Location, if they could fix the cleanliness of the room, this will be a good hotel. The fridge was dirty and messy,

Felt and looked dirty, might be due to bedding colour, We had to wait to be checked in, stood by the reception without being explained what we were waiting for, parking was a bit challenging due to location was in the kubang kerian business center.

Selesa dan bersih berbaloi dengan harga. Yang paling penting berdekatan dengan HUSM, boleh berjalan kaki je nak pergi.

Bilik selesa ada mesin coway berhampiran dengan bilik nak iron baju pun senang, berhampiran dengan bank, dobi, 7E, CU, nasi kak wok, ayam gepuk, parking kene bayar sendiri ye

Parking susah sikit kalau waktu puncak, toilet kalau boleh improve tahap kebersihan terutama mangkuk tandas, last day pagi air kecik macam xde air

Near to all facilities & shoplot

Superb location. It was just a stone away from Hospital Pakar USM and shops, laundry, eateries were abundance.

Not to say I didn't like but it could be improved. Honestly, the price were what you're paying for. If you're being cheapskate, just deal with what you get. For the price paid, i think what i received were fair. It wasn't the best or greatest, but it was not poor or bad. Amenities and cleanliness can be improved.

Di bilik ada towel, sabun & hanger. Kat luar bilik, di reception ada peti ais & microwave.

1. Bilik saya di tingkat 2. Ada bunyi panggilan burung non-stop. Sangat bising. 2. Kepala Shower terbelah di tengah2. 3. Karpet bi bilik sy berbau kepam.

1. Location : It was exceptional. Really accommodate. At below of the hotel, got 7e, Laundry (Dobi), got 2 bank nearby, restaurant. Just across of the hotel, got a Cafe for coffee. Supermarket is nearby. Hospital also nearby. 2. Staff : Good and helpful. Check-In process also smoothly. 3. Lobby : Nice. Got water-dispenser on every floor, refrigerator at the lobby

1. Air-conditioned - probably need regular maintenance schedule (just for improvement) - my room only got few technical problem on the last day(3rd day) but the staff immediately fix it. 2. Probably can add-up more for hang the cloth for customer (for the customer that stay more than 1 day) - (just for improvement)

Staff is good and pleasant. Location is good.

Towels should be dry clean properly to avoid unpleasant smell.

good facilities , near to HUSM. Clean room. Value for money. This my 3 rd time staying here.

1.Aircond berfungsi dgn baik. 2.Tekanan air kuat. Staff perempuan ok...yg lelaki kena la mesra alam sikit. Keseluruhan memuaskan. Cuma toilet bowl tu minta tolong buat sesuatu.

1. Towel nipis & kusam. Eloklah ditukar. 2. Toilet bowl banyak stain guna la stain remover utk bgi putih @ tukar baru. 3. Kadang2 warna air karat/kuning

Smelly hotel towels

First, no staff at the counter when I arrived to check-in so needed to wait for few minutes, the room was smelly, toilet's floor was a bit sticky, water heater in the toilet was not functioning, no electric kettle provided in the room, small space room.

Staf yang baik dan mesra. Kebersihan bilik dan ruang lobi baik. Penghawa dingin sejuk dan nyaman.

Tilam. Tilam yang digunakan sudah lama kerana apabila kita baring, Spring tilam dapat dirasai oleh belakang badan kita. Begitu juga dengan bantal. Sudah lama dan tidak gebu.

Strategic place to stay for those who need to take care family in husm or having appointment in husm. A lot of choices of foods, closest to dobby, hypermarkets and others. Staffs also good and helpfull.

Hotel dekat kedai makan tempat mudah nak cari barang keperluan memang bagus banyak kemudahan dekat hospital .grab pun senang

Hotel provide basic facilities such as Coway water purifier, iron & iron board.

There is no table in the room, room a bit stuffy, very thin & non-absorbent towel, hard mattress, shower & sink water smell rusty.

Clean room, plenty of food places nearby — including Zues, Nasi Kak Wok, CU Mart, and 7-Eleven, laundry just downstairs.
