Good location, spacious room, pretty well equipped kitchen

During our stay we did not see any staff, responsiveness via WhatsApp was also low. Some sheets and towels had stains and some utensils in the kitchen were dirty. The room smelled a bit strange.

Very good budget friendly stay. Near to KU Leuven

Very well appointed room. Good clean toilets and living spaces.

Air conditioning was not cold enough. Bath tub drainage was very slow. Also, if a room is cleaned once every 7 days, it gets a bit dirty towards the fag end.

Çok rahat ettik. Evimizde gibi odanın mutfağında kendimiz hazırlayıp kahvaltımızı yaptık. Yeri de bizim için çok uygundu. Pazar sabahları kapının önüne kurulan pazarda herşey vardı. Çsmaşırımızı aşağıda yıkadık, kuruttuk. Rahat ettik.

Havlular daha sık değişse iyi olur.

Location

Quite hot at the last floor in the attic, and non-workibg air conditioning. Bed sheets were not spotless, but the towels looked ok.

Even checken vooraf of de voorzieningen nog compleet zijn. Er miste namelijk een wijnglas. Dus als dit alles is valt het nog mee toch.

Chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain et clim très appréciable.

- Problème à l'arrivée : carte qui ne fonctionnait pas pour ouvrir la porte...finalement, on a eu un "pass" qui pouvait ouvrir toutes les portes ! - Pas de machine à café. - Stationnement soit disant gratuit dans la rue, mais en fait, non (du coup, contravention de 35€ !). - Bien préciser dans l'annonce Booking qu'on ne peut pas se garer devant le logement le samedi soir si on ne veut pas voir sa voiture à la fourrière le dimanche matin (amande de 240€ !). C'est effectivement marqué (en tout petit) devant la porte, mais pas très visible...

Отличное месторасположение. Недалеко железнодорожная станция Haverle, от которой 4-5 до станции Leuven на поезде. Тихий район, рядом парк, по воскресеньям рядом рынок выходного дня. Рядом ресторан с терассой, окна выходили прямо на нее. Но шум не мешал. За то утром и днем на террасе можно пить кофе) В номере есть кофе машина, холодильник и маленькая кухня. Все необходимое из посуды тоже было в наличии

За 9 ночей пребывания ни разу не убирались в номере, только по нашей просьбе заменили мусорный мешок, и то только в одном мусорном ведре. И вода в ванной не всегда уходила быстро. Но в целом чисто, приятный запах в здании

Parkeergelegenheid voor de fietsen. Buiten parkeren van dure fietsen is wel een risico.

Très belles chambres très bien équipées

Personnel très disponible en ligne mais rarement présent il semble (mais bon j’en ai pas eu tellement besoin)

Si je devrais trouver un point négatif, les mails reçu indiqués l'adresse du mauvais hôtel (même enseigne mais à proximité très proche) la réceptionniste ( très sympa au passage) à fait des efforts de language pour s'exprimer en français (ce que j'apprécie) afin de m'expliquer l'emplacement correct de mon logement (à 2 rue de là)

Bardzo mi się nie spodobały trzy rzeczy. Po pierwsze, niemożność skontaktowania się z kimkolwiek osobiście. Obsługa nie reaguje na telefon, jedynie odpowiada na wiadomości na whatsupie. Po drugie, przez cały mój pobyt w pokoju czuć było dość nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. I po trzecie, najgorzsze jest to, że od kilku dni nie mogą się doprosić o przesłanie faktury, chociaż przekazałem dane mojego pracodawcy i obiecano mi, że faktura będzie przesłana na adres mailowy. Przestali też odpowiadać na moje monity, przez WhatsApp. Bardzo proszę o pomoc w otrzymaniu faktury

למרות שהמקום ליד תחנת רכבת היה מאוד שקט. היה נחמד לקבל מטבח וחדר מעולה ונעים, נח וגדול. 5 תחנות מהמרכז אבל שווה הכל. יש מסעדות ליד ומשמח לשהות. הבניין מעניין ביותר והדלת נפתחת בססמה. הרפתקה ממש

The room is big.

There was construction work directly above my room for the entire week I stayed there. The room has not a normal window, but a narrow slit (about 50 sm wide). There is a lot of noise from municipality works from the outside every morning. The WiFi is weak. For three days there was no hot water in the morning. The bed is not double but rather two singles moved together. The staff did not solve any problem and often did not answer.

Great accomodation. Clean, equipment, convenient.

Mostly everything was good.

In my room, room 123 TV did not work, it was not connected correctly. I bought pads for the Senseo coffee machine but only water came in my cup.

Spacious room, all appliances working, close to supermarkets and to Heverlee station

On some days of the week a market takes place, so it gets noisy very early in the day. This is not a problem if one’s room doesn’t face the street. Staff can reply a little late and forget of providing the code to unlock the front door; it can also happen that they do not make sure you’ve physically checked-in the room on the planned day of arrival. The cleaning staff threw away an empty plastic bag because they thought it was useless and dirty, yet for me it served a specific purpose.

De pasjes voor de deur van de kamer werkten niet. Contact opgenomen met de beheerder maar deze bleek ergens anders te wonen, gelukkig konden we wel met een noodpasje dat aanwezig was in het pand naar binnen en de volgende dag kregen we wel werkende kaarten. Achteraf bleek dat de kaarten wel werkten op de kamer naast ons, een vergissing van de beheerder, kan gebeuren. Wat veel erger was, is dat de airco niet werkte. Weer contact opgenomen met de beheerder en via een videogesprek geconstateerd dat het inderdaad niet werkte. De volgende dag was de beheerder ter plaatse om te verifieren dat de airco echt niet werkte, waarop hij zei contact op te nemen met de eigenaar van het pand. Daarna hebben we ondanks vragen van onze kant over de status van de airco helaas niets meer vernomen van de beheerder en moesten we het 5 nachten zonder airco doen. Verder werkte de afzuiging in de badkamer ook niet en in combinatie met het warme weer werd het daardoor in de kamer zeer onaangenaam vochtig warm. Jammer dat de eigenaar niets gedaan heeft om deze mankementen op te lossen.

La habitación era más grande de lo que me esperaba, la cocina estaba dentro de lo que por fuera parecía un armario y contaba con una placa de vitro, un frigorífico pequeño, pila para fregar y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina (platos, sartenes, cubertería, cazuelas....). Tuve un pequeño problema con la tarjeta (se desmagnetizó) pero el personal me lo solucionó enseguida a través del teléfono que dan para emergencias (no hay recepción). Si tuviera que destacar algo sería la comodidad de las almohadas, la verdad es que me sorprendió porque normalmente en los hoteles no son especialmente cómodas. En las ventanas no hay cortinas pero sí unas persianas venecianas.

Estaría bien que la bañera tuviera una agarradera o similar ya que el suelo era un poco resbaladizo.

Lits confortables, petite terrasse non prévue!

La porte de l'immeuble grinçait à chaque ouverture et se claquait bruyamment en se fermant. Etant au rez, impossible de ne pas se réveiller lorsque quelqu'un entrait ou sortait. Impossible d'assombrir réellement la chambre, l'alarme incendie émettait un flash vert au plafond toutes les 3 secondes et les lampes de chevet gardaient continuellement une sorte de veilleuse faiblement éclairée ! La kitchenette aurait pu être un tout petit peu mieux équipée. Il n'y avait pas de table où l'on pouvait manger confortablement l'un en face de l'autre si ce n'est sur la terrasse!

Joli et très bien équipé. Bien situé, pour ce qui est des transports en commun. Personnel aidant quand nécessaire. Très bon contact.

J'avais un studio juste a coté de la porte d'entrée, donc beaucoup de bruit lié au passage tard la nuit et tôt le matin.

Super Gastgeber, großes Zimmer, modern und sauber.

Die Kopfkissen sind leider eine Katastrophe - kleine "ergonomische" Kissen, knallhart und für Seitenschläfer viel zu klein. Nackenverspannungen inklusive. Ausserdem ist das Haus recht hellhörig. Punktabzug auch deutlich weil man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln kann. Kurzum: Schlafqualität nur mit Augenmaske und Ohrstöpseln

Zimmer sehr geräumig, Ausstattung gut.

Zimmer: Wasserdichter wäre gut, aber konnten uns mit Topf behelfen. Das Zimmer ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, viele dunkle Farben, Fenster klein, Lichter funzelig. Lage: etwas weit außerhalb

Bien ubicad. El sabado y domingo hay mercado local con muchas paradas interesante. El parking gratuito está a 3 minutos. Tiene local lavanderia con plancha

The "check-in" mechanism is very comfortable, it allows you to enter at your time and pace without problems. The room is extremely clean, the bathroom very big and practical, the kitchenette is very useful to arrange a quick breakfast - but in any case, there's a bakery down the street which is perfect for this purpose. The position is very nice: it's not in Leuven center, but rather in a calm and quite neighborhood. However, there are both the train station and a bus stop 10 steps away to reach the city center. On Sunday you have the street market under the building, which is very convenient to have a short walk for some shopping.

The bathroom door is the only "flaw" I can find. It is an opaque glass door in the room which doesn't guarantee the optimal privacy if you travel with somebody.

Zona tranquilla, appartamento completo di tutto il necessario. Pulizia. Facilità di gestione del check-in.

Problema per mancata comunicazione codici di accesso alla struttura ma risolto tempestivamente mediante contatto telefonico.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was quiet, comfortable, and made me feel relaxed. The facilities were good and everything I needed was available, which made the stay pleasant and stress-free.

The kitchenette was a bit small, but manageable for a short stay.

Wat personeel betreft, ik heb geen enkel persoon gezien, alleen andere gasten die in of uit gingen.

The apartment room was nice. Clean and comfortable.

The rental bike did not have air in its tires

cozinha super equipada, com todas as panelas, utensílios, geladeira boa e até sal disponível, o que facilitou bastante para preparar as refeições.

Não tenho nada a reclamar, tudo estava ótimo. O apartamento superou minhas expectativas em todos os aspectos.

Sempre fico neste hotel e gosto muito muito tranquilo tem tudo o que é necessário.

Tudo no lugar não tenho reclamação a fazer.

No breakfast at the property, no instructions where to get breakfast Noisy room, dirty dishes, no instructions, loud fridge, room not dark at night, curtains don’t close and are useless (the handle to close didn’t work), shower drainage not working, heating water not available first day, kitchen utensils not available (water heater, bottle opener, ..), no coffee or tea available, bathroom out of date.

good location (30 minutes walk to center), property cleanliness (+bathroom toiletries), very comfortable bed, free private car parking (400m away), free bicycle renting option during stay (including private bicycle parking area 400m away), very good communication with owner, access in building via door code, room access via door card, property photos on booking.com are very accurate

there is a public market on Sundays, meaning I had to move the car upon arrival from the parking lot in front of the accommodation to the Boardhouse parking lot (400m away) - leaving the car there would mean getting towed (do not park your car there on Saturday evening!) as the public market covers the entire area around the Boardhousing accommodation and is really busy since very early in the morning

Near Heverlee station, heating was great (it was a bit too hot at times), nice ironing station, had all the amenities, spacious studio with big doble bed

It is a bit noisy with open windows, and we had to keep them open overnight as the heating was strong
