Tout était à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, les équipements, la propreté, l’accueil, service valet, la qualité de tout ce qu’on mange et qu’on boit dans l’hôtel

Les prix au restaurant et au bar sont un peu chers mais tout est très qualitatif

الإفطار يحتاج الي تطوير أكبر ليتناسب مع فندق من فئة ٥ نجوم. طاقم الموظفين ممتاز ويسعي الي تقديم خدمه ممتازه . اعجبني موظف الاستقبال كان الذي قدم لنا مساعده جديره بالتقدير

خدمة الواي فاي كانت تنقطع بين الحين والآخر وهذا ازعجنا كثيرا. الغرف كانت ضيقه الي حد ما. عدم معرفة التعامل باللغه الانجليزيه لمعظم طاقم الخدمه وهذه سلبيه شائعه في تركيا بشكل عام.

La déco de la chambre avec vue sur mer ,meme si elle n avait pas de quoi bien ranger ses valises

Le haut parleur sur la terrasse sous la chambre,meme si elle n etait pas tres forte ,la musique boum boum etait derangeante au moment de la sieste.

La piscine, le restaurant, l'accueil, la vue sur la mer tout était top. Attention a l'animation musicale le week-end.

Un peu loin du centre(20 mn a pieds minimum.)

Onbeschofte personeel, stinkende kamers, ze hebben ons 2 kamers aangeboden die beide stonken. De ene erger dan de andere. Dit moet zogenaamd een 5 sterren hotel zijn, ze willen niet meewerken voor een terugbetaling.

Super Hotel. Personal super nett. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Perfekte Lage. Sauber. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Since 8 years I am going to this hotel, it has always been perfect. Very welcoming, great restaurant, super clean, good massage.

Location at the coast

Restaurant despite the national ban allows people to smoke indoors, it was so thick of smoke our cloths were smelly week after.

The sound of the sea, the hotel is just in front of the Black Sea, room was spacious everything was clean,and a super breakfast in the morning

Everything was excellent during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Contrary to some reviews, the staff were friendly, polite, and always welcoming. The breakfast was also of a high standard, truly worthy of a 5-star hotel. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Deniz manzaralı odada kaldım sabah martı ve dalga sesleri ile uyandım. Muhteşem bir gün doğumu manzarası vardı. Oda çok temiz ve personel güler yüzlüydü. Karşılamada Murat , restoranda Sıla çok güzel ilgilendi. Ordu / Giresun seyahatlerimde ilk bakacağım adres olacak.

Giriş yolunu kaçırırsanız çok dolaşıyorsunuz.

I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta Giresun! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — close to the seaside and easy to reach the city center. My room was spotless, quiet, and had a beautiful view. Everything was well-organized, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giresun! 🌿✨

Séjour très décevant. Petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre. Coffre-fort annoncé, mais inutilisable car fermé. Personnel peu aimable et pas serviable. Nos affaires ont été fouillées dans la chambre, ce qui est inacceptable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Her şeyi ile çok güzel bir otel fakat restoran bölümüne dışarıdan misafir alındığı için çok kaba yüksek ses ile konuşan ve insanları rahatsız eden kişiler oluyor malesef.

Dar ve çok sesli bir oda. Direk ana yolun dibinde. Aynı zamanda unuttuğumuz yüzüğü 1 saat sonra bulamadıklarını söylediler. Koybolduguna hiç inanmıyorum.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfälltig und lecker. Der Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Aussicht

Es gab keine Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern, obwohl vorher angefragt und das zimmer 2311 hatte feucht und schimmlig gerochen, für den Preis hätte ich weitaus mehr erwartet, außerdem ist der Pool nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet.

Manzarası güzel ama eski bir otel. Kahvaltıda sıcaklara bile ekstra para isteniyor. Havuz saatleri sınırlı. F/p ortalamanın üzerinde.

المكان والموقع جميل والاكل لذيذ وكذلك الموظفين القائمين على تقديم الطعام

الجو كان حار بسبب التكييف الضعيف وكذاك موظف موقف السيارات قام بتفتيش الاغراض

Balayı çifti olarak konakladık. İlgili ve güleryüzlü personel tarafından karşılandık. Balayı çifti olduğumuz için kahvaltımızı odaya getirdiler. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Przestronne czyste pokoje, bardzo uczynny i uprzejmy personel, fajny basen, świetne śniadania.

Brak możliwości kąpieli w morzu. Niestety linia brzegowa kamienista i zanieczyszczona glonami. Może kiedyś zostanie wybudowany jakiś pomost

The sea view was perfect , breakfast was good

Booked two rooms for two adults for two days, however the amenities and all other consumables were for one person in each room , there was no hair shampoo , it was empty , AC was set on a fixed temp. I was unable to change it .

The bedding was ripped, the rooms smelled like mold and smoke. We were on the nonsmoking floor yet people were still “allowed” to smoke. Never coming back here. I also paid extra for a sea view room but got a room facing the parking lot due to “mix up”

Great staff especially reception team together with top management.

Breakfast it’s not in accordance with this elegant hotel. Rooms need to be updated .

Çarşaflar delik. Klozetten ayağınıza kadar su akıyor. Deniz manzaralı diye satılan oda zar zor açılan balkon kapısından uzanabilirseniz denizi görebiliyorsunuz. Otel denize sıfır denize erişim yok. Otoparka aracınızı bırakıp çıkamıyorsunuz ya nişan var sağa sola çekin deniyor ya da tur otobüsü gelecek vs vs. Nişan düğün olunca tabi sessiz sakin bi şekilde dinlenme imkanı da bulamıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı fena değil. Personel görece ilgili. Ama asla tekrar tercih etmem.

The hotel was beautiful and well situated with stunning views of the Black Sea. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were excellent. Incredible value for money and top tier service.

A beautiful location with endless views over the Black Sea. The service was excellent and my room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I was charged full price when I booked over hotels.com and given no warning that the hotel was hosting a large and very loud high school graduation party right below my windows next to the hotel’s pool. I was unable to sleep or do much of anything other than listen to the thumping music and loud screaming of the excited teenagers until the event ended at 11:30 pm.

Güler yüz ile karşılaştım her zamanki sevdigim odanın dışında farkli bir oda önerdiler fakat en guzel odayi verdiler manzarasi şahane idi odam aşırı büyük ve konforluydu yataklari konforluydu hatta bir ara markasına bakip evede mi boyle yatak alsam diye düşündüm.Guzel ve sessiz ortamdı denize yakın olmasina ragmen pencereleri ve perdeyi kapatinca dalga sesleri odanin icinde yoktu.Dalga sesi gece uyurken bir sure sonra rahatsiz edici olabiliyor ama kesinlikle ses yalıtımı iyi yapılmış misler gibi uyudum.Hava yagmurlu olduğu icin havuza giremedim bir dahaki seferimde havuzunu denemek istiyorum.Kahvaltisi cesit bakımından guzel hem göze hem mideye hitap ediyor Çoğunlukla diger oteller ile kiyaslaninca farkli bir kac lezzet bulaniliyorsunuz patates kekine bayildim mutfak calisanlarina,servis ve karşılamadaki resepsiyonda bulunan tüm personellere teşekkürler.

Kahvaltı whydım sıtandardın da değil idi normal herhangi bir oteldeki kahvaltı ile aynı Bir daha tercih etmem

Super Hotel mit sehr schönen Aussicht zum Schwarzen Meer. Es hat einen Pool und schöne Restaurant. Herr Bayram ist wirklich ein super Mitarbeiter. Er hat mir bei allem geholfen. Sei es Auto parkieren oder auch fragen über die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sevilay Hanım’a ve Emre Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Her konuda yardımcı oldu bütün çalışanlar.

Temizlik üst düzey derecede güzel yapılmış Kahvaltısı çeşit bakımından güzel herseyin tazesi ve en iyisi sunulmuş.personel ilgili ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.cevresi aşırı temiz sakin huzurlu keyifli bir deneyim oldu.

Genel olarak çok iyi bir otel, temizlik konfor kahvaltı havuz temiz ve güzel. Odanın manzarası çok güzeldi Giresun Adası manzaralı. Yaşadığımız iki olumsuz durum oldu, birincisi oda tek kişi için hazırlanmış her şey birer tane vardı. Havlu , terlik vb. İkincisi ise kahvaltıda oldu , kahvaltının ücretli olduğu söylenerek moralimiz bozuldu. Her iki durumda hızlı ve şekilde çözüldü personel tarafından. Bir sonraki tatilimizde tercihimiz burası olacak. Hele ki Giresun ve Doğu Karadeniz bölgesini düşünürsek böyle bir otel yok

Guzrl temiz yeni bir otel calisanlar cok ilgili

Daha önce kalmıştım ve kaldığım zamanki hizmet kalitesi devam ediyor.Rezervasyonda bir önceki kaldığım odayı sevdigim için bos olması durumunda tekrar o odada kalmak istediğimi belirttim herkes yardimci olmaya çalışıtı havuzu kullandım cevreyi gezdim her yer ter temiz.karsilayandan siparis alana garsondan kat gorevlilerine kadar herkes guler yüzlü isini en iyi sekilde yapmaya çalışıyor.Balkonda gun batımını izlemek adaya karşı insanin icine huzur ve nese veriyor.Giresuna her geldiğimde tek tercihimdir bundan sonra.Herkese cok teşekkür ederim.
