Reviewed Sep 8, 2026スタッフも丁寧な対応でした。 朝ご飯会場も清潔感あり、料理も美味しかったです。 風呂も綺麗で快適でした。 部屋もミニマムで余計なものもなく、シンプルに快適でした。 ただわ、ロケーションが悪いのか、、、、暴走が夜にうるさかったです（ホテルは全く悪くないです）。
特にありません。 客層も良いと思います。 うるさい団体客もおりませんでした。

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Super sauber . Die Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Es gibt ein tolles sauberes Daiyokujō. Perfekte Anbindung zum Flughafen. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Super Service. Mega freundlich super klasse . Super clean. The rooms are very large by Japanese standards. There is a fantastic, clean large communal bath (*daiyokujō*). Perfect connection to the airport. Good restaurants nearby. The staff deserves special mention—superb service; incredibly friendly and absolutely fantastic.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The room and the common areas are exceptionally clean. Breakfast options mostly Japanese, but quite good variety, including salads, warm and cold plates, yoghurt and cereals etc. In the lobby there is a huge collection of manga, and free coffee/tea service during the day. We enjoyed the public bath on the premises (really clean, with good amenities, and not crowded at all during our stay!). The staff are very kind and efficient, at the reception, as well as the breakfast and cleaning staff. The free Wifi worked very well. There is a very large supermarket (& discount store) nearby and guests can use a free shuttle bus to a big Aeon mall with a nice seaside promenade not far away. The hotel has a large parking which was extremely convenient, as we were traveling by car.
Some reviewers mentioned that the blinds in the room do not shut off outside light completely, so the room gets rather bright already in the early morning. For us this was not a big problem, and probably many customers leave early anyway.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The rooms were very clean and a good size for single travellers. Nice distance from Rinku Town station with just a 5 minute walk away. The added public bath was small but it's perfectly fine for what it is.
The breakfast selection was a bit lacking but you get what you get for 1200 yen, so I say it's still worth it.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Hatago Inn. The staff were super friendly and helped us immensely. We just finished off a 3 month cycle tour through Japan and needed to deep clean our bikes to fly to Australia. They had buckets, hose and scrubbing brush. They had also accepted some packages that we required for packing too which was super helpful. They were able to call the taxi service and explain we needed a taxi big enough for our bike boxes. A huge thank you to all the staff. The room we had was much bigger than most hotels we stayed in. Very quiet and comfortable. All though we were not fans of the pillows. Breakfast was okay. Onsen was great and location of the hotel to shops and restaurants was excellent. Also a wonderful running/walking track by the water which was very close. Definitely recommend a stay here

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Die Nähe zum Flughafen, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte sehr viel Gepäck und man hat es mir zum Aufzug getragen. Es gab unzählige Manga zum Ausleihen, so viele habe ich in einem Hotel noch nicht gesehen.
Das Frühstück. Auswahl ok, aber von jeder Sorte wenig, dass man sich nicht getraut hat, genug zu essen. Vieles nicht oder nur auf japanisch beschriftet, das macht es einem unnötig schwer in einem Hotel. Das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck leider ein wenig getrübt.

因為隔天一大早班機 所以特地找距離機場近的住宿好好休息 結果整晚睡不好 房間一直有滴水還是敲東西的聲音 真的很讓人煩躁😫 這個住宿價錢和住宿品質完全不成正比 非常不推薦

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026We spent the last night of our trip at this hotel. Its location, very close to the airport, was extremely convenient. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early in the morning, so we were unable to try the breakfast. The hotel seemed like an ideal place for a longer stay as well. Our room was clean and well equipped. We also had the opportunity to use the hotel's onsen, which was very well maintained and offered excellent facilities.

Reviewed May 21, 2026The staff was extremely friendly. The check-in lady was very friendly and talkative. And in the morning the breakfast lady worked overtime making sure sure everyone had a perfect breakfast. Also, the public bath was great.
