18층을 써서 뷰가 진짜 너무너무 좋았어요

저희방에 린스가 잘 안나왔어요 ㅠ ㅠ 그리고 light 2/ light 1 이 스위치로 안 켜졌어요

통영 오면 선택하는 호텔. 위치 편안함 최고입니다

조식 포함 요금이 있으면 좋을듯.

Mooi uitzicht op het water. Fijne bakkerij in het hotel met lekkere koffie. Vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant eten was prima.

Betalen voor zwembad wat niet veel voorstelde. Beetje kale bedoening op de buiten terrassen en mochten er niet zitten terwijl er niemand was. Ze pretenderen meer te zijn als hotel resort. Verouderd en beetje vergane glorie. Niet alles was open.

Great view from our room. Nice building. On site parking. Great walking paths just on the premises. Comfortable room, bed and bathroom.

바다뷰 선택했을 경우 뷰 괜찮음. 직원 친절한편. 호텔 근처 산책로 괜찮은 편. 주차도 편함.

이번이 세번째 이용입니다. 층간소음에 굉장히 취약해요. 카페트도 없고 의자에 소음 방지할수있는걸 해놓지도 않아서 의자 질질끄는소리가 새벽까지 남. 직원분들 대응은 나쁘지 않았으나 방 바꿔주셨는데도 옮긴곳도 그래서 제대로 잠을 못잠. 층간소음에 취약한 분은 윗층 잘못만날 경우 고생좀 하실거에요.

직원들이 친절하시고 룸의 바다 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다.베이커리 카페의 맛있는 커피와 발코니의 분위기가 기억에 남습니다.

한식 방의 이불에서 땀 냄새 같은 게 났습니다. 갖고 있던 향수를 뿌린 후 이용할 수 있었어요. 더 깔끔한 이부자리가 아쉬웠어요

Beautiful location with gorgeous views from spacious room. Convenience store on site and reasonable restaurant for a hotel.

Getting used to having to pay extra for the pool in Korean resorts. Price was more reasonable than others but a fairly shallow pool and more for kids than adult laps.

The location was exceptional. The view from my room was superb. I saw sunrises at the ocean view balcony. The staff was very kind everywhere.

조명 깜빡임. 변기 물내리는 소리가 매우 커서 밤에 잠에서 깸. 사우나 접수 직원 불친절. 사우나 물에 때가 끼고 물때 냄새가 심함. 매우 실망스러움.

Breakfast was a good selection of Western and Asian foods. Restaurant food was very good. The view from our room was superb.

The uphill walk from the local town.

화장실과 욕실 청소 상태가 이쉬웠습니다. 곰팡이와 화장실 냄새가 약간 났습니다.

위치도 좋고 항상 기고픈 호텔입니다

처음에 비해 살짝 오래된 느낌이 들긴힙니다. 그래도 좋습니다. 통영에 행사등이 있을때는 가격이 많이 높아집니다.

호텔 뷰가 너무 좋고 깨끗하고 쾌적하여 쉬고싶을 때 다시 오고 싶다는 생각이 들었습니다. 조식도 음식 하나하나 너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

Please clean the gym & ensure air conditioning works in the gym! Note an extra charge to use the sauna - this is unusual in my experience - it should be covered by the room rate.

통영국제음악제 기간 중 머물기 좋은 위치에 시설도 우수합니다

시설과 위치 모두 만족합니다

뷰 너무 최고였고 산책로도 너무 좋았어요 다만 조식이나 기타 부대시설등 카페를 제외하고는 식사류가 너무 터무니없이 비쌌고 배달도 불가능해서 그부분이 좀 불편했습니다

배달을 가능하게 하거나 식사메뉴 가격 조정이 필요한 것 같아요

Sehr gutes Hotel! Super Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, Zimmerservice und gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben dort nur 1 Nacht verbracht und waren etwas traurig darüber! Das Hotel ist nicht günstig, aber den Preis absolut wert.

Das Licht im Bad könnte etwas heller sein und das TV Programm war reines Pay TV!

국제 음악당과 가깝고 산책로가 좋아서 여유롭게 즐길수 있어서 좋았습니다.

콘도형이었는데 깔고 자는 요가 너무 얇아서 등이 아팠어요. 또한 피부가 예민한 딸은 베개와 닿았던 볼 한쪽에 트러블이 올라왔습니다. 청결은 조금 신경써야 할듯합니다.

The ocean view from the room was great

The building seems to have been poorly constructed, so all kinds of noise can be heard and even echo, making it sound louder. The noise level is very high.

excellent location, the harbour is lovely and then you can get a 10 min taxi to the centre. great rooms and the staff were amazing.

we could have had a better choice of drinks and wine per glass and Fizz per glass. the main bar by the cafe was closed the whole time. Better a better choice of some smaller portions of food and add chicken to the menu.

The hotel is 4* comfortable

We were there off season but the hotel was full to capacity with our guests. They just didn't prepare. The bar was closed and they refused to open it. They ran out of cafe/ bakery products before 9am and didn't restock until 10am despite customers waiting. The restaurant menu was limited. Not a 4* service

위치가 좋고, 주차장이 넓고 편리함

욕조가 작고, 방이 좁은편임 . 방음시설이 지나치게 열악함 아침 9시경 옆방 방청소 소리에 아침에 늦잠을 못잠. 밤 12시경 옆방 화장실 또는 세면대 물소리에 잠깸 이정도면 숙박객도 많지않은데 방한칸씩 건너뛰어 판매해야 하지 않을까??

사우나가 생각보다 너무 작았고 주변 도심으로 나가는게 불편했어요

아침식사는 하지않았고, 저희가 여행갈곳이랑 조금 떨어져있지만, 뷰가 정말좋아 만족합니다. 아침에 일출도 숙소에서 바로 볼수도 있고, 바다를 보고만 있어도 좋았던 숙소에요 단 침대는 너무 편안하지만, 베개는,,,조금 불편했어요.
