Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The location is superb. It's surrounded by a lot of food neighbourhoods and is very bustling at night. It's also running/jogging friendly, so your activity streak won't be disturbed.
The room is very small. The mattress, pillow and blanket are so dirty. There are also cockroaches. The shower is always cold, and you have to wait for minutes after turning on the hot switch. Such a waste of water.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025When new this hotel was chic and trendy, now it is rundown. The aircon was powerful ..good for the room which had no windows, the beds were vvery comfortable and the shower was steamy hot and powerful...best shower we had in a long time. Location was great , lots of eateries. Was located near the university examination center.
Leaky faucet and plug not working. No lift.

the room is small for the price bcs we can get better space with the same price value. only small space left for a muslim to pray, in front the toilet. good that the toilet got curtain.i can say the space on the left side of the bed is 2 ft wide and on the right side is 1 ft.

When I requested an early check-in. They said it was fine without mentioning any early charges. When I arrived on site, they told me there was going to be early check in charges. I rejected it as I could just come back later, but i can pay for the hotel now. I only had a backpack. But the guy gave me 2 options, but all the options were the same thing. Option1. Pay for hotel+deposit+early check in Option 2. Pay for hotel+early check in and pay deposit later. I said ill just pay for the hotel and I'll just check in later. As I mentioned before he gave me these options. He said ok but then keyed price with the check in fee into the card machine until I called him out for it. My problem is not the check in fee. But the fact that it felt like this guy was trying to scam me. For a rm40 check in fee? If there's an issue with me paying early without me checking on the spot, you could ask me to come back later right?

Reviewed Nov 6, 2024nearyby inti, Easy to find chines food..Nearby KL school. walk around very safety. many many student. nearby Sunway Pyramid, The Valet parking of sunway pyramid is RM 15 or 25 depend weekday or weekend.. it is also nearby Empire Mall, the valet parking is Rm 18 but there is no many people as sunway pyramid, infront of Social restaurant. i come to stay this Maxhotel after attend Andy Lau concert at Axiata Arena Vip. It is at 11;50pm. If turn to another day 12am, it get additional charges Rm5.Very safety to walk around.. I have breakfast at the shop of fai lok ( happy) restaurant.
there is no enough water drinking. the bathroom shower holder is broken although it is still can use.
