Aroma Tea House Formula Museum Hotel Guilin

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Einrichtung von dem Hotel war fantastisch, auch die einzelnen Zimmer (wir hatten zwei) waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich war mehr als positiv überrascht und würde auch jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Der Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum ist fantastisch. Das Hotel ist nicht im Zentrum, etwas abseits, dafür aber sehr ruhig am See gelegen. Beaonders toll ist auch das Personal. Es geb keine Frage, die sie nicht benatowrten oder sich kümmern konnten oder wollten. Es war schlichtwegs perfekt! Vielen Dank!

Fantastic stay ! I love the location - it is incredibly peaceful and quiet , yet close to the city . The lake view from the hotel was beautiful . The service was top-notch , and the staff truly make us feel welcome Thank you Aida, Nikki and Rosa will definitely come back again

My only suggestion would be to offer more variey for breakfast , otherwise it was a fantastic experience .

Super goede ligging. Vlak aan het water en op loopafstand van restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Super lief ontvangst en zelfs engels sprekend. Mooie kamer met donkere gordijnen voor de slechte slapers.

Beautiful location. I booked the room with the view of the lake however the trees have grown and we could only just see it. The hotel arranged a car from the train station for us which was very helpful. Breakfast was simple but a good way to start the day

No fridge in the room I don't think the room was worth the price I paid especially without the lake view as the pictures showed.

We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. Walking distance to everywhere and from the time we entered the hotel to when we left we had exceptional service. The staff organised the tickets for us to continue our travels to Yangshuo by boat making everything easy. The breakfast was also delicious with stunning views from the 6th floor.

Hotel es modesto, esta limpio y muy céntrico, delante del parque y puedes ir andando a todos los lados. El personal es super amable, hablan inglés y te ayudan en todo! De verdad, el personal un 10. Las almohadas son blandas, las renovaría y comp digo, es muy modesto, pero para pasar una noche que es lo que hicimos, está bien!

Colazione ottima in una bella sala con vista con buona scelta sia occidentale che cinese. Staff gentilissimo ci hanno dato molti consigli e ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare una gita fuori dalla città per un giorno.

Amazing hotel. Staff is kind and speaks good english. They organized for us all the various experiences (longji scenic rice fields, cruise on the river, … ) and everything went absolutely smooth. The hotel is unique with his architecture and the internal design.

Maybe the breakfast could be made a little more various, but the quality is good nevertheless

El personal nos ayudó y se preocupó por nosotros en todo momento, se encargaron de hacer las reservas de las excursiones a Longji Rice y Yanshuo, el hotel es bonito y con muy ubicación para ir dando un paseo por el lago y la zona concurrida. Si no le pongo el 10, es porque la habitación tiene una cama muy cómoda, pero es una habitación sencilla. Hotel recomendable

We loved this hotel. Problably the best hotel we've stayed in a while in Europe and Asia. The building and rooms are beautiful, the service is good, the (English speaking) staff are the kindest, and the services provided are great. The staff take care of you since arrival, offering water and guiding you around. We booked two tours (cars) with the hotel and the trips were fantastic. Our lady drivers were very kind, flexible and took very well care of us as well. I would totally recommend this hotel and I would love to come back.

Chambre à empreinte japonaise (l'hôtel se nommant "Aroma tea house") très zen. Excellente literie et emplacement pour une cérémonie "thé" dans la chambre un peu en surplomb et face au lac. Vous trouverez des livres en chinois (of course) et en anglais dans l'espace lecture de l'immense et très joliment décorée salle consacrée aux petit-déjeuner/repas qui donne sur l'un des lacs de Guilin avec en arrière fond, des montagnes karstiques. Hôtel empreint d'élégance et de charme asiatique. Guilin est aussi une base de départ pour les rizières en terrasse de Longji à 2 heures aller en autocar ainsi que de Yangshuo et ses admirables montagnes karstiques (1 h de TGV + petit transfert vers le centre ville). Le jeu en vaut la chandelle

The quality of the service - everybody was very nice at the reception. The hotel reception was very very helpful in managing pick up, river cruise tickets, transfer to the gate etc this was a premium service for which I am very grateful. Fantastic ladies who run the hotel with very high standards!

El alojamiento nos gustó mucho ya que era diferente al resto de hoteles a los que fuimos durante nuestro viaje a China. Su decoración y aspecto más tradicional le de un encanto especial. La habitación muy amplia, lo cual se agradece mucho. Las camas y la ducha excelente. El desayuno no tiene una oferta muy amplia, pero es suficiente y se disfruta. Encaja con el ambiente familiar del hotel. Las vistas desde la zona del desayuno hacen que sea un placer el momento. Lo mejor de hotel, sin duda, es su personal. Es donde mejor nos hicieron sentir, acompañados y bienvenidos. Nos ayudaron en varios aspectos (organizando una excursión, gestionando la devolución del dinero de una entrada y con las cenas de servicio a domicilio). Son excelentes y muy simpáticas. No tienen lavandería para los huéspedes, pero si ofrecen el servicio a precios muy razonables. Nosotros hicimos uso de él. Al día siguiente teníamos la ropa limpia y seca. También hicimos uso del servicio de masajes el cual disfrutamos.

The room was comfortable and the staff was really kind and helpful. I felt very welcomed.

The rooms were great, but the staff there were the highlight of the establishment. They went above and beyond what was expected from planning out the Li River cruise, pickup, and attractions to helping us out, when we were in Yangshuo, bailing us out with connecting us with another driver for the day, when our trains were cancelled. The location is in the center within walking distance to everything. Please do not sleep and skip breakfast, upstairs is one of the greatest views you are going to get of Guilin.

one of the beat hotela in pur life, in reality is a whole museum worth to see. once you are in, take the stairs up to start seeing the collection and go floor by floor to see unique pieces exposed. the reception team is the best in the world, and the breakfast staff makes you enjoy the views on the 5th floor. Xie Xie once again!

The hotel is an excellent location. You walk out the front door and across the street are broad, tree-lined paths which wind around the multiple lakes of the region. You can reach scenic sites like the Sun and Moon Pagoda, Elephant Trunk Hill, and Ancient South Gate without walking alongside the streets. There are signs pointing you to those places along the route. The hotel itself is decorated gorgeously. We basically went floor by floor to look at the paintings, sculptures, artifacts, etc. It appeared they may give lessons/demonstrations related to tea, calligraphy, etc., but we were so busy we didn't ask about those opportunities. Breakfast is very good. Staff will make noodles for you if you want them. Whenever we looked at the ride hailing app, Didi, there always seemed to be a car available within feet of the front door. Don't submit a request unless your full party is present. When we made our departure trip to the airport, the guy pulled away from the curb opposite the front door as soon as we hit the button.

Very friendly staff. The most English we've had spoken in two weeks. They were very helpful when we needed to get an item posted. Breakfast was great and the view was excellent. Location opposite the lakes was great for evening walks. There were a few bars that served spirits as well as beer. Guilin was a great small city near beautiful mountains

Booking.com should verify the star ratings of the hotels before listing them on the site. Property is over rated with 5 stars. No bell desk at the hotel. Had to carry luggage to the room myself. Only 1 mirror in the room that also in washroom that also with poor lighting . Can’t get ready when washroom is busy. Below average buffet breakfast with only 3-4 options & all tasteless.

Such a nice hotel. We are satisfated!! There's park in front of the hotel, many cafes...The hotel is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, We sleep very well, drink tea in the room.. Have breakfast with a great view. The staff is so helpful, we really appreciate them. Once come again to Guilin, certainly stay here!!!

L'hotel Aroma Tea House est très bien situé, très confortable et avec une décoration d'objets chinois anciens dignes d'un musée. La salle du petit déjeuner offre une très belle vue sur Guillin. Le personnel parle très bien anglais, les 2 personnes à l'accueil organisent les excursions à la demande et proposent les services de voiture avec chauffeur, la personne que nous avons eue parlait très bien anglais et était très sympathique également. L'hôtel propose également un service de laverie très efficace et peu cher. Dans la chambre il y avait également un coin salon traditionnel pour prendre le thé - offert, c'était une pause très agréable.

Charming, beautiful. Great top floor breakfast and views, wonderful helpful staff (thanks Rose). Walk down the road to beer and pizza next to pavement and lake. Wish it had been more than just overnight!! I really recommend it. Laundry liquid in bathroom and hanging room under cover outside. Very pretty walking along lakeside. My husband loved it.

Также встретили в аэропорту с табличкой, забронировали круиз в Яншо и прекрасно сориентировали на месте куда сходить, что поесть, что посмотреть. Сам отель - произведение искусства. В номерах очень чисто и очень приятно пахнет. Завтрак хороший: яичница, помидоры черри, сосиски, чай, кофе, выпечка, дыня. И что-то еще из китайского 😁 до достопримечательностей рукой подать. Озеро прямо у выхода из отеля. Прогулочная улица 15 минут пешком вдоль озера. Однозначно рекомендую.

The hotel sits across from the lake which is great for getting out and walking. Theres a beer and food stall along the river if you want to relax with bears scenery. The hotels design was amazing, lots of history and a very different style to modern hotels. Lots of antique tea pots and dark wooden designs. The bed was comfy and the tea window area was really cool to have. The staff were really friendly and offered advice on tours and how to make your experience in the area good. We went to celebrate my brothers birthday and the hotel organised a gift for him which really made his day, it was a lovely surprise and we really appreciated it.

The wifi wasn't the fastest if you're looking to go there for work.

The stay was very good it was a nice hotel well taken care of with Chinese style furniture. What I liked most was the receptionist Rose who did everything possible to make our stay perfect, booked our Li river boat trip from Guilin to Yangshuo. And advised us of highlights to visit during our stay in Guilin
