Book được khách sạn gần ngay trung tâm với giá này rất oke, đi đâu làm gì cũng thuận tiện. View đẹp, yên tĩnh, ăn sáng cũng rất ngon. Bể bơi ngoài trời rất rộng, gió mát. Ncl rất hài lòng về để chuyến đi lần này.

View khá đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ngon. Đặc biệt ks gần trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng thuận tiện.

My experience at Mường Thanh was deeply disappointing. The room and common areas lacked cleanliness, with dirty floors and unwashed windows. Basic amenities were missing or poorly maintained: the faucet had no running water, and essentials like toilet paper and tissue boxes were not replenished daily. To make matters worse, the strong smell of cigarette smoke permeated the space, making it uncomfortable. I expected a far better standard from a 5 star hotel.

I am particularly satisfied with the service provided by Nguyễn Thị Phương at the hotel front desk, I would like to thank her especially. her smiles and her friendliness and excellent service and help during my stay. Her service is the best in my entire Vietnam trip and very professional. Secondly, the hotel is one of the top in the local area, with advanced facilities and convenient transportation. Very satisfied.

The employee are amazing and willing to help

They required a deposit of VND 1mil on my debit card and promised that they would release it once checking out. When I checked out, they confirmed that the rooms were left in good condition and that they will release/refund the deposit to my bank account/debit card. However, three weeks have passed since my stay at this hotel and they still have not refunded my deposit. Very disappointed!

Decent place to stay in for a couple of nights if you want to stay somewhere where you can see normal locals and not that many tourists. Hotel staff was said to know English but I had to open translator most of the time. Room itself was decent but you can see that this was 5 star hotel 5 years ago and has seen some wear.

Restaurant in hotel can only do breakfast and room service. It takes 15 minutes walking to find a good restaurant in the area.

Me and my foreign friend's family booked a room here. Booked a room here and the staff took care of me very well. Breakfast is also diverse and fresh. My friend really likes Vietnamese food, it's great because there are many restaurants around here and convenient transportation. When I checked out, I left something in the room and when I told them to check it out, they handled it very quickly. I feel very satisfied and will definitely come back here and recommend to friends.

Enthusiastic and friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The hotel is in the city center so it is very convenient to travel, there are many taxis near the hotel. There are many delicious restaurants with regional specialties around the city. Bac Ninh is famous for many temples and pagodas. I like to visit temples so this is the optimal place I chose.

There was a huge language barrier between the staff and myself.. I was made to pay for my stay twice and promised that my money would be reversed into my account same day of which it still hasn’t.

The Dongho restaurant here is completely unfriendly. I went to dinner, but the order came out wrong and the staff showed an attitude of ignorance as if it was all my fault. Also, the dessert I ordered didn't come out even after an hour, so I told about desset while paying, and then the staff member told me to take it away. When I told him I didn't want to eat anymore, she said she couldn't cancel it because she had already charged on the bill. It's ridiculous and absurd... I didn't want to be stressed out about dessert 35k VND any more, so I just paid and left the dessert. The staff service at 4-star hotels is worse than that of street vendors. I spent a total of 2 weeks here while on a business trip to Vietnam, but I will never came back. Service is better at Indochina Hotel or Phoenix Hotel or Senna Hotel. The staffs here muong thanh are very RUDE.

receptionists Ms.Trang and Ms.Huong are so friendly and helpful, top level services. We like this hotel because of them. Facilities are quite old but fhe staffs here so nice, solve our issue very fast. keep the services at this level and have more staff like them.

Breakfast was good and decent and stay was also good.

Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket.

WIFI is available everywhere.

Hotel staffs are not well trained. Even lighted up " DO NOT DISTRUB", staffs still knocked door for housing keeping. The last day of my stay, a staff broke in my room around 7am, somehow, saying I should check out now. The carpet is very dirty.

Cleaness level, blackout level at room, shower water pressure and price. I explained I was looking for a place to stay for coming trips to Bac Ninh and was charged 30% of day charge for earlier check-in around 10 am.

The place in really well located. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The neighborhood is quiet at night and very dynamic and alive at day. People in the hotel are really nice and try to help as much as they can.

English is not really well understood by all the crew, but it is ok !

Room cleaning and refilling bottle of water are not really done when we came back at night. Massage & Spa is terrible, female therapist didn’t know how to massage at all (just touch shoulder and legs without any pressure) but ask to pay tip every 5 min. This massage service seems have another purpose, so not recommended for people who just want to take massage

Spacious room, some stains left on the floor and other furniture, this is normal to an aged hotel. Breakfast is nice, rated 7-8 of 10. Surrounding streets there are tons of local restaurant from beer to a heavy dinner, but not really foreigner-friendly. The best is to move around with your local partner/colleagues or friends.

I arrived at the hotel at about 6:30pm, the receptionists seems don't know how to handle bookings from booking.com, so they were really confused. Even after I paid the rooms in full, the staff were still suspicious in my booking (not sure if they thought my booking were fake or something?) The pool were outside of the building, and it's opened for outsiders, so it was too crowded, and it's closed most of the time, so you had to wait until the pool open to swim. My family left to visit attractions in the next morning, and when we came back at 2pm, the room were still messy, no room clean up service, I thought this is a motel instead of 5 stars hotel, I had to call them to inform that my room were not cleaned up yet. The security guard was the best, I kept telling him that I stay at the hotel, he still quesioned a lot, and follow me to the door. Even after I proved that I stayed at the hotel, he was not happy with my family, and asked us to park our car far away and save the nearby car park slots for other cars.

The thing I like most this time is the way hotel arranges breakfast seats. Breakfast range is limited due to limitation of guests, excepted. Hope will be improved when they have more guests. Receptionist at the breakfast restaurant is very friendly.
