Nulla

It was a very nice property

We were awakened at 8am to drills and hammers. We did not realize until later that that was what we were hearing we just thought that someone was coming through our ceiling. Our room was not cleaned or restocked and we did not realize that until after midnight and it was too late to address that with the staff.

Clean, easy to get to, and some fun restaurants in the area.

Paid for breakfast was underwhelming for the price. One of my friends (also staying at the hotel) compared it to a cheap continental breakfast. AC in room was in consistent and room was regularly above 75 and had to call desk for help. Calling did not fix problem long term. We found trash not belonging to us in the room, under night stand/ bed. “Cooling drawer” had no cooling effects at all.

Location was great

The staff was hit or miss. One reception staff member was wonderful, but two different interactions with other reception folks colored the experience negatively. Along with feeling like we were you going to have to sleep in the lobby bc of poor communication from the staff at check in. We didn’t have a fridge but did have a non chilling chilling box that was a waste of space. The floor’s ice maker and water machine had weird stuff coming out of it.

I love everything about the property

I love everything about the property

Location

It smelled like marijuana, and it was report. They asked how can we make this better...no tell me what you are going to do for me..like a discount...not a bag of chips.

clean and comfortable. Where we need to be is convenient to get to. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance

nothing

Very cleaned , spacious rooms, and friendly staff. I loved my stay at Canopy and look forward to many more stays.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I plan to stay at this hotel more often.

Design of room. Specifically the chaise chair and luggage area

Location is good and close to Washington DC

Air condition was not properly working. It continuously stayed at 75 degrees and didn’t cool down. The result was a sticky and hot room with a loud air condition which didn’t work.

Good location free bus 46 everywhere. Many good restaurants around.

Nothing

The location was perfect for accessing restaurants, shops, and the local conference center on foot. I parked my car with the valet service and was able to walk everywhere I needed to go locally, and the hotel is very close to the North Bethesda Red Line metro stop. My room was the perfect size and very clean, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant was expensive but good!

The water pressure in the shower was really weak, but functional. The room didn't have a microwave, so there wasn't a way to heat up leftovers from the mini-fridge. The mini-fridge itself was not very cold, so stored food was kept cool but I was hesitant to eat it.

Get location with great restaurants and shopping in the same complex. Everyone on the staff were super nice and helpful when I had questions. The food from Hello Betty was excellent.

The room was perfect

場所もよく、便利。 部屋も広くて快適

中長期滞在用のランドリー設備が欲しい

Uphelpful staff! Asked for an extra hour for late checkout, given the time change, I would have appreciated it, but she would not budge.

Convenient to multiple restaurants and to places I needed to go. Clean and had excellent coffee.

No bathtub, just a shower. Parking is ridiculously expensive.

On New Year’s Eve we expected the restaurant and kitchen to be open until at least 11pm, because that’s what we were told. When we requested a menu to order initially around 9:30pm, we were told to take our time. Once we decided what we wanted to order around 9:50pm, we were told the kitchen was closed and we were only allowed to order drinks. The main issue was a lack of communication and what seemed to be a manager chastising our waiter for suggesting the kitchen would stay open in the first place. He looked (manager) angry and annoyed while our waiter looked embarrassed. He left because his shift was over I assume but very abruptly. He told us to go to the bar to order and that’s when we found out the kitchen was absolutely closed. We ended up ordering Pizza on door Dash and eat it in the open area of the restaurant. We’ve been here 4 times and the hotel experience & staff are wonderful but this particular time the restaurant made our stay less than enjoyable.

The location, it was great for exploring in the evenings, I felt safe and I enjoyed the walk to the meeting location each day.

There was no entrance to the parking facility that was behind the property.

Location and room set up

Nothing

The hotel has a good location with many restaurant nearby.

It’s very expensive compared to other options in the area. The room had only basic items and no fridge. Besides, parking is hard to find — I had to park in a lot next to the hotel.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Breakfast was a little overpriced.

I could not adjust the heat in the room and it was kind of hot during the night.

loved the convenient and good restaurant. loved the lounge in there. Enjoyed the chaise lounge in my room. liked that there were sufficient and convenient outlets for charging. liked the coffee station and all the help I got to keep it going. liked the bathroom.

the shower is very confusing and annoying to use with the top bottom thing. And the heat wound up being set fine, but when I tried to change the thermostat, it wasn't doing what I wanted. not much to complain about

Good atea

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast.

The woman who checked me out the next morning could have been more professional and attentive. She was on a call and ignored me for a minutes. After she noticed that I was recording videos to document my stay for my tic tok promotions ad she stated that it couldn't film the staff. Which i didn't and she seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. The woman that checked me in the night before was lovely, pleasant and very helpful. She was the best. Overall I had a wonderful stay other than checking out.

This hotel was so stylish and clean that my husband and I were able to relax comfortably. The Canopy Hotel in Baltimore is nice too, but the Canopy Hotel in Bethesda is even better — not only is the hotel great, but there are also many good restaurants, coffee shops, and places to shop nearby.

The bathroom sink was still dirty with hair. I hate a dirty sink when I know I didn’t do it. Also I didn’t know about the parking situation. They have self park but it’s not straight to the hotel you have to leave the property. Valet is $45. So I ended up doing valet and I still got charged for parking for self park. I went to the front desk and gave my concerns and they would only reimburse me for one day of parking and not 2. So I paid $85 for one night of parking.

The hotel, staff, and room were nice. The areas for improvement are: The beds - They were so hard that it was difficult to sleep and woke up aches. The "mini-fridge"/cooling drawer - what is the purpose if it is not for food or medication.

The hotel has a great esthetic and vibe. The staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant is superb. The location is great for taking a walk or doing a little shopping. I wish I had a longer stay.

Clean room and bathroom

Excellent location near restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance frim the metro.

A very beautiful hotel! loved the shower :)

I have stayed here at least 10 times it's always a great hotel. The rate seem to have gone up lately but they said that's based on occupancy. A strange thing happened last time I was there when I left the room temporarily the safety Lock engaged on the door and locked from the inside. The hotel manager and the maintenance man were quick to help remediate the situation. I appreciate them

Excellent in every way!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at the Canopy. From the great customer service to the great waiters and masseuse - they were all truly amazing. It was one of our best hotel stays to-date.

great

Great location Nice hotel but cleaning crew was non existent and the receptionist did not help and only sent towels upon request. Also the checking out people were going to send email with final bill. Up Untill today no bill!!!!!

Very nice staff and food was really good but on the high side. Overall fantastic area and room.

Amazing modern hotel with beautiful artwork and super helpful staff!

STAY HERE!! Excellent service from staff, very friendly. Loved the vibe of the hotel - many people complain about the concrete floors, but I liked it. It is a design choice that may not meet everybody’s tastes, but it worked with the funky, yet very tasteful furniture and other decor. It is also very clean, which is what I consider of utmost importance. Additional bonuses are the location - so many walkable options for food, shopping, and entertainment. Also, the attached restaurant, Hello Betty, is very good! Fresh ingredients, innovative decor, comfy seating options, and excellent wait staff. Really enjoyed my time.

Fantastic facility and surroundings area.

This is a beautiful urban-like hotel with a nice vibe, restaurant and outdoor bar area. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking is off-site, but they offer valet service with unlimited in and out service. But by far the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff, especially Briana at the front desk. She made our stay special from the moment we started checking in. The valet attendants were also excellent, friendly and fast. Restaurant and bar staff did a great job too, and the Sunday afternoon jazz trio was a nice bonus. We’ll be staying here again when in the area.

The location

N/A

Loved this hotel. The location was supreme. So much within walking distance. The hotel itself was safe, clean and quiet.

Great hotel in a fun location with lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. The room was soundproof and the beds very comfortable. Recommend paying a little extra for a city view.

Great experience

First the lady we spoke with Bri was more than helpful during her shift and quickly answered any questions we had upon checking into the property. It was after she left the problems started, I noticed there was no blanket on the bed and the pillows on the bed were down, which I’m highly allergic to. I called room service and was advised they would bring me foam pillows up, they brought pillows up but they too were down. Our dinner reservations were quickly approaching and we didn’t have time to wait so we decided to address this when we returned. Several hours later we returned and advised room service of the need for foam pillows and a blanket. We were advised all they had was a down blanket and down pillows available, I advised them this wouldn’t work and I would be needing to find another hotel that would be able to accommodate my stay and the lady quickly answered “good luck with that”. Needless to say this was incredibly rude and made for a room that we were unable to stay in. Would not recommend again other than the high quality and willingness to listen demonstrated by Bri, she is an absolute asset to this property.

It was a very nice hotel. Very cute area.

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff

Great hotel, comfortable beds

One of the best stays

Everyone was very polite, helpful and our room was picture perfect each time we returned.

Really enjoyed my stay! The property is nice, the beds are comfortable and the room is comfy. It's very walkable but has a nice restaurant and bar inside. I didn't make use of the spa but would love to when I return.

Very clean throughout and a relaxing vibe!

Everything was great

Love the hotel, location, restaurant just fabulous

Fun location easy to get to. Very clean quiet room. Only complaints are: no refrigerator already in room (had to ask for one). And the air conditioning was weird. Did not keep it consistently cool. Seemed to be in some kind of energy saving mode. So during the night it vacillated between hot and cold all night.

Great area

Great by place to stay; clean and smart. Close to restaurants and convenient.

Excellent location

I would give them a 5 star but there's an up-charge for parking. Minimalist which is amazing imo

Safe

Excellent location in Pike & Rose for shopping and restaurants. Expensive parking. I wished they have a real refrigerator in the room.

location

parking

The service in all areas was excellent. The cost was reasonable for the Knights of Peter Claver Convention. The food at the hotel was excellent in taste and cost. The area was safe and was located only about a couple of blocks from the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. Loved the expediency, helpfulness and respectfulness of the members of the valet team!
