Desk attendant tried to be helpful.

Booking.com did not appropriately contact them to notify them of my booking, so we showed up and they didn’t have a reservation. I’ve still been charged for this, and have tried to cancel the extra reservation, but no one has reached out yet.

Property is in a great location and family friendly. Very clean and well maintained.

Room is slightly dark in a certain areas and the glass bathroom squeaks. But besides that very nice rooms and very well maintained property.

Breakfast was good. The waffle station often got a line behind it and the hotel could do better by adding a second waffle maker.

Location, breakfast was ok, clean, pool is smaller but enjoyable.

My wife and I booked a block of rooms for our wedding in May of this year. Aimee and the staff were so helpful in coordinating everything we needed to make our guests feel comfortable. We had also booked the conference room for the night prior and the night of the wedding which was an excellent space for our guests to eat/hang out/catch up! The bar hours were extended on the night of the wedding which was a nice addition for our guests staying at the hotel after the wedding, the Bartender Calvin was super attentive and friendly! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable! We were very happy with choosing Spring Hill Suites for our wedding block!

Never replaced our towels, garbage cans, and toilet paper!!! Only 2 of us did not eat in the room so no extra garbage from food takeout Placed used towel on floor as directed onthe shower door if you wanted clean ones was gone from 7am to 7pm Got no towels. Then had to go get them from the front desk because there was only one employee working Toilet paper ran out For $557 for 2 nights should have been better service And less not forgot garbage cans not emptied out and we’re full and we were gone most of the day

Can't complain. It looked and felt awesome! Check-out was 12pm which I like. And the outside seating and tables was so cool! My room was very office like but that's not always a bad thing. The little treats near the front of desk was refreshing. Wish I could explore more! Affordable and totally worth it! Stellar experience!

Excellent staff and very clean and spacious rooms. It's also easy to get to from the highway and is near the Promenade shopping and dining area.

Hotel obviously was undergoing renovations. There was a strong odor of adhesive in the hallway on fourth and fifth floors. At 3:30 pm hallway was cluttered with dirty linen.

It’ll probably look good when done. But full construction with plastic covering front desk, workers taking all elevators to move furniture, especially during check out on weekend is poor planning. Just close and do your renovation.

See above. Breakfast staff was rude. Didn’t even reply to good morning. Waiting for elevator for 25 minutes to check out. Had to lug kids and luggage down 5 flights of stairs to leave. Sad way to run a hotel.

There was remodeling going on for my stay. Which it was on their website but not booking. So booking should probably do a little better when it comes to updates to the hotel.

The location was perfect, the hotel was spotless, and the entire building felt brand new. Lovely and calm place to be.

One of the elevators didn't work, which made for choice between awkward interactions with an elevator full of people, or the stairs with a broken foot.

The pool room was freezing cold. The pool water was warm, but the room itself felt like it was 60 degrees.

The cleanliness of the place, room and bathrooms are impeccable and with a pleasant smell.

Exceptionally clean! Has a small bar and lounge area. Convenient few minute drive to downtown Bethlehem. Huge shopping mall center practically next door. Breakfast in the lobby was great!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend along with family and friends, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Aimee was incredible to work with - she kept us updated throughout the booking process and managed our wedding block seamlessly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and truly beautiful; our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. The rooms were wonderful, and I really appreciated that we were placed on a separate floor away from our guests for added privacy. Everyone had a great stay with no issues at all. We also loved how close the hotel is to the Saucon Valley Promenade. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything was fine except for the dog urine smell of the carpet. Also, shower water pressure was low and shower ceiling paint was peeling.

Beautiful and totally comfortable hotel. I enjoyed the heated pool and the large and contemporary rooms. We'll be back.

Since Breakfast is included, some work would be great on the menu. More variety. Also, noticed garbage left on the hallways for two days outside the rooms. It gives a bad impression if you are not familiar with Marriotts. First time noticed taking in consideration I'm a hard die Marriott. Love the Branch.

We used Springhill Suites for our wedding block and it was a wonderful experience. Amiee was extremely responsive and helpful. She made the task of blocking rooms for our wedding guests so easy. Everyone said they have a wonderful stay and they kept the bar open for our group so we had a place to hang out.

The all of Staff at this location was very accommodating especially Storm and Kevin. This location was clean and the Breakfast food too.

When we arrive, we checked in the Clark was very helpful. Very polite.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and had enjoyed my stays in the past. However, my last stay during the weekend of Aug. 1-3, 2025 was not nearly as enjoyable. On Saturday, there was a wedding party in the evening. Some of the clowns from this party decided it would be a good idea to take a huge boombox out to the parking lot and blast music outside until after 1am. Complaints from many guests were made to the front desk, but little was done by the staff. If hotel staff are going to allow events like these to get carried away, I recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you value your sleep.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The pool is smaller and colder than expected. Also, it would be ideal if the sidewalk or walking trail connected to the promenade with all the stores and shops.

Found bed bugs and left the hotel immediately. The staff was nice and give me the manager email for the complaint. I don’t think the staff were surprised by my complaint.

The property was nice and upon arrival staff was great. But upon check out staff told me somebody brought a beer and charged it to my room he didnt charge me for the beer but did charge me an additional 75 dollar at check out for a dog fee then told me he could not refund me I had to wait for the manager by Tuesday and had a bad attitude and had smart remarks talking bout calling police and he owed me my money back.

It was beautiful! There was a nice outdoor mall nearby we visited and walked around at. The lobby was so pretty and had a great bar. Welcoming staff at the check in desk. There was some garbage leftover in our room and we let them know and they cleaned it up right away. We loved the bed, it was super comfortable. The bathroom was so pretty. It was a nice stay overall.

For the price not the best

We recently worked with this location to block off hotel rooms for our upcoming wedding in August. Hands down the staff was the best we encountered throughout the whole process - Clear Communication, Expert Advice, and Customer focused policies. We will definitely recommend this location to others.

Down the street from the Promenade Shoppes which is nice. I use it whenever I visit family and I think it’s much quieter than Allentown properties or the ones around Hamilton and Dorney Park. Feels a lot safer than too.

The location and quick access to major highways is an asset, the beds were comfortable and the room very spacious.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and I had trouble getting shampoo out of my hair. The noise from route 78 which was nearby was very loud in the mornings. Breakfast selection was OK but the quality was not. There were dark pubic hairs in the shower which did not belong to me or my husband. The air conditioning unit which is under the window blows very strong air towards the bed and there is no way to Control the vents. We had to pile up pillows next to us on that side to avoid freezing.

I really liked this hotel. It was very well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

I had to stay here for a softball tournament- stay to play arrangement. I just checked out of your and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Due to an oversight, I failed to update my reservation to check out after 3 nights instead of 4. When I approached the front desk to explain the situation, I understood and accepted that, per your policy, the reservation could not be modified. However, what was disappointing was the tone and attitude of the staff during our interaction. There was a clear lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, and I was hopeful for an exception —but failed to get a respectful, understanding response. When asked about an early checkout - the front desk lady laughed in my face and said “I can’t keep you here but am going to charge you for the extra night”. I also spoke to traveling teams travel agency and they mentioned they tried to call your hotel as well and they said generally hotels will accommodate the early departure with no cancellation fee but this hotel was not interested in customer service and would not. Customer service plays a major role in the overall guest experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to ensure future guests are treated with more courtesy, even when exceptions policies cannot be made.

The salt water pool was nice.

We had a bittersweet stay this time. We stay here at least twice a year. During this stay we had to help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing. They were kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a sympathy card signed by many staff members.
