Kiwara Guesthouse

Room very unique and different. Loved it

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the facilities.are amazing. Bonus for the amazing rooftop garden.

Everything

Lighting in the room that I was in was not study friendly maybe if they could have a back up study desk lamp or a portable lamp will work wonders.

Excellent, host is.so friendly. Facility is beautiful.

The guest house was exactly what I needed: self catering apartment with all the amenities like cutlery, stove, fridge, microwave, air fryer. And you have your own key for the main gate so you can come and go as you please. And the host was very responsive, even after her stipulated working hours. I also like the neighborhood- quiet and safe. They also have a gym, with all the basic equipment for a fulfilling workout session!

Nothing.

The place is clean, comfortable, I enjoyed everything about it,I loved it that it has the gym as well

Comfortable, good location for us.

Lack of air conditioning. Some simple improvements would help, eg a decent iron and ironing board.

Very comfortable with my 5 year old son. Check-in and checkout were excellent Value for money Prompt response for all my queries

I like Property Car parking inside the complex

I did not eat breakfast as it was too early for me. The location is seclusive high up the cliff, very beautiful and quiet.

Parking space is a bit tight though

Lovely apartment, very clean and well catered, staff were super friendly. Cleaned my unit and provided fresh bedding and towels mid stay. Safe and secure.

Honestly just a few small things really, quality of towels could be improved. Dishwashing liquid should have been provided.

Very tranquil and private setup. Staff was truly amazing. Carisma and Suzanne assisted us when we needed a bigger room with no problems. The rooftop garden is one of the most beautiful gardens I've seen, I took pictures for my 50th birthday and the results were amazing. Much appreciated will definitely book again.

I had a very comfortable stay at Kiwara. The host was lovely, room comfortable, secure parking and easy access to come and go as I needed. I chose it for its location close to places where I needed to be. Loved the rooftop garden with spaces to relax. I would recommend this property.

Extremely clean and comfortable

Absolutely everything was amazing, superb! And a huge shout out to Charisma, always making sure we are comfortable, providing great service and just being so helpful 👏🏼😀

NA

Perfect location. Serene. Friendly staff.

Lots of ants in our rooms.

Extremely well maintained!

Everything

The bed was super comfortable. They accommodated me with extra pillows. Manager is very nice and patient. Jacuzzi bath worked, the bathroom was cute. Hot water.

Rooftop garden is under maintenance, lots of things up there and so doesn't look as good as it potentially could be. It's also not as big or open spaced/fancy as it looked. Main reason I booked was for the scenery there.

A home away from home. Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. An overall great experience for me.

The breakfast

didn't have a problem with anything really

the room was lovely and spacious, and the location suited our needs perfectly. Charisma was lovely and willing to assist in any way. The location was convenient and secure.

The interior design was great.

Nothing to complain about.

Absolutely great place. Love the peace and quietness

Beautifully decorated. Safe. Amazing service.

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely room and facilities. Great breakfast.

It was the busiest weekend of my life. My brother got engaged at the 2 families we're meeting for the first time. I offered my place for them to stay and booked a night at Kiwara. When I say it was the best sleep I've had in days, I'm not exaggerating. That bathtub in was just what I needed after the weekend I had. The room was very cozy, the bed was way too comfortable, I passed out as soon as I played on it. there are plenty of breakfast options (I didn't have any due to time). I am definitely planning on staying there again. Adding an extra 5 stars because the host kept saying I looked fabulous. 😀

Nothing to hate. All was perfect

Wry clean and friendly guesthouse

Location was great. Area is very quiet and peaceful. The sunset view from the awesome rooftop garden was exceptional..... Just awesome. Garden is great

No nice view from my room but the roof top garden covered that part. 9pm as Visitors' curfew is too early.

Carisma, Memory and Suzanne looked after myself and my colleague, tended to our needs and went above and beyond I'd happily come back

The tranquility, the area, the friendly staff, the reception was perfect. We enjoyed our stay, the wi Fi service very helpful and essential.

The eggs at breakfast time were dry and I couldn't eat them but the Muesli breakfast was great.

The place was homely and comfortable. My room was next to the water fountain overlooking the garden, the sound of the water was therapeutic... Suzanne is an amazing host. She catered for my needs... Ow and their salon is gorgeous with the most amazing staff. I'll definitely come back for more pampering.

I would suggest white linen on the bed.

The property was well secured, the facilities were superb, especially the rooftop. My room was spacious, with all the features I needed. The ambiance of the Guesthouse was great.

I had no negative experiences

It's the second time I stay here and, just like the first time, it was exceptional. 👌

The guest house exceeded my expectations and the level of cleanliness is at a 5 star rating, simply exceptional!!! Carisma, the host, made such an exquisite breakfast that is at 'Michelin Star' quality! My wife and I absolutely loved it!

Great reception, beauiful room, comfortavle bed, great service, friendly hosts

Very spacious and comfortable room with great facilities. Great value for money. Beautiful rooftop garden.

We had the pleasure of staying at Kiwara and enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like unique designs & displays and a warm welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options to suit all tastes. The guesthouse was conveniently located, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Overall, we would highly recommend Kiwara and we already booked again coming back soon. 😋👍

Quiet place to relax. We liked it with my wife

Not enough space to chill outside

Breakfast, Accommodation

Maybe change curtains to black or Grey for a good sleep

Kiwara also puts the customer experience first in all aspects, ensuring quality and comfort when staying at their guesthouse.

Breakfast was great, and so were the themes for the different rooms. Additionally, I really enjoyed that because we got there when there were no current bookings, we could choose from the rooms on offer, rather than just be limited to the one room we did book. Obviously only possible if you're lucky, but it's great that the staff were so accommodating.

Nothing.

The friendliness of staff from being welcome to the breakfast the following day.clean room, quiet n peaceful area.everything was awesome

Nothing,we wanted to warm our food but wasn't aware the microwave was available by the dining area.only realised later on when we were told so🙂

Breakfast and location were perfect. Much appreciated

Comfortable bed, clean room and washing machine.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and flexible.

The host was exceptional 👏 We loved everything about the facility. There is absolutely nothing to change about it. Why fix it if it's not broken🙈😅

It is always a pleasure to visit Kiwara Guesthouse! It is a beautiful place where good taste, decoration, the friendly owner and staff always willing to accommodate any request, it is what make us come back.

Location ia total tranquility. Easy to access other destinations of intetest.

The bed structure can be a safely hazard.

Amazing theme. Each room was unique in its own way.

The only thing I would say was not up to spec with the class and high quality is the size of the bathroom for the 1 room we booked being the Ancient Ellegance. The room is abit crowded and not relaxed coz it’s ancient. And just Rome room aircon was not working.

The room was very stylishly decorated. Breakfast was a choice of SIX options I enjoyed the FUL Dstv bouquet

Everything was excellent

Just great! I liked the ambience, quiet and relaxed. It suited my needs. Everything was just good I will recommend to guests looking for comfort and quiet stay. i certainly will be back!

A little more variety on meals will do for me. Curry & rice, some Indian food

Fantastic Place in a beautiful and safe area!

The warm welcome

Very look location. Amenities were as advertised, Staff were helpful, friendly and always had a smile.

This is a beautiful guesthouse. Comfortable bed in a functional modern apartment; superb breakfast with choices. Attentive hands-on staff. I highly recommend it for a peaceful stay.

All was good.

The extra details which I haven't seen before were the highlight. For example, there were sachets of hot chocolate in the room, seeds to throw over your fruit for breakfast, multiple sauce options to choose from, 4 cups (fantastic for us midnight coffee drinkers) as well as an ample amount of towels in the room. Those small things made a huge difference! Our original room choice had electrical problems, which the host informed us of immediately and instead of us having to first find out for ourselves and request a different room. We were provided the choice between two other rooms before check-in. We were also provided with the load shedding schedule, which helped us plan our hair & make up for the event we were headed to much easier! The host, as well as the premises, were nothing short of exceptional! Definitely plan on staying at this establishment again.

The wifi worked but had no internet connection. However, since we were there for leisure and not business, it wasn't something that made a huge difference to our stay.

Location

Property appears neglected

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and appealing. The reception is organized

The rooms are specious and well designed. Very clean and have almost equipment a guest may need
