The host was very friendly and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. She offered us delicious, generous breakfast each morning and answered any questions we had about the property and area. Super clean and charming place!

We had a lovely stay at Jardine’s Inn. The owner was very friendly, the room comfortable. Besides the bedroom with full bathroom, we had access to a living room as well as a dining room. The whole property had a nice country charm. It really was lovely! Breakfast was included with the room and it was delicious! We had eggs with bacon and toasts, fresh berries, and there were cinnamon buns. Everything was home cooked. Free wifi included, as well as a tv with Bell fibe. I would definitely recommend.

We LOVED our stay at Jardine's Inn. I confess, when we first entered, we wondered if we were at the right place since there was not a formal reception desk and a lot of activity (the inn also takes outside dinner reservations). When we poked our head in the dining room, we were met with a warm and friendly greeting and taken to our room. Definitely a "boutique" experience in an historic house with great, eclectic furnishings. The bed was super comfortable. Although there was no mini fridge, the hostess allowed us to keep a few things in the kitchen fridge and freezer. We ate one dinner (scallops and linguine) and two breakfasts (eggs as desired, bacon, fruit, homemade preserves, toast, muffins, yogurt, cinnamon rolls) and each meal was excellent. Breakfasts were included and dinner was a separate charge. The staff were down-to-earth, authentic, friendly, and welcoming. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. We highly recommend, and we will return.

We felt welcome from the minute we arrived until the left. Connie was an excellent inn keeper. She is full of energy and very easy to speak with. The inn is steeped with history and Connie enjoys sharing her wealth of information about both the house and the area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here if you are anywhere close to the area. Her hospitality will impress any traveller.

Good stay

Quiet, clean & comfy stay in a heritage home conveniently located near where we needed to be.

No staff on the premises but a friendly note left on the door made entry easy. All a bit unorthodox but charming and welcoming. We had a good night and enjoyed the use of the very clean and very well-equipped kitchen.

What an amazing place to stay. Very clean and oh so comfortable and inviting. I really wish that I could have stayed more than the one night. Hopefully, I will be able to return and stay for several.

We had a wonderful stay!

Rexton was home to my husband that’s why we chose hardiness inn however it needs to clean up its site. Water in the building stinks of sulphur its terrible and undrinkable The inn is trying to run without any one there to greet you it’s self serve and the breakfast that used to be provided is now self serve and clean up and wash dishes yourself. I won’t use it again

light in bedroom kept blinking off and on, the stopper in bathroom sink would not stay down to hold water. other than that i loved the atmosphere of the inn itself.

Belle grande salle de bain privé. 🙂 Nous n'avons pas rencontrés les hôtes et les instructions etait en anglais uniquement 😞 Beau décor antique. Coupons credits offert pour le déjeuner au restaurant service à l'auto a coté. Déçu d'avoir été placées au 2e étage avec deux mes deux chiens, le rez-chaussee aurait été adéquat, d'autant plus que j'ai fait ma réservation 5 mois à l'avance. Il y a une piscine creusée mais l'eau était verte.

The house itself has potential.kitchen/dining has already undergone renovations now it’s time to invest in the bedrooms with white or light coloured linens. Dark sheets don’t cut it… Bathroom needs upgrade the old footed bath with circular shower inclosure was not inviting. Slight smell of sewer emanating from somewhere.? Fortunately the hosts was beautiful person who willingly shared her enthusiasm for food and conversations… excellent breakfast for the road….

Jardine's Inn is over 160 years old and there is a very strong tranquil energy in its atmosphere, a solid and beautifully kept home, pristine and attractively presented with a charming host, Steve ..... i shall most certainly stay again and recommend its amenities highly ..... Lisa Benedix

We had a lovely stay at the inn we were there to visit family as we wanted an overnight stay the natural choice was to book the inn. Thank you Steve for a most comfortable stay and delicious breakfast. We will certainly return in future.

Great spot to stay with our family! The family suite was very spacious with 2 large rooms, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The inn was quaint with different areas to sit and socialize with other guest or eat the lovely breakfast Steve cooked up in the morning. Our kids (4 & 1 y/o) favorite thing was hanging out in the lovely heated pool!! Nice area to lounge in the day or evening. Steve was a welcoming and friendly host. We definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Jardine’s Inn was great!!! We received a wonderful friendly welcome on arrival ... our room was clean & comfortable ... enjoyed the outdoor pool and we were served a hearty breakfast!!! Would definitely stay there again!

This bed and breakfast was fantastic. The house is full of character and the hosts incredibly hospitable. Breakfast was great and there was even a room to play board games. We loved our stay here!

Comfortable and clean room, well-organized interiors, and qualty service! Everything was perfect! This hotel should be evaluated extremely superb.

When we arrived the host family was not home. But it had no trouble to access with code by the instructions over the phone. We stayed in an attic room which had low clearance and you have to bend to pass on one side of the bed. There is a shared "kitchen" area with microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary bottled water and other goodies such as hot cocos, goldfish cracks, popcorn, etc. Most amazingly, they served homy breakfast for you.

A delightful room with a genuine, old fashion clawfoot tub. Ideal for a warm soak in a cold winter's night. Followed up by a gourmet breakfast the next morning and an interesting, engaging chat with the owner. Definitely in our list of great finds for 2019.

The house is full of charm and character, and the family suite was amazing. Having a separate bedroom for our infant meant that we didn't have to worry about waking him.

Staff was very nice and sympatic. Breakfast was excellent.

HIstoric property that belonged to a key figure in the history of what is now Rexton. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms and excellent full breakfast included. Owner makes everyone feel at very much at home. Only stayed one night in transit, but would happily have stayed longer. Pool in backyard. Highly recommended.

This Bed and Breakfast was built in the 1800's and was beautiful. It had all the charm of the beautiful houses built in that time period. The service from the owner was outstanding and we couldn't ask for more. The breakfast she served was all homemade and was delicious. The area is lovely and peaceful for walking. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I had a lovely stay at that place. The owner was so nice, funny and talkative that it almost felt like we were close relatives. The room was really comfortable and cute: the decoration was absolutely lovely. There is also an exterior pool, a piano and a common dining room where we can take breakfast with all the other inmates (I had a wonderful moment with them). I must also add that I have spend more money in hotels that were not nearly this good. So I highly recommend this place and I also want to thank the owner for her kindness. If I travel in this region again, I'll definitely go back. :)
