Reviewed Oct 28, 2019I'm very happy with my stay, the room condition was very clean, all essential toiletries included.Breakfast was decent. All staff were super nice, and willing to provide assistance. I missed my train to Hangzhou due to my flight was delayed on my initial night, so I called the hotel to change my reservation to the next night, the hotel staff was very friendly and willing to change it for me with a small price difference. One note though, I tried 2 of my credit cards, both did not work at the property. Hiking Hotel differently will be stay again when I'm in Hangzhou in the future.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2017Not on main roads but in a residential area. Parking is a big problem. Foreign credit cards not accepted. Very tidy room. Satisfying breakfast buffet.
