櫃檯人員愛理不理，問了幾點能進房說還沒整理好，用自助辦理進房時就已經拿到房卡，看到後面房客能上樓，再次詢問了一次才告知有拿到房卡就能進房！？ 不曉得規則是什麼，但告知一聲並不難！愛搭不理的感覺，那倒不如不要請櫃檯人員！
