Fiesta Inn Chihuahua Fashion Mall

Nice stay.

Wonderful

The hotel itself was not too clean.

Had to leave before what looked like an excellent buffet ready on time

Everything you need is around the hotel

We stay a lot there great service and clean

The area around the hotel has limited things to do besides the mall, also limited transportation, everything else was average, thank you

It was Good

when we booked first, we made sure it had good reviews and this one had an excellent one, so we were expecting just that. First the keys given to you at front desk is the same one used for your lights to stay on at room at that was not explained to us upon arrival. Second the room had a humid smell at all times and was hard to sleep with the odor. Last the doors look pretty beat up definitely need to be replaced. Not all is bad it has its amenities, the location is perfect if you want to be by the shopping centers and the Periferico is right by it. The breakfast was great, and the price was better.

I will never come back!!! To save gas. I needed to tolerate do no have hot water… the staff told be it was because the manager wanted savings…when they had the hotel full. I needed to change the room due to my family and the ladies at reception (terribles and rude) never listened to me. One night; a violent person hit our door. I called to reception and nobody showed up….. there are several options in Chihuahua you can pick. I will never come back.

I stayed at the property at the fiesta Inn and Chihuahua fashion mall everything was perfect as far as check-in and amenities. I had gotten breakfast for 2 and drinks for 2 included in my stay. I had breakfast there and I thought it was included in there as my receipt said so and as your ad states, but they told me that it was not included. I showed the hotel manager that this was included and they wouldn’t believe it. I showed the receipt showed the email confirmation And still they did not honor their end of the bargain of staying there. I am still today June 5 still trying to arrange for payment and it’s checkout time and they still alleged that I got to pay. I’m trying to arrange that so you need to make sure you let the hotel know that included with my stay. I get breakfast and drinks as I picked this hotel because of the free breakfast for two I would love to give five stars but as far as breakfast is concerned and all that I did not wanna pay additional for that, I could’ve left elsewhere or had Uber eats come and deliver what I wanted to eat and get treated More properly as I am accustomed in my vacations I hate to put up bad reviews, but make sure on your Expedia receipt it shows that drinks and breakfast are included in the receipt or else you’re gonna argue for hours thank you

Bien

Super clean and quiet. Definitely will use again. Thanks!

My booking supposedly included breakfast. Upon arriving at the property, the first thing they mentioned was that it was for an extra charge. That benefit comes from being a OneKey member. They gave me a room on the first floor, next to the very crowded -and loud - pool. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a room change.

It was ok, average Hotel, has no parking space, heater didn't work

Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy. Minimal supplies in bathroom. All things functioned well.

Excellent place. It is only lacking its own parking.

The hotel is a nice area that is within walking distance to mall. Staff was kind and friendly. This hotel offers a great view, but we couldn’t help to notice that our room wasn’t up to our standards for cleanliness. Overall we rate this a four out of five.

Good everything

Muy descuidado

Está bueno el lugar

Waited 30 minutes for them to find my Expedía reservation !!! The sink was clogged!! Room was clean, they apologized for the waiting but please get a better system!!!!!

I was going to take a shower around 10 pm but the water was cold, i waited but the hot water didnt come

Mid

Everything was really good. Staff are respectful and nice

I didn’t receive any vip

Desayuno muy malo

Very convenient location

Very convenient location

G

Pretty smooth transaction.

Great stay, shopping mall is right around the corner and have easy access to the main highway.

Very comfortable and nice stay.

Didn't like that they didn't tell me that the breakfast was not included and it was very expensive even tho i barely ate anything

Excellent

It was ok for the night we stayed.

Linens were dirty. Bathroom was dirty.

It was confortable and clean, with access to a mall and a good lobby.

The staff was kind but I didn’t receive VIP access

Bueno más no excelente

The seventh was really good. I had a good experience with hospitality. Everybody did an excellent job very friendly people in the room was amazing clean and well organized.

Got woken up real early bc there was a sports team exercising in the pool. Everything could be heard from my room.

The bathroom door had a really annoying noise just one step before full closure, it was really bad, specially for those wake ups at midnight when you try not to wake your family if you have a need. it was loud and couldnt be avoided in any way, it was like the hinges were malfunctioning

Na

The hotel has a very good location in a fancy area. The staff is very helpful and the service terrific. Thank you so much!.

S

Alejandro at the front desk is very knowledgeable and created an awesome environment for myself and others with his great customer service. David creates a safe space for those around with his attention to detail as the grounds security. Quick service to the room for necessities. Rooms are spacious, shopping and restaurants near by. Great location and great experience, thank you Fiesta

Professional staff, clean comfortable rooms, outstanding staff support when needed

Todo bien

Someone opened the door to my room between 11pm-2am the first night, it was someone with an access key so was maintenance or service. I talked to the cleaning lady and she said there are cameras that she would report it and for me to report it as well. I reported to the front desk and no one contacted me. The AC in the room was either 50 or 85, nothing in between was crazy. The maintenance guy said it was broken but never offered a different room. We had to sleep with the door slightly open.

Very nice property and staff is so helpful and friendly.

The service is terrible and the food. Room service doesn’t work anytime, morning or night. I call for a order 8:00 pm and 35 min after they said that I need go downstairs to wait for my order and pick up my wine. That is inappropriate!!! I will never come back again.

Nice rooms and convenient location

Service was good but room conditions weren’t the best. The floors were damaged and the drain in the shower hold up water.

This hotel did not have any parking and it was very inconvenient to get off. You literally had to fly out of your car get in the building and move because there was cars behind you waiting to move. The parking is very unsafe because there’s a gym around it, and the front of the door is literally the highway.

It is a little confusing to get to the lobby but no bad at all! The place is clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere.

👍

Hotel was good walking distance from the Fashion Malls and the casino

Nice and clean room. A little noisy with thin walls. The parking area is the parking lot of a shopping mall.

Positive :Very comfortable bed. Areas of improvement: The property doesn’t have their own parking space, they share parking with a mall next to it. The heater cannot go over 22 C. The room was clean but needed some painting. They were building a gym at the lower level, so you listen hammering at 6 am.

The location is excellent, but they don't have their own parking lot, you share it with the shopping Mall and it was chaos

Loved it!

Ugly bedrooms, bad distribution of the bathroom, showering is a mess

The property is new and well maintained and clean

My room got flooded twice

Clean and the staff super friendly

Amazing!

I asked again about the room upgrade and they refused, also the sink was clogged and shower water was leaking badly out of the shower area

Only concern is having to use the parking lot of the mall. The hotel does not offer guarded parking lot.

Loved the matress and pillows, we had a very intense day so I really appreciated having a good rest night. We didn't have much time to enjoy the Amenities, but the room was very clean and comfortable. Will definetly stay at Fiesta Inn again and recommend it. Thank you.

Hotel was decent.

They need to have shuttle service to the airport

The property is safe, shopping malls and easy to take taxis.

Very helpful Employees. From the Front desk, the Restaurant to the Maids and Cleaning staff. Comfortable beds, clean towels and beds made everyday, with fresh scented room. Courteous Servers and kitchen staff. Only thing not liked was having the room card operate the elevator above the lobby. Had to have the key card reset twice.

Room was just OK. It seems dated, walls were dirty in some areas, shampoo in shower was extremely watered down, water leaked when you showered. Bed was comfortable though. I have stayed at other Fiesta Inn's before and this was not the same. It wasn't awful, but won't be staying here again.

Very limited space in the driveway entrance to the hotel, also the walk-in entrance to the hotel from the parking lot is long and cumbersome. the registration desk is very poorly organized and the furniture around looks cheap and uncomfortable. The rooms are very small, the furniture in the room is very low quality, except the mattress. This hotel is understaffed and poorly attended.

El Staff de recepción sin amabilidad. Y muy poca cordialidad

the sink was clogged

Loved the rooms and the hotel in general. Food was also amazing!!!!

GREAT LOCATION, NEAR RESTAURANTS AND BARS, WALKING DISTANCE TO THE MALL. THE ONLY THING THAT I didn't like is that you need to park outside at the mall , there is no security and it is can of strange that they do not have covered parking or designated parking. Super clean and outsanding service for the people that work there.

This was our second stay at Fiesta Inn Galerias. Fiesta Inn is a gem. Incredibly clean, and truly comfortable beds. This will be our go-to hotel when passing through Torreon, Mexico.

Convenient location

Everything good but you should include breakfast But overall everything very good!

Everything

I received a room that wasnt clean, and they changed it, then the other one had no towels, paper etc A cleaning lady was knocking to doors to see if we needed loundry but she did not wait for us to open, she was opening our rooms in the morning with us inside. It was scary, and very dissapointed, no privacy.

very nice and new hotel

There was a moment that i realized that i had booked too many days. The front desk understood that i needed to resolve this with Expedia. Certainly I was stressed. However, Tania was kind and told me to relax and assisted in my reservation. These folks in Chihuahua Certainly have customer service perfect. I Couldn't be happier staying here.

An excellent hotel to stay in very clean property is beautiful!

The deal was nice, rooms are beautiful, comfy beds, friendly staff, restaurant wasnt so tasty but it was ok. However, big thumbs down to the architects/builders of the hotel. It rained and the water was coming in through around the window. This seems to be a new hotel to be having this kind of problem. Staff acted immediately and helped us move to another room.

everything fine

We had a good and relaxing stay place very convenient and relaxing Thanks!
