The room was big and spacious. The Bed was comfortable. The property was quiet.

The TV was very small. There were no amentities. Two bottles were in my room, both labeled "shower gel" but they had the viscosity of water and didn't feel like soap. No shampoo or tooth brushes.

Large room. Simple but extremely clean. Nice host. Felt comfortable.

Water had a bit of rusty color + smell.

Friendly staff. Room a good size for the price. Quiet location, but still near Market Village.

La propreté, la grandeur de la chambre, ma douche. La proximit& avec un centre commercial et le centre ville. Le calme, un petit restaurant Thai en face. Une Laundry au bout de la rue. La vue sur les montages, l'ascenseur rapide.

Le gel douche et le shampooing qui sont comme de l'eau.

I like everything about the place. Reception staff were welcoming and attentive. Location is central but quiet. It's clean and nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were the best! Our room had an enclosed area for preparing/warm up food. Cutlery and crockery were provided too! There is a little restaurant right opposite where you can enjoy local food with local prices.

Our room didn't have a nice view. I think the room and furniture were designed for northern European guests. I am a petite lady, so everything was a little too high for me, but that's not their fault!

Die Lage war abseits,jedoch einige Märkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Nähe Villa Market .Parkplatz für Auto alles bestens. Sehr sauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und neu bezogen,neue Handtücher jeden Tag.

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique et prévenant. Comme demandé au préalable un scooter nous attendait des notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Wi-Fi very slow we had to use our cellular all the time. We stayed there 14 nights one night. Our neighbor was very loud one night. There was a party next-door that lasted a long time very loud and the room needs to be more soundproof.

+ sehr großes Zimmer + King size Bett + excellente Matratze + nahezu perfekte Sauberkeit + sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal + Viele Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen, Ablegen und Sitzen + gute, dicke Handtücher + viele Parkplätze, teils sogar im Schatten +/- Kopfkissen könnten etwas weicher sein für meinen Geschmack +/- rudimentäres Angebot an TV-Sendern +/- Aussicht nicht der Rede wert, aber das ergibt sich aus der Lage des Hotels.

Bereit gestelltes Shampoo und Duschgel ist sehr dünnflüssig.

Very friendly trustworthy staff and great locations

Great location close to the mall and beach. Super clean and very spacious. It even has a small kitchenette with a sliding door to shut off from the room.

Could hear the neighbours talking, but that didn't disturb me much. There are a few dogs around the area so be aware of that at night.

Detta hotellet ligger på utmärkt läge med gångavstånd till strand, market village samt restauranger och barer längs soi 94. Om man bor längre tid här kan man få hyra rummet till ett väldigt förmånligt pris per månad, vilket inte många andra boende kan slå med tanke på vad du får för pengarna.

ingen frukost eller pool tillgänglig, detta visste jag i och för sig om redan när jag bokade så det var ingen överraskning. Det finns dock många möjligheter till frukost på restauranger i närheten och den totala kostnaden per dygn för boendet och frukost på restaurang är fortfarande väldigt prisvärd.

Flott personale. Store, fine og rene rom. Fint bad med greit vanntrykk i dusj. Alt man trenger 2-5 min gange unna. Rolig område.

Må være fuglen som skrek store deler av oppholdet, men den fulgte med oss videre til Cha Am.

Have stayed several times before, over the years since the aparthotel was built, and the standard of comfort and cleanliness has been maintained throughout this time. Furniture /beds are of high standard, as has been the maintenance of a high standard of decor, which must have taken focused effort. The location makes it a very easy walk from the Market Village shopping centre, and similarly the range of evening eating and drinking facilities of Soi 94. Ample car parking space is available, some now under shade. Owners and staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nothing of any consequence. Remote for aircon could have had fresh batteries.

Had an amazing stay here, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious with everything I needed and a very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Everything was also spotless clean. There are some dogs living nearby, and I was a little worried at first, because I am generally scared of stray dogs, but these were never a problem, they just mind their own business on the parking lot.

Toll geführter Familienbetrieb im Herzen von Hua Hin. Vom freundlichen Empfang, Ausstattung der sehr,sehr sauberen Zimmer bis zur Hilfsbereitschaft, alles Top,top top. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch den Guest relation Manager Bee-Bee der immer freundlich und ein offenes Ohr hat. Wenn man 12 Punkte vergeben könnte, der Betrieb hätte sie verdient. Man sieht sich sicher wieder A wonderfully run family-run hotel in the heart of Hua Hin. From the friendly welcome and the impeccably clean rooms to the helpfulness of the staff, everything was top-notch. I would especially like to commend the Guest Relations Manager, Bee-Bee, who is always friendly and ready to listen. If I could give 12 points, this hotel would deserve them all. See you again

Good locations, Convenient (close to restaurants,bars & shopping mall. Overall is clean & tidy. However if they have oven, stoves or microwave will be much better.

位置绝佳，隔壁不远就是华欣购物中心莲花超市。过条马路就直达海滩。步行20多分钟就能到夜市、火车站。周边按摩、酒吧、餐厅应有尽有。客房大，家具简洁、卫浴干净。服务员微笑而且热心周到。

厨房要有个小微波炉就完美了。

The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The cleaning service every day was prompt and professional. The room was quiet and i did not hear any neighbours or traffic noise during my week long stay. Complimentary coffee and water was provided every day. I appreciated the hospitality of all the staff in this family run business. Short walk to beach, Market Village shopping centre, restaurants and nightlife.

It would have been nice to have a cooking hot plate in the kitchen so I could have the option to cook some eggs in the morning.

Nice, clean hotel up a quiet alley but just a few mins walk from Hua Hins best bar complex and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants on the way (turn left out of the hotel and you are there). Turn right and you are 5 mins walk from Shopping Centre and 10 mins walk from beach. Spacious rooms, if a bit basic, but everything works and its very good value for money. Small bar at reception.

The property was clean and located about a five minute walk to the Central Market Mall, downtown Hua Hin, lots of stores and restaurants.

Room was very big and clean, people were very friendly. It is located at center area, but still very quiet. Strongly recommend it.

Found some ants in bathroom, should pay more attention on pest control.

The spacious room with separate kitchen and balcony, very good housekeeping and reception staff, brilliant location in a quiet area ( one can hear insects at night and look at stars ), 10 min walk to lots of food options in shopping centre, massage places all over!

This is a great hotel, super clean, friendly staff, easy parking and in a great central location. Excellent value for the price, and I highly recommend it.

It is very clean and the rooms are big. It is a 10 minute walk to the Market Village Shopping Center and beach. The internet works well. To be fair in the review I have stated the good things, but I was left with a very bad feeling the day I left which was sad. The manager wanted to fight over 50 THB because she misunderstood me. I stayed a week.

In my opinon, the hotel is overrated and expensive for what it is. I think there are much better deals in Huahin. The small lobby looks like a nursey with children's cribs and toys all around. I am posting photos. There are no amenties such as a pool or restaurant. There was not much help with bags either. The interior of the rooms are basic.

Situated between Bluport market and the village Market in Hua Hin in a quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach. Big rooms, comfortable beds and very accomodating and friendly staff. Extended our stay twice because we liked it so much!

Spacious room with adjustable ac and a small balcony. Nothing special. No breakfast, but a water heater and coffee and 2 water bottles are in the room. Within walking distance are restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the beach.
