Wonderful Stay at Abika Elite, Ujjain Had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Abika Elite during our Ujjain visit. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the Mahakaleshwar Temple, making darshan very convenient. The hotel is located just a short drive from the temple and is easily accessible. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of temple visits. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the food was good with a decent variety of options Overall, Abika Elite is an excellent choice for families and pilgrims looking for a comfortable stay near Mahakal Temple with large rooms and good hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at Abika elite. Staff are very humble, never says no if you have queries. Mr. Gaurav and Abhishek helped us in darshan by guiding us of all the temples. Food was really delicious. Rooms are big spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are visiting Ujjain.

Had an awesome experience. The staff at the reception Mr .Gaurav , S.P.Bhatt and Mr. Abhishek were really cooperative and supportive . Sweetly they helped in early check in , and providing change and guidance of the tour. The breakfast buffet spread was alzo sumptious and scrumptious. Not to forget , the support staff , Kudos to them. Available at one call and always ready to serve you cheerfully .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A day before our arrival, I called the hotel and requested an early check-in around 7:30 AM. The team informed me that it would be subject to availability. When we arrived, they kindly told us that the room had just become vacant and requested only 15 minutes to prepare it. True to their word, they allotted the room without any extra charges. This was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, which made our stay even more comfortable. The food quality was excellent, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay was truly wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food quality was excellent, and both lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious. However, the breakfast experience did not match the high standards of the other meals. There is definitely room for improvement in the breakfast section, as the variety and overall experience felt lacking compared to lunch and dinner. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its hospitality, service, and great food. With some improvements to breakfast, the experience would be even better.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel despite spending nearly ₹70,000 over a 4-day stay. What stood out most was the behavior of the staff and their approach to customer service. Towards the end of our stay, the staff attempted to charge us ₹3000 for a minor issue—a kalawa stain on a bedsheet and duvet the minor tiny stain could be easily removed with ammonia which the hotel didnt have enough where with all.While I understand that damages may sometimes incur costs, the way this situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. They were argumentative and insisted on additional charges, even applying GST on something as unreasonable as discarding a bedsheet. Discarded items doesnt levy GST. The overall attitude of the staff was quite impolite, which made the experience even more frustrating. After spending a significant amount and staying multiple days, I expected a more courteous and customer-friendly approach rather than being confronted over such petty matters. I would advise future guests to be cautious and clarify such policies in advance. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. I had done a booking for a stay with this hotel and they had asked advance of 2000/- which we had done a gpay next day they cancelled the booking saying sorry we are full … And its been three mnths they are not even giving the refund of 2000/- we have called the hotel so many times still there is no refund recd yet … please be careful of this fraud people they don’t have the capacity to pay 2000/- also

Had an excellent stay at the Abika Elite hotel in Ujjain 1. Checkin staff is very pleasant and friendly 2. Ample car parking in the premises 3. Large rooms which are very comfortable 4. Food was very good 5. Easy access to Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga which is a short distance from the hotel. 6. Access to the hotel is easy as it is on a wide road. Not much else to write as stay was one night for the temple visit

Beware! The hotel’s Google contact number is compromised. I got scammed for the entire amount. The staff acknowledged it but didn’t take any responsibility or fix the issue. Room service was also below standard. Not trustworthy at all.

we stayed here during our trip to Ujjain and the overall stay was very good. Despite some initial booking issues, the manager was very accommodating and helped resolve it promptly. Housekeeping staff, general staff, everyone was also very helpful and gave general guidelines for best trip experience. The power did keep tripping on one of the days, which was annoying but the overall stay was good

We chose this hotel due to reviews on this site which we trust. Sadly it was a mistake and ruined our trip. The hotel is not even close to 4 star. It’s a 2 star at best and very expensive for its facilities. There are Atleast 50 scooters parked inside the hotel - seems you are in a govt building. Dark with no lights, the hotel is shady and not fit for families. Breakfast is horrible - plates glasses dirty and food seemed like thrown there for guest to eat. Bathroom and the entire hotel - elevators are dirty. The glasses and mugs in the suite were dirty too - we took a suite because the room was terrible. Please check the reviews - they are misleading travellers. This hotel is a 2 star at best.

This is a good hotel if you plan to stay in Ujjain for few days. We reached late due to long drive from Delhi and it was raining heavily but had no issue to find the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful and checkin was quick. We liked our dinner. Was easy to go to Mahakaal temple from here and after we came back we had lovely breakfast.

The lights in the room are less which makes the room darker,slippers should be provided in the room and there should be more options for buffet breakfast. Otherwise my experience was good and Gaurav at the reception was very helpful and cooperative.

I have 6500 per night for this hotel. First experience when you enter the hotel staff at reception was very rude they totally make you feel unwelcome. Hotel floors have a strange and very bad smell. Towels were Dirty, Windows have a view of Pigeon S**T. Overall this hotel can be skipped. Nothing good about it.

My two-night stay at Hotel Abika Elite for Mahakal temple darshan was a terrible experience. The only positive: Its proximity to the Mahakal temple is convenient, especially for late-night travel to Bhasma Arati. However, the negatives far outweigh this. The hotel was unclean, with a particularly bad bathroom and restaurant. Staff made us feel unwelcome, as if we owed them something. The restaurant was appalling; we found algae in the breakfast juice container, and despite complaining, the same container was returned. This led to severe stomach problems for both of us that lasted 4-5 days. Given the lack of other dining options nearby, this was a major issue. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel is very helpful but that's about the only positive thing I can say. Their housekeeping team seems to be on a holiday..bedsheets had old stains and the bathroom was really dirty...The glass doors and walls had water stains, taps were dirty, washbasin tap had old toothpaste marks etc. Ac was just barely keeping room temperature above the uncomfortable zone, but it did help provide white noise since it was so loud! I was on the 3rd floor where they also have a manned desk for some reason, but they did absolutely nothing when a group of people continued to shout across the corridor late at night till at least till 1am! The breakfast buffet was really tasteless..even the fruit was unripe! It was hard to find a table where the chair upholstery didn't have stains. As expected, the table cloths were stain free either. I'm definitely not staying here again...I think the the state run Kshipra hotel will probably be cleaner, even if it's more basic.

Fantastic stay! Great food and service. Stayed for four nights. Quite relaxing the staff is amazing!! Spacious room, clean bathroom. Qualifies a 3 star experience. Most of the temples are with 1-2 kms. I also included breakfast and enjoyed - paranthas, chole, poori, bhature, yoghurt, fruits

What an experience! Stayed in hotel for 2 nights with family and my 4 year old daughter. Hotel is extremely well managed and their restaurant is equally good. Food options are really great! We tried Bhindi Kukurey Fry (local delicacy) and Sev Bhaji on recommendation from Karuna (restaurant employee) and it was lip smacking! I recommend these dishes to everyone who is visiting from outside of Ujjain. Special thanks to Karuna, Kamal & Ravindar for serving us, helping my little daughter with small little things! If I ever visit Ujjain, i will definitely stay at Hotel Abika again! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone searching for a comfortable, clean stay and good food. Thanks to hotel management as well! We stayed at Abika for our Mahakal visit. The hotel has been welcoming from the get go. The ambience has been very positive ably supported by the very helpful staff. The food at the restaurant is awesome too. We were served by this very fine gentlemen Kamal. Very lovely service and an always ready to help. All in all great experience.
