The bathroom was covered in mold including the shower head. It also had a strong mold and humid smell. The bed was super hard and the curtains let through a lot of light.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Het hotel ligt heel centraal. Je kan makkelijk naar de nightmarket, een massage doen of naar de pier. Het hotel is basic maar daar is ook de prijs naar. De douche was erg fijn! Beneden kan je nog even zitten en daar liggen spelletjes die kan spelen.
De kamer was heel stoffig, niet fijn en zeker niet met iemand met stof allergie. Ook hadden we na de schoonmaak muggen in de kamer. Bedden zijn vrij hard. Kamer kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Dit was onze 2e keer in dit hotel, maar ik twijfel over een 3e keer.

La cafetería de enfrente para desayunar un pelín cara. Pero nada q ver con el hotel aunq te dan un vale del 10% dto en la recepción.

The shower has a lip around it in the floor. This lip protrudes so far into the bathroom space it is a trip hazard.

Вообще город Сураттхани произвёл очень хорошее впечатление. Недалеко от отеля есть большая и благоустроенная набережная, где вечером гуляет много народу. В день нашего приезда в торговом центре проходил конкурс красоты - незабываемое зрелище!
Нареканий нет.

We were there during Songkran so there was quite a lot of noise throughout the night with people coming back from partying.

Personel był pomocny i starał się reagować na nasze potrzeby, co pozytywnie wpłynęło na odbiór pobytu. Niestety, mieliśmy wrażenie, że czystość pokoi pozostawia nieco do życzenia. Szczególnie łazienki wymagają odświeżenia lub remontu, co wpływa na ogólny komfort. Dodatkowo w pomieszczeniach wyczuwalny był zapach stęchlizny, który był dość uciążliwy. Być może część pokoi wygląda inaczej. Byliśmy tam 2 noce i to zdecydowanie wystarczyło, na dłuższy pobyt raczej byśmy się nie zdecydowali. Mimo tych niedogodności pobyt był akceptowalny, jednak standard hotelu mógłby zostać poprawiony, aby w pełni odpowiadał oczekiwaniom gości.
