk to. The hotel was ideally located and it has a really nice vibe.
Whilst the breakfast was freshly cooked, we were all disappointed with the quality of the sausages in particular.

Lovely, friendly staff and bar and restaurant areas very pleasant.
Please could the breakfast have chopped fresh fruit and berries. It is difficult to slice apples and pears with cutlery.
Good location
Very dated. Shower over bath, which was very high and difficult to climb into for an elderly person . Sink didn’t drain properly. No spare toilet roll . Bed configuration not as requested.
The property was in a good location
For the price paid without breakfast included, it felt out dated in areas and didn’t have any leisure facilities. Whilst in a city centre I still feel it was overpriced.
Location great nice atmosphere
Our room had broken shower and windows that didn’t close !!
Nos hicieron poner una tarjeta como garantia por si hubiera otro gasto, en ningun otro hotel de UK nos pasó esto. El desayuno muy elemental para el precio y no fueron claros con el consumo de huevos y otras comidas q se cobraba aparte
Central location, heritage building, helpful staff.
Dated fittings such as stained carpet, dark grouting in the bathroom, a dripping shower head etc. The kettle area was quite dusty. The bar restaurant was supposed to close at 9:30pm, but people continued talking loudly downstairs making it impossible to sleep.
Central location, attractive buildings, helpful staff, good food. 1. Our room had only an over-bath shower with no additional hand piece. Although there were grab handles on the edge of the bath (knee-high) there were none wall-fixed at shoulder height - unsafe for me age 85! 2. The room faced south and was hot. Fan provided but no air-con. 3. We needed a taxi to travel to a wedding venue 5 miles away. The reception desk recommended a firm which charged £25 one way. When we phoned the the firm for the return trip none were available for an hour. We phoned another firm, the taxi came promptly and charged £7!!
Very close to Silverstone,
No air conditioning, bathroom in need of updating.
We had a lovely 2 night stay at this cosy friendly hotel. It was a great deal that included breakfast and £30pp towards dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable. We never worked out the light switches which were super complicated but that was probably us. Shower over the bath was a little challenging to get in and those with mobility issues would struggle. Rituals toiletries were a treat. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Steak in the restaurant on Friday night was delicious! Great location to walk into Buckingham and only 20 mins drive to Bletchley Park.
Very comfortable.
Some confusion about what was included in the pre-paid breakfast.
Very nice and helpful staff
Poor quality room
Prima kamer, mooi oud hotel. Fietsen mochten achter slot en grendel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed bed, nette badkamer. Goed ontbijt.
Eigenlijk niks.
Convenient for what I required. Parking was available and staff attentive.

We arrived very late and the night porter was brilliant. He made is feel welcome and nothing was too much bother. Also nice size room with very comfy beds
Nothing
Hotel is tired, the rooms are dated dusty and in need of updating. It does not give a 4 star feel as reviews would suggest. Bathrooms are in need of renovations the bath has black rotting wood trim. Rooms are very hot no air, pillows are flat and worn out. Need to leave window open to get zero breeze and the windowsills are disgustingly dirty never been wiped out and black. Dusty and worn out stained carpets. Paint is missing in areas in bathroom. Definitely not a four star rating. Be weary
Beautiful room, huge bed!!
Breakfast finishes at 09:15 on weekdays, which is basically yesterday for late risers like me, especially after you've been to a wedding.
We stayed at this hotel for one night after a wedding nearby at Stowe House. We were quite looking forward to it and opted for this hotel over the other options in Buckingham as it had more of a boutique feeling to it and looked nice in the pictures. We splashed out on a suite as well which was not cheap by any means (close to a £1000 - appreciate these rooms can be a lot cheaper at other times of the year and outside of weekends). For that amount of money you do expect something spectacular and the hotel underwhelmed on almost every dimension. The only positive is the location. It really is in central Buckingham and very easy if you want to explore the town, go to a pub, etc. (although Buckingham is not big - the Premier Inn down the road is a <5min drive) The room was incredibly underwhelming. The suite is set up in a duplex style with a sofa / seating area downstairs and bed and bathroom upstairs. The bed is big and reasonably comfy but you don't get a lot of pillows and our bed had no duvet (maybe because it is summer). The bathroom is tiny (more like what you find in a student flat) and has not had any major maintenance or upgrade done in years. The sink and bathtub/shower look like they are 20+ years old. The walls between the rooms are also extremely thin which means you can hear everything that is being said (or done...) next door. I appreciate it is an old property, but that is no excuse not do better sound proofing. TV and other amenities were fine but felt old. Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a mixed bag. They have a restaurant that also serves as place to have breakfast. A la carte is ok but not mindblowing - I ordered avocado on toast & poached egg which was well cooked, my wife had a fried egg and bacon on toast which was very economy-style (one slice of toast, one bacon rasher...); don't go for the just the buffet option or you will be sorely disappointed. Maybe we were just late and it had already been raided by other guests, but cereal choice was down to rice crispies, most of the fruit had disappeared, there were some yoghurts left, a token pastry and that was pretty much it. There is one coffee machine. While I will not be a regular visitor to Buckingham, I can definitely say I will never ever come back to this place again, especially not at the prices they charge. Anybody visiting Buckingham, the Premier Inn is a 20min walk from the centre and costs a fraction of the price and I doubt you'd notice any difference in room quality
Location was brilliant
Very cosy and peaceful
Used a deal for two nights B&B and admission to Bletchley Park. A very good size room (106) with a large bathroom and as our visit was during a heatwave it was nice to have a fan in the room that was quiet enough to leave on all night. Sadly some others staying weren't so quiet. At least two other rooms were occupied by those that can't close a room door without slamming it. looking round the breakfast room the following morning the people were at a guess in their late 50's to mid 70's so they should have more consideration for others. All the staff were polite, helpful & friendly, and the food was really good, that made up for the noisy lot. We parked in adjacent car park owned by the hotel which has a short cut to the building. All I had to do was enter the reg on a tablet in reception. Overall it was good value for the money.
The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and understanding of our needs. They absolutely made our stay.
The decor is a wee bit dated.
Location. Very large room with good amenities.
Nothing.
Good central location.
Quite dated bedrooms. Only has baths, no walk in showers. No Aircon.
Very charming but tired! Wooden bar holding up bath side, towel rail obviously moved and plaster showing- hadn’t been painted
No parking for my car so had to drag luggage from public car park
Very nicely situated with friendly staff. Good breakfast, and room, whilst a bit dated, is very clean. The attached Dukes Steakhouse is extremely good, both in terms of food and drinks. For a short stay, I can easily recommend.
A lovely hotel, great location, a very nice boutique hotel
The room was very warm due to the hot weather we have been experiencing.
I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and it sounds harsh but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The list is long but I’ll start with cleanliness. As soon we entered the room there was so much mess on the floor, it was obvious it hadn’t been hoovered, it was that bad I couldn’t walk around with out shoes on. •There was chairs in our room covered in which looked like dandruff, again so unhygienic. •It wasn’t until our third day that they decided to come to clean our room and change the towels etc. •There was numerous stains on the carpet and chairs. •Mould in the bathroom was awful. Next, is facilities, we was missing a lot, even though on their website they say this included with all rooms. •no hair dryer •no fridge •a sheet was the only cover we had for the bed, no quilt, and not even one in the wardrobe as an option. •no baggage storage!! This is a big one, we wanted to leave our cases after we checked out at the hotel as we was out for the day, which again states on their website that it’s included at the hotel. Well when we asked reception if we could leave our bags on the storage room, she said ‘yes just leave them there’ I questioned her and she then went on to explain they don’t have a room for it, and that we can leave them next the reception desk for the day, right next to the door to the Main Street where anybody can walk in. I said no as we have valuable things in there, she then went on to say ‘well you’ll have to leave them in our office then’. I was extremely not happy at this point after the stay being awful anyway, so she agreed to us having our room back so we can keep them in their for the day. The car park is in the middle of the hotel. And our room was right next to it, so there was a lot of noise morning and night from cars and people. There is not one positive thing I can say about this hotel, and I would not waste your money staying here. There is no value for money, and I how it’s rated as a 4 star, I really don’t know. They need to up their standards in all aspects as it has loads of potential in being a lovely hotel.
The location & the receptionist (Rebeca) who really tried to fix an unpleasant situation caused by another staff. Also another factor that influenced my decision to pick this hotel, was the Rituals products.
Lack of a fridge & AC during awful hot weather
Clean
Nothing
Great location, lovely room
Historic coaching inn with well designed new rooms round an old courtyard, great location in centre of attractive old town, easy parking on site, comfortable air-conditioned restaurant (reservations recommended)
The ‘Continental’ breakfast was a bit basic. No croissants (just a few sweet pastries), no freshly squeezed fruit juice, no cut fruit (just a few apples and oranges) and everything else in packets
We took advantage of a Travelzoo package with Bletchley Park tickets thrown in. Ostensibly it was good value. The visit was spoilt by the hotel. Like most town centre, old coaching-inn type of hotels, the Villiers has no aircon. While we missed the worst of the June '26 heatwave, the room was still swelteringly hot at night, even with the window wide open and supplied fan running. We did not sleep at all on the first night. The car alarm going off in the courtyard right outside our room was not the hotel's fault but, having just got to sleep again, someone decided it was a good idea to drag a large 4-wheeled hotel waste bin across the cobbled courtyard very noisily at 5 a.m. and then drag it back again a few minutes later!! Same thing again at 6.10 a.m. with some laundry bins. The purpose of a hotel is to provide a decent night's sleep for its guests. This hotel failed miserably on this. All I got from reception was: "we've told them not to do that ". They've obviously had other complaints of the same problem. Sorry but for that reason it's a 'never again' from us for the Villiers. Bar/restaurant staff and food were great
Just returned from a lovely couple of days staying at Villiers Hotel. We did the Bletchley Park Package -amazing value !!!! The hotel was lovely, excellent food in the restaurant and every friendly helpful staff. The day at Bletchley Park was excellent and entrance was included as well as £35.00 each towards dinner on one night . Excellent deal by Villiers and would def recommend.
Všeč mi je bila oprema in velikost sobe. Robustna vhodna vrata, fotelji v sobi.
Razdelilec za elektriko za evropske vtičnice, parkirišče pod sobo, tuš je v slabem stanju oz. Teče vidabiz pipe in tuša istočasno. Slab wifi signal v sobi. V kopalnici je deloval v sobi pa se je stalno izgubljal.
Lovely hotel in old building. Liked the quirky rooms and hotel layout. Booked very last minute as accommodation for a wedding nearby. We would have loved to have dinner in the restaurant but didn't have time. Room was clean, however the bed was a little soft for my liking.
The room we stayed in was on the top floor of the hotel in the eaves. The shower head was attached to the bath taps but there was no way you could stand up to shower as the bath is in the corner under the sloping ceiling. Water was a trickle. Possibly the worst shower I've ever had! If staying in the same room just have a bath! Room was hot so a fan would have been good.
Staff Lucy and CJ were very good,........
Breakfast was ok but not for the price
Staff were friendly just a few things let this stay down. The room (105) was spacious but very hot (outside temp. only low 20's) and the supplied fan did little to make the room more comfortable. The bathroom needs some serious refreshing as the bath was almost impossible to get into and the tiling grouting very discoloured (mould?). The ceiling had paint flaking of and there were areas of mould. Not what we expected in a 4-star hotel. Staff in the restaurant for evening meals although friendly, service let this down. Taking an order was slow and we had to remind staff on the first night. Food when it arrived was ok, but we needed to remind staff that we had been waiting 40 minutes for the main course on the second evening. At breakfast the continental items were a disappointment. "We have run out of marmalade and yoghurt" and we had to ask on both mornings for pastries to be refreshed. We were told on arrival that if we had an evening meal on the second night, there was a 15% discount but on signing the bill for this meal, after an enquiry to reception were told this did not apply. Perhaps some training could be beneficial. Overall - a disappointing stay - for a 4-star hotel. We looked at other reviews and were surprised by all that occurred and seen.
Breakfast was OK but wouldnt give it a big score. Full English just like any Full English minus the Black Pudding, rest of the selection was basic and sub standard.
Hotel is run down, A/C was broken and only sent out warm air, decor looked almost as old as the hotel (400 years), style was outdated and made Faulty Towers look tip top, window seats had rips/holes in them, bed was incredibly uncomfortable with poor pillows (1 for each person), bathroom outdated and tired.
I took my disabled parents to lunch today at Villiers hotel in Buckingham in the bar area . Whilst the staff were certainly friendly that’s the only positive . The menu sounded very tasty - Lebanese board, pastrami sandwich , mozzarella and roasted red pepper and it was pricey at £9 a throw and £18 for the board . So it seemed reasonable to expect a quality tasty experience . Sorry to say we have eaten better from garage sandwiches. Limp white thin sliced bread , one slice of mozzarella, pastrami , a ramekin of sad crisps in the middle . The Lebanese board consisted of done to a crisp flatbreads and the smallest pile of sliced carrot , 4 pickled onions, 4 mini gherkins and 3 blobs of hummus… I think we were so shocked and being a family treat no one wanted to say anything so we sat in silence. Added to this the table wobbled continuously so we had to prop it up with the menus ! £46 ( with drinks) . Suffice to say I was feeling disgruntled ! We rarely go out and it was so disappointing especially as I know the restaurant is supposed to be so nice . Based on the lunch I am afraid I would not be tempted to try and evening meal .
Good location, parking, nice bar
The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. Shampoo was empty. There is mold in the corners of the bathtub. Unfortunately Villiers doesn’t get better with years
Staff very helpful
A bit rough around the edges, could have been a lovely courtyard and bar, needed some attention. Breakfast very poor.
Staff and location
No air conditioning in bedroom with a small fan only in 30c .
Good breakfast, position and staff
Room temperature
Location
Cleanliness, quality of room, bathroom in poor repair, noise from road, air conditioning noisy and not cooling the room, no fridge in room. Staff not very welcoming.
We were upgraded to a suite, very comfortable, air conditioned. Weather was exceptionally hot. Breakfast was good, room was very clean and comfortable, bed was excellent. All staff were very friendly and anything you asked for was sorted straight away. Excellent position in the town with easy walking to see sights.
Nothing we were very happy with our stay of four days.

Very English
Situation was central
Staff were great. Food was delicious. Our room was spacious with two big armchairs. Very comfortable.
Chef only arrived at 8am on Sunday. We had a travel schedule and commitments that meant we had to leave earlier. The Continental breakfast was available.
Great location for our needs
Brokastis bija labas, bet būtu gribējusi lielāku izvēli. Numurs bija plašs un ērts. Laba atrašanās vieta, tuvu pilsētas centram. Laba kvalitātes un cenas atbilstība.
Vannasistabā vēlams kosmētiskais remonts.
Centrally located.
Needs refurbishment very dated with creaky floors. Drinks at bar ridiculously expensive £6 for bottle peroni went to pub over the road same bottle £4-30 . No atmosphere around bar or res7so ate out. Must say staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful old building tastfully decorated, room was a decent size with the addition of a table and chair. Lovely size bathroom with a good size bath, nice and clean to and it wasn't the most expensive room
Was more than happy with everything...if I'm super critical I can see some folk might winge about the car park, as the court yard is tight although there is an over flow car park
Absolutely everything
Absolutely everything
What a wonderful receptionist, Rebecca, is. A warm welcome with a cheery demeanour. She changed our room to a duplex, as the original double room had a very cracked bathroom basin, and she also ensured we had missing bathroom items on our second night. Thank you. The evening meal at Dukes was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly….super succulent mouthwatering steaks. Breakfast was equally as good, especially when we arrived at 8.00am. The range of hot meals, cooked to order, was comprehensive. A wonderful 2 night stay at Villiers Hotel (despite parts needing some updating) within easy reach of visiting Bletchley Park (25 minutes away) and English Heritage’s Wrest Park an hour away.
Great and friendly staff .amazing breakfast and afternoon tea .great location with car park
4 of us had afternoon but 3 of us chose to have coffee rather than tea to drink .given that the AT was very expensive. I was surprised that we were charged extra for this
Plenty of parking spaces start off well for the Villiers. Our room was massive and in excellent decorative order. Big bathroom with plenty of hot water also a plus. The restaurant is cheerful and comfortable and the two young ladies waiting on on the evening of 11th June deserve commendation, so efficient, so pleasant, couldn't have asked for better. The menu appears limited but what's there is tasty and beautifully presented. Can't say enough about the Villiers. Shame about Buckingham which, like all our third world towns in the UK now, is looking very tired. Well done the government of the last 20 years.
Overnight stay. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice comfortable room - surprisingly quiet evne though it faced the main road. Evening meal excellent and full English at breakfast had proper fried none of your hash brown nonsense. Brilliant.
Friendly welcoming staff, greeted us warmly. Easy check in and shown to our room. The room was lovely and well equipped with tea and coffee, with a nice touch of a coffee pod machine-really good coffee! (+a biscoff biscuit) 😁 Nice bathroom, with lovely products to use and a nice deep bath, which I made full use of! Myself and my husband had come for the fawlty towers dining experience. It was brilliant. The cast were very good as the characters and the whole experience was amazing. We had a great time and it was very funny. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and there was a good choice, including the continental breakfast, with tea, coffee and juice. All in all, an amazing stay away and I will highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.
Well located and well presented. Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Professional and friendly staff.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.
Our evening meals were a little disappointing at the price offered.
The location was perfect for a visit to family living in Buckingham
Nothing
Room was large, clean and comfortable.
English breakfast, too narrow spaces to park
The staff are efficient and welcoming and the hotel is comfortable and quiet. The rooms are as you might expect in an old hotel which has been modified as much as possible without spoiling it. I thought the dinner menu was quite limited, especially as it does not change each day. It could be quite tiresome if staying for a few days. Even the soup of the day was the same on both days we were there (parsnip!). However, ithe food was well presented and beautifully cooked. On the second night we went for rump steak and fries. They were to die for! Desserts were not very special. Breakfast was unremarkable and unattractive. To make matters worse there was one of those non-stop toasting gadgets with which I find it impossible to make decent toast. I have, however, one very big complaint - the TOILET PAPER. It was very flimsy, and thin and I had to wash my hands very thoroughly the first time. Afterwards I always used multiple sheets. Cheap toilet paper is a false economy. A mixed review, but I think I would be happy to go back for a short visit.
We had a great stay here on a travel zoo offer. The staff were wonderful both in reception and in the restaurant going out of their way to be helpful. Rare now to get plentiful free parking in town centre location so that was appreciated. Food was excellent and good value. We took up offer to visit nearby Bletchley Park which was amazing and a “must do” for everyone in UK!
Location. Parking. Spacious room Good tea coffee etc in room
Air-con not working and windows fixed shut. Room too hot. Mattress protector stained and old.
A localização.
Não tinha ar condicionado.
The bed was comfortable and clean, and complimentary water, tea and coffee facilities were provided. Free parking nearby was also useful, although the path leading to it was overgrown.
The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. It was extremely hot throughout our stay, and despite having the window open and using the fan provided, it was uncomfortable. The room itself also felt quite tired and in need of refurbishment. There was a large crack in the sink, yellow staining on the wall near the toilet, and the bath panel was in poor condition with paint flaking away. The bathroom fittings looked dated and, as a result, did not feel very clean. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. At an additional £20 per person, we expected a much higher standard. The poached eggs were overcooked and hard, and my partner’s cooked breakfast was very small. For two breakfasts, a coffee and a bottle of water each, the £40 cost felt excessive and poor value for money. Overall, we left feeling that the hotel does not offer good value for the prices charged. While there were some positive aspects, the condition of the room and the disappointing breakfast mean we would not choose to stay here again.
Lovely staff. Good location. Historical.
No air conditioning in room -just a fan that was too noisy to keep on overnight. Dinner - salad very poor. Breakfast - no muesli - no brown bread - closed at 9:30 which was too early.
Receptionists are nice as always. The bar is good. Our room was big.
The sockets in the room are located far from the bed. And I don’t like their coffee for breakfast.
Great people, terrific hotel, ideal location. What is there not to like about it.
What is there not to like about it.
Lovely hotel, great location
On the hottest day of the year , the heating was on full in our bedroom and we/they couldn’t turn it off!
Old and quaint.
Noisy room, near road and above a function room.
Location, bedroom was lovely, nice and quiet.
Should have mini fridges in the rooms
Staff molto professionale, ottima colazione
La stanza lungo strada al primo piano con annessi rumori dall'esterno.
Staff were unfailingly helpful and charming. Bed was very comfortable. Secure parking. Central location.
No shower in the suite we were given. No gardens. Breakfast could have been better. Pastries were limited, no croissants or pain au raisin. Preserves were not great quality and poor selection. Continental lacked cold meats and cheese. Don’t like brioche buns with burgers.
Old hotel with some 'quirks', but a lovely place to stay. We had a 2-night 'package' (which included Bletchley Park) last week. On arrival, a pleasant surprise to find a parking space in their tiny carpark attached to the hotel (a big car park a little further up the street). The receptionist was the first of the extremely welcoming staff who kindly allowed us to leave our bags at reception, as we were early. When we got into our room, it was again a surprise to find such a large space and very quiet overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was a little tired and a small problem was swiftly dealt with. However, good fluffy towels and a large bath/shower combination in, again, a large room. Breakfast was a 'buffet' style 'Continental' (breads, Danish pastries, fruit, juices, tea/coffee machines) and main items being served at the table. Freshly cooked to order - I particularly recommend their Eggs Benedict! The bar was snug and welcoming, though not many people in there (mid-week). And everywhere was sparklingly clean. Service could not be faulted in any of the 'venues'. Highly recommended!
The restaurant food was disappointing. Overcooked duck (asked for pink ) and pork tough.
Lovely hotel room service parking and more . Will be back soon.
Everything, the staff were awesome and the food was amazing
There's nothing to dislike
Villiers is a lovely hotel, we have stayed previously and would stay again. We ate in the bar two nights out of three and the food was excellent (we had our dog so didn't use the dining room). Exceptional staff, and Ruby (serving in the pub) deserves a special mention as not only did we personally experience good service (attentive and nicely paced, not rushed), but I witnessed her most professional, patient and KIND behaviour towards an elderly customer who was not particularly easy to reassure on something.
We did have some minor issues with our room this time (courtyard room 3) which we have not experienced in other rooms, and I fully explained these to the lady at reception who took it seriously
Great hotel, good facilities, clean well sized room and lovely staff. Great location for getting out and about around the surrounding area.
We stayed here after getting a Travelzoo deal that included tickets for Bletchley Park, which is about 20 minutes’ drive away. The staff were very friendly and profesional and they help es to make it a very relaxing weekend. Breakfast was decent, a nice change from the cooked buffet but pastries, fruit, bread and juice was self service still. The rooms were spacious and modern decor, but a few creaky floorboards as it’s an old building. The rituals toiletries in the rooms were a bonus! I would recommend the hotel for visiting Bletchley and/or Stowe gardens.
Nice comfortable bedrooms and public spaces. Breakfast was very good with continental options plus a good variety of cooked food. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.
It is an old building which has been added to over the years. Whilst it is very nice I did have difficulty finding my way around at first but once I worked out how to get to and from my room it was fine.
Room was spacious and very clean. Good size bed. Everything we needed, hairdryer, iron and board, toiletries, water, tea, coffee and fan. Water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. Bar stayed open for residents for as long as you wished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice area to sit outside.
Nothing.
