Rooms quite small, only 1 pillow for double bed, no basic supplies like toothbrush, we stayed for couple days. No provided drinking water, you have to go down to get your water bottle refilled, at least have dispencer per floor. We were at the 7th floor and u had to go down to get water.

We are total four . Myself and wife and two kids . I requested fallowing arrival night to a lot me room having a room connecting with room for kids . One of the counter staff said YES but unfortunately the fallowing morning nobody take care of it .

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026My second stay here and still not disappointed. The hotel is very accessible to my office, Ali Mall, the grocery store, and even some restaurants. Wi-fi is spot on too. ☺️
There's nothing much to complain. Except maybe would consider requesting to book the 8th floor again instead, as I've had the most comfortable stay there. ☺️

Reviewed May 20, 2026You can never go wrong with any Red Planet hotel chains. They are great in terms of cleanliness, presentation, and satisfaction in comfort. Wi-fi connection is spot-on, perfect for wfh peeps who are always on-the-go. The space of the room is good enough to move and definitely claustrophobic-friendly. Added bonus, they are accessible to any restaurants and even to my workplace; the main reason why I chose to stay here. It's a good 7-minute walk from the hotel to my office.
I do hope that they have a water dispenser on every floor, since I still have to go down to the ground floor to replenish my fill. But other than that, none at all. Kudos!!!
