Had a great experience! My stay way absolutely great. Friendly staff. The lady Maika was very pleasant to speak with,such a sweet lady. I will most definitely be booking again very soon.

We were very comfortable during our stay although our ground floor room suffered a bit from noise from the floor above. The neighbouring restaurant, Mammatuk, was very good and makes a great flat white

Our stay was great. Staff extremely helpful at all times. Business center saved iur trip since we made major changes to our itinerary. Mamattuk next door had really great food. Breakfast and other meals were among the best we had on iur trip. Would gladly return.

Front desk staff was lovely. My first time at the hotel. It was newly renovated and had everything I needed. The walls are thin however and I could actually hear the man next door talking and later snoring lol. I put on the AC unit and it blocked it out perfectly. I received a $15 voucher for breakfast at the restaurant close by as part of the cost but was too pressed for time to use it. It was a nice touch though. I’d stay there again for sure. It’s very close to the Dairy Queen in a quiet area of town.

Everything worked out seamlessly and smoothly and so happy we changed our room to the 2 bedroom and kitchenette. Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful clean place

It was wonderful. Clean place & very friendly reception welcome. Loved the filtered water & breakfast was great the only thing you had to drive to it . The breakfast only had 1 slice of toast with the breakfast & no refill of coffee.

The restaurant next door is 5 star !!

I was very happy as i usually am with the hotel. Only complaint is that the microwave plate was covered in something left from a previous guest. Missed when cleaning. Other than that id definitely stay again. Lobby is beauty.

Made purchases of local artists in gift shop. Delicious Trapper’s breakfast nearby included with room. I would go here again.

Fantastic accommodation! Mamattuk restaurant was the highlight of our trip. It was so amazing that we returned there for every one of our meals during our stay in Happy Valley. A true gem!

Love Royal Inn and Suites. Usually never have issues except for the noise level. My first night a couple arguing in the next room for two hours. And the last night, people outside screaming and yelling all night until 7am.

Excellent , smooth check in , lovely room we had a dog , but good to know limited number of rooms are pet friendly , best to book through the hotel if have a pet The restaurant next door has excellent Labrador speciality food and lovely decor , also brochure for breakfast there . (15$ ) In summary , if staying in Goose Bay this hotel is highly recommend !!

L’accueil était parfait, les installations très pratiques, propreté irréprochable, endroits pour s’asseoir à l’extérieur, le restaurant, juste à côté, souper excellent et le petit déjeuner inclus était tout aussi bon. Un gros 5 étoiles sans aucune hésitation!

Rooms have been renovated in the last year or so. Property is close to Mamattuk for breakfast, lunches and dinners. Just a short walk.

Highly recommend this hotel! This is our go to hotel when traveling to Labrador. Amazing staff and rooms are beautiful. Very clean, quiet and safe

Everygthing was great about the property except for the noises from people upstairs were clearly heard in our room. Unfortunately, the people upstairs paced back and forth all night without stopping. I cannot understand why the would even rent a room without intending to sleep at any point.

Beautiful suite. Staff were amazing. Make sure you check out the restaurant! The decor is stunning and the food is delicious.

We were on our way to the Royal Inn and Suites in Happy Valley Goose Bay when the bad smoke from the western wildfires made the travel difficult due to my travel partner's poor health. Even though we had to abandon the trip on the day we were due to arrive, after the free cancellation period, the kind folks at the Royal Inn and Suites gave us a full refund. Thanks!!

Very comfortable place to stay with easy access to Mamattuk restaurant One problem coffee machine with cups etc on bedside table this made it difficult to operate as the pods kept breaking and couldn’t get coffee unless asked for hrlp

Lovely woman at the front desk, very kind. Overall the property was very nice, sparkling water in the rooms and they have a restaurant Mamataukk (sp) nearby with a free breakfast coupon from the hotel. It in the greatest area but the hotel is very nice

Labrador Clean and bright. Spacious clean room with touches of Labrador in the decor & toiletries. Staff are friendly & helpful. We were also given full breakfast vouchers for Mamattuk Restaurant, another Jem next to the hotel. They have the most amazing foods with delicious flavours from Labrador. A must stay in Goosebay.

No issues. Just a good nights stay

Staff is great. Gap in exterior door to wall, snow and wind blowing into the room. Floor in main part was noticibly warped. Sink drain stopper was stuck shut. Couch was full of food crumbs and no bedding present on the couch.

Clean, comfortable room. Parking in front of room. Excellent restaurant! Everything met or exceeded expectations. Nicely done!

This was a very clean and lovely updated accommodations. Staff were so friendly and kind! The airport shuttle was really handy, as well as the BEAUTIFUL restaurant next door.

The hotel manages to incorporate local art, craft, and food effectively. Great place to stay if you want to feel immersed in some of the local culture.

I had a pleasant stay in Royal Inn & Suite and it is centralized to amenities.

Comfortable and clean , modern and the staff were great.

Could hear people stomping/walking around but seemed to settle around 11. Clean. Lady at the front desk was awesome. Even reheated some leftovers we had in their staff room.

The staff was great, and went out of their way with assistance. The room I was in, which was the suite, was spacious, calm and even had bath salts for use in the beautiful bathtub! The suite was fabulous.

Beautiful property, very clean and up to date

The restaurant on the property is excellent. However, if you reserve a hotel room to rest, I don't recommend this hotel. The walls are paper thin and I was woken up 5-6 times during the night by people leaving from neighbouring rooms. Comparable to sleeping in a tent - the walls are not insulated whatsoever. The room would otherwise be comfortable.

Very friendly, free excellent breakfast and comfortable.

Was not impressed with the room given at arrival (smelly, carpet and very noisy). Lodge a complaint and was upgraded. Much better smell, no carpet and less noise.

It is usually a fabulous, very wonderful experience. However, when we arrived there was no hot water. We were advised it would be fixed the next day, but it actually took 2 days. I know these things happen and we were offered to use the shower in the fitness room- it was just very inconvenient when you are expecting to be able to enjoy a hot shower in your own room without having to get dressed to go outside in the rain. The room charges were removed from our bills and that was appreciated. However, hot water when we were told to expect it would have been nice too. Boiling water on the stove to pour into the bathtub is not something that I enjoyed doing.
