Overall a good stay! Staff especially were accommodating and friendly

Property is beautiful but they had construction going on. We checked in at 5 am and were woken up at 10 am by loud drilling noises that felt like it was right outside our room. Next day the drilling started at 9 am . We were very sleep deprived. We needed to sleep in the afternoon as we had a flight at 3.45 am the next day and asked for a room change . We got the keys and managed to have access to the safe. We ventured out leaving a message with reception to move our packed bags to the new room. We arrived at 3 pm and no bags were in our room. Had to wait another 30 mins before our bags arrived. We could only nap for an hour and half before heading out for a dinner with Family. On our arrival back to the hotel we packed and headed out to the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel manager and staff were very apologetic and tried to look after us but that didn’t help with sleep deprivation.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

The best place I have ever stayed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the hotel itself is amazing and the food options are fantastic. From the hospitality to the food to the facilities. This places makes me want to go back to Dubai just so I can stay there again.

Excelentes instalaciones, me he alojado en el apto de 1 dormitorio + salon. Vale la pena pagar un poco mas para tener vistas al Creek y todo el skyline de Dubai. Servicio impecable, siempre atentos y rapidos para ayudar. No he desayunado, pero las veces que he pedido comida en la habitacion excelente. El apto. está equipado con todo lo quebuno pueda necesitar, máquina de cafe de capsulas Lavazza, hervidor, lavadora, frigo, micro, plancha, 2 televisores etc.Todo amplio, moderno y limpio.

The hotel, though it claims to be 5-star, did not feel so judging from the ambience - the lobby, lifts, decor, etc were a bit dull-looking. Maybe the hotel is old. The rooms are perfect, though. Had a small kitchenette as well as washing machine, both which we did not use. The beds are hard enough for a desi - not too soft! This, personally, was a plus point for us. Bathtub was a little inconvenient as we prefer walk-in showers. Also there was no pull-out line for drying clothes there. We got a drying rack upon request. Breakfast was excellent! Huge variety and felt luxurious. Unluckily there was no karak chai. (This hotel caters more to Westerners) Getting a taxi is not that easy from the hotel; it all depends on luck.

We want to start this review with a deep and sincere thank you — a massive thank you that words can’t fully express. We were stranded in Dubai due to a security situation in our home country, and flights were canceled for a period of time. When we came to this hotel, they gave us everything we needed and truly helped us through a difficult time. We booked an apartment with a washing machine, and they upgraded us at no extra charge. Thank you to the amazing staff for their outstanding service — from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel itself is luxurious, and the rooms are brand new, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. This is not our first time here — about a year ago we also stayed at their regular hotel (not the apartments), and it was just as luxurious with excellent service. The location is also great — very close to Dubai Mall for those who need it, and there are supermarkets nearby as well. There’s plenty of convenient parking, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the air conditioning was perfect — they simply made us feel at home. Their prices are extremely affordable compared to the high value and luxury you receive, also u have very good pool at the top roof, with a view to Dubai marina If I could give 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. Our 4 night stay was amazing. Special mention to Selina and Azra who were amazing in making sure our stay was special for our 10th wedding anniversary.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem Stadthotel ist: Nicht weitersuchen, sondern direkt dieses hier buchen!! Das Hotel liegt am Creek und bietet vom Pool in der 13. Etage eine phänomenale Sicht auf die Skyline von Dubai!! Unser Apartment in der obersten, 17. Etage, hatte denselben Blick: Grandios!!! Unsere Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche als Stadthotel offen. Wer allerdings nicht 10-15 Minuten zur nächsten Metro-Station laufen möchte, eine großzügige Pool-Landschaft mit vielen Liegen oder einen eigenen Strandzugang sucht, sollte sich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden! Das Hotel bietet Shuttle-Bus-Verbindungen zum Kite-Beach (2x am Tag), zur Dubai Mall (1x am Tag) und zur Mall of the Emirates (1x am Tag) an. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe zum Flughafen, aber NICHT in der Flugschneise - wir haben zu keiner Zeit Fluglärm wahrnehmen können! Alles in allem: Ein tolles Stadthotel mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - wir kommen wieder!! Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der 145qm-Apartmentbeschreibung ist zu entnehmen, dass es über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder verfügt. Das stimmte so bei unserem Apartment nicht: Wir hatten 2 Badezimmer und 1 Gäste-WC. Hier sollte die Beschreibung angepasst werden, um Missverständnissen/Problemen/Schwierigkeiten vorzubeugen.

Came home this morning from eight days at this fabulous hotel Extremely high calibre in every aspect and I would highly recommend a stay if you are visiting Dubai The place is pristine and all staff are exceptional and industrious We had the all inclusive package and the accommodation on floor eleven was fantastic with breathtaking views of the creek The food was excellent in the salt and pepper buffet restaurant as it was in Morgan’s gastro pub We also ate in Gusto Italian restaurant and had lunch at the poolside on floor thirteen on several occasions The location is excellent as a base for exploring the delights of Dubai In summary this is our third visit to Dubai in recent years and it was made extremely pleasurable by the efforts of all at the hotel A very big thank you to everyone for a marvellous experience John Thomson

Beautiful hotel with spotless, stylish rooms. Pool and restaurants were great also. Staff were very kind to my husband when he was unwell during our stay. Huge thank you to the reception, concierge and housekeeping teams for their help and excellent service throughout! Thanks also for the lovely valentine's surprise!

We had our last night in Dubai at this hotel, it is close to the airport and the room is clean and spacious.

Excellent value for money. The hotel itself is great, very clean. The breakfast is very good but for me it was a small issue that breakfast close early (10:30) .. i wake up late… but for other it maybe ok. Very clean restaurant and variable food, fresh. The room r very good all what u need u have and it is luxury like 4/5 . But for the price it is super good value for money. It have free parking… eqsy to navigate. Small kids area to play.. pool on top roof is nice but small pool.. location is good.. not bad… They also have a free shuttle bus for three important locations on of them is dubai mall.. so if u don’t have a car it is ok. Staff r very good… Thank u

This Hotel is just right for Dubai, we Used the water Taxi 🚕 to the Old Towen and the Markets.We must thank Dee at the tourist desk He was very helpfull. We went the Plam and went through on the Fast Track and it was relly good. The is just what you need for a short stay in Dubai the breakfast Was graet and use the Arabic corner lovely food. Please also saythanks to Sarkar in the Resaurant. Wonderfull Hotel would come again. Peter

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything was superlative! I booked a 75sqm apartment, with a living room and bedroom, two bathrooms and all the utilities you need for an excellent stay. Coffee (various varieties), tea, water, daily, provided by the hotel. Exemplary cleanliness in all areas. Infinity pool on the 13th floor, with an incredible view. The food, excellent and varied. The hotel staff with special attention to customers. Thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend!

We had a great stay at Al Bandar Rotana hotel. Staff were friendly, and always run the help and support during our 12 night stay. Location was perfect for us, also there are 3 route bus route available free at hotel which was save Timeand money.

A very good hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.

This is a nice hotel and is located in a more interesting area of Dubai, away from the more recent tourist locations. The staff here are great, always willing to help. The hotel is clean and has an excellent view from the swimming pool. The only negative was that sometimes could get a light smell of smoke when we first walk into the room which was a non smoking room. This may be due to the way the AC system is connected or someone was smoking where they should be. Great stay experience, the service is excellent. Very helpful staff I had very pleasant time there. Close to everywhere and walking distance from different live locations where you can visit during day and night. Perfect location. Close to all sorts. Amazing creek views & nice walks at night along the creek. Very nice looking hotel with amazing interiors & exterior. Stands out from the neighbouring hotels. Would definitely be staying there if i stay on this side of Dubai.

The place is amazing, from the interior of the hotel to the food and staff. Jeska spoke to us about how our our stay was. Italian restaurant was unbelievable the views were epic. Highly recommend this hotel. I advise you go to the burj kalifa and The Atlantis in the Palm, taxi’s are everywhere so easy to communite around dubia.

Like most of Dubai, this hotel is very nice and very modern, it even has labeled light switches, which I had never seen before. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. We only stayed one night so we didn't spend much time there to really explore the entire hotel. The staff helped us get a taxi to the gold and spice souq just down the creek in old Dubai. However, we got back to the hotel around 10:00am and it was already 102 degrees in October!

I stayed in this beautiful property for a night before heading to Thailand to start a new journey. I met Marilyn on my arrival and assisted me during the check-in procedure. Front team in general are a friendly and enthusiastic group of people. Welcoming you with a genuine smile and from that time you will know that they will go the extra mile in order to provide service that is exceptional. Ms Marilyn, with a natural friendly attitude, is able to build rapport with me in a short span of time. I very much appreciate a beautiful spotless room that makes me comfortable and relaxed before heading to my flight the next day. Also, I will never forget the complimentary cake with a "Good Luck" note arranged by Marilyn that makes me feel the entire Al Bandar team celebrate success with me. Shukran! My family had enjoyed two nights stay in al bandar Rotana. Kids had enjoyed the pool and the restaurant food selection during Ramadan Iftar. Gym is fully equipped and in very good condition. Entire facility is very well maintained and nicely cleaned.

This review is dedicated to the concierge staff. Huge beaming smiles is the first thing that hits you when you enter the hotel, the guys (Uche and others) and the ladies (Ikram and others) have one sole purpose and that’s to provide a greeting fit for royalty, not just when you first arrive but each and every time one returns from a hard a busy day shopping! The concierge are front of house and that’s where first impressions count. Each and every person that’s on the team are a true asset to the hotel.

What an amazing hotel. Very clean and friendly staff , we took our 9 month old also and he started walking and of course wanted to be in everything. All the staffs were very friendly, and super super nice. Housekeeping staff imrian was very into detail when he was providinf service, he was informative and got questions answered. Downpart for me was the pool as its not as big and due to it been so hot and Humid everyone wanted to be under an umbrella which wasnt enough. Breakfast there is a must , you get fried rice for breakfast wow. I will definitely be staying here again when ever I visit Dubai...

Hôtel situé non loin de l’aéroport ce qui fut pratique pour notre départ très matinal, le personnel était très attentionné et les chambres très propre et bien décorées.

家族3名3泊アパートメントタイプに宿泊しました。ベットルーム、リビング、ダイニング共に充分な広さでひと通りのキッチン用品、洗濯機もありました。洗剤や布巾類も用意されていると良かったのに、少し残念でした。部屋からの景色も最高です。メトロの最寄り駅ユニオン駅までは徒歩20分位かかりますが、ユニオン駅周辺にはカルフールもあり、便利でした。

Comfortable, clean and spacious hotel, with good facilities apart from the pool area, which was smaller than expected but had great views. We loved our room! The views were beyond excellent! We had the best views of Dubai from our room! Peaceful environment, friendly door staff, and facility staff. However, the desk staff were not as helpful, they did not reward us with our Skyward points, nor did they offer us a discounted breakfast or dinner package. Food at the hotel was nice but slightly expensive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but the desk staff could have offered a better service.

The staff were amazing,lovely and exceptional. The hotel is modern,clean and well maintained. We enjoyed every bit of time we spent there and will definitely go back. We stayed in the premium 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the creek and you could see the city from the apartment.

Only had single beds when I stayed and not queen or king, which was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel was very nice. The view was good. The room was very modern and had a good amount of amenities for an international business traveller.
