I don’t understand this kind of rules I stay in many countries , hotels , apartments but never happen this for me before !

Unfortunately we had a huge leak in our apartment, we had to use buckets and towels to clean the mess. It took 3 days for them to sort it and we were only there 4 days. We couldn’t use air con as they initially believe it was due to the air con. And when we asked for more towels they were trying to charge us for extra towels even though they knew we had to use them to clean the leak we had! Eventually we got them free of charge but not great experience

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026we were told that we needed to download an app to have a digital key, the digital lock didnt work and we had to return to the office to get the white cards
we informed reception that the remote control for the TV wasnt working, they advised that someone would come the next day to fix it, they never came when we were leaving we informed reception about this and also advised that the iron didnt work on the apartment and it needed a new iron, the cable was worn and showing live electric wires we also had to go to the office to ask about the Wifi code, it would have been helpful to have this information in the office, my family stayed in another apartment block and they had a booklet in the apartment with all sorts of information about about the property and recommendations for places to eat locally, this would have been a good addition to our apartment

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Accommodatie was in orde maar de garage waar we ook voor betaald hadden niet. Er werd ingebroken in onze auto terwijl deze in de garage stond. Spullen zijn meegenomen terwijl er bewaking was.
Als je zoveel betaald dan verwacht je een veilige plek voor jezelf en auto. Dit is dus niet het geval, dieven hadden de tijd om de auto uit te pluizen. Er zijn tassen meegenomen en dit zou in een beveiligde niet mogen gebeuren.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Stanovanje je res super. Počutili smo se kot doma. Na voljo so vsi kuhinjski pripomočki, pralni stroj. Postelje so zelo udobne. Osebje zelo prijazno.
Mogoče samo dodatnih 200 eur depozita, ki sem jih morala plačati ob prevzemu ključev, prej nisem nikjer zasledila da jih je potrebno plačati, vendar sem po odhodu iz apartmaja že čez nekaj ur prejela vračilo.

The water for the shower went cold very quickly for 2 people this was a nuisance. I would change the ironing board as the cover has holes in it and it is unstable and too small. There is a blunt knife which I would also replace. The towels are tired and need replaced. These are small things for consideration as overall the apartment is in good condition
