Novotel Muscat Airport

Arrived 23:00 and the room was not ready, otherwise everything was fine

In every city I travel for work I used Novotel. The place is convenient, the service is good and staff is helpful professional.

My room internet did not work at all during my stay at the hotel. I need it as I was visiting for work, so having a lack of this service was a really set back.

L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport. Le confort des chambres surtout la literie. La décoration. L’accueil à la réception . Très bon petit déjeuner

I would like to genuinely express my deepest appreciation to all the hotel staff for everything they did for my mother during the emergency she experienced during her stay. They went above and beyond to support her and to keep in close contact with us throughout the situation. It was an incredibly stressful and worrying time for our family, especially as our mother was travelling alone through Muscat. I cannot fully express how much their kindness, care, and support meant to us during such a difficult time. At the end of the day, the true value of a stay goes far beyond the facilities — it is the people who run the hotel and the care they show to their guests that truly makes a difference. Thank you so much to the entire team for your compassion, support, and genuine care. We will always be grateful.

Dear Novotel Muscat Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible hospitality and service I received. A special thank you goes to Mohammad and his team, who went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. The Swimming & Gym Instructor is extremely Friendly whom I have interacted during my son used the pool. Other Staff from front desk & House Keeping staff as well helpful and when you request, they will accommodate smilingly. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the vibe in the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I look forward to staying with you again! Warm Regards, Mohammad Farooq

This hotel is ideal for a short stay. Its clean, modern and comfortable. Food is good, with a buffet option and Al le carte menu available. The swimming pool area offers a nice location if you're able to enjoy some relaxation time.

I absolutely loved the breakfast, especially the local dishes. The location was also fantastic, making it very convenient to walk around and explore. Everything was easily accessible from the hotel.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was quite weak and kept disconnecting. Improving the internet speed would make the stay much better.

Everything was good

The TV in the room

The generous room size and the staff's prompt assistance

The price is so high

Everything is nice with this hotel, especially the staff !

View Room light not that good

Very clean, modern and close to the airport. We stayed in a well-equipped family suite. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and professional

Service was not good. We ordered in-room dining for our children and the order came missing main items. By the time the full order came after three tries, it had been more than an hour and a half. Not convenient with kids. Also delays in housekeeping service to setup the sofa bed, we had to call twice to get someone to come.

Close to the airport , the person at the gift shop was very nice and helpful . Checkout was also good

Bare minimum in the hotel.

Our room was perfect, a small suite, very quiet with the best air conditioner for sleeping I have experienced in travelling.

This hotel was very good , front desk staff has good behaviour specially a girl named Huria was so helpful and nice, room cleanliness was good and quality of breakfast was also very good. The location was near to Airport and City Centre shopping mall. Besides there are some points that may need their management attention: 1- the height of bath tub was very high even for normal people it is hard to step in. 2- in their bath and WC there were no fan to refresh the air inside.
