The lady at the front desk is such an asset to your hotel. We checked in late she was so pleasant and helpful. She was new and did a wonderful job.

We were staying 3 nights for business and travelled 7 hours. We got there at 8am on the morning of our check in. I knew that was too early as check in time is 4pm. Evelyn went the extra mile and got us a room early and checked us in. She even came out into the parking lot and found us sitting in our car so we could check in. She made us so happy! This is what I call Outstanding Customer Service! Everyone at this hotel was awesome but a huge shoutout to Evelyn for really taking care of 2 really tired travelers…we appreciate it so much!

We rented two rooms. One room had a pair of soiled kids underwear under the sink that was hard and crunchy. The other room had a 6 inch hair ball in the shower drain that we removed because the water wouldn’t drain and it was holding water when trying to shower. Manager told us numerous times they would “make this right.” She would put points back on our account. 2 months later and still hasn’t “made it right”. Such a disappointment because we would have been repeat guests due to family living in the area.

This hotel was top notch. I am super picky about my hotels and have stayed at top tier hotels and lower priced ones. We loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I will totally stay at this hotel again when I get back to this area.

Very clean and convenient to surrounding businesses

I made my reservation for this hotel. After I checked out I forgot my phone charger and Evelyn and Nancy at the front desk helped me by getting my charger back. Their friendliness and attention to my problem helped me find my charger. I could not thank them both enough for their help.

We booked 2 rooms through booking.com. Got a confirmation that we had 2 rooms available. We showed up for our 2 rooms and we're told by the female desk clerk thst there were no rooms available. She went on to ssy that her manager had a policy of purposely allowing his hotel to be overbooked, so that he could maintain 100 % occupancy as much as possible. The desk clerk made no effort until prompted by me to try to help find us tooms at other properties. She suggested U signup for their Rewards Program and that she could then offer me some "free rewards points". I travel often, and going forward I will make sure, whenever possible, that I bypass booking any rooms at any Holiday Inn Express.

When we tried to call we couldn't get ahold of anyone to answer any of our questions. No one bothered to mention to us that breakfast ended at 9:30 and I inquired at 9:36 and they wouldnt give my kids or me any breakfast. We couldn't swim in the pool.

The experience was great. Service was excellent from the time we checked in until the time we left. Evelyn at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Such a great hotel and service.

The bed was wildly uncomfortable my husband and I both had a very hard time falling asleep and woke up with back pain. Other than that everything was great.

Honestly the Entire stay was Great, Gary at the Front Desk was so Very Kind, Personable and Professional. Loved his sense of Humor and energy. Our ONLY complaint was that everything was lovely in the room, accept, for the Shower. The shower itself was very nice and cleanly, the shower head specifically, made us feel like we were staying at a Motel 6. very cheap shower head, and the water pressure and temperature kept changing through the entirity of our 2 showers. If that shower head and water pressure were with the quality of the rest of our experience this would be a 5 star 10/10 review. Not trying to winge, just would like to provide some honest input. I will gladly stay at this location again if the need arises.

this is a great hotel! Service was very nice, it was very clean, and it was in a pretty good location in Tennessee. There was a Starbucks and 7 Brew nearby which was very convenient. The room was very clean, big, and comfortable. Prices were also not very expensive for the size and quality of the room. The free hotel breakfast was also fantastic. There was a bar in the hotel which seemed and looked very nice. This hotel is a great place to stay for anyone and i surely recommend it!!

The suite was spacious. Good designated desk area in the room for work. Good walking closet. It was clean.

Need better lighting in the room. It was not bright enough. The shower head and water pressure was too strong. No complimentary water in the rooms. The pillows were flat and seemed old.

It’s like brand new . The staff were incredible. Why stay in Chattanooga when you have to pay for parking and breakfast when you can stay here and have everything for less .

The rooms were amazing! Very large and upscale decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the spacious shower and bathroom. The lobby had a great meeting space to gather with friends and order drinks from the bar. The outdoor space was amazing as well.

There were minor issues like limited breakfast options and a bit of noise at times, but nothing that significantly impacted the stay.

Coming home from Florida we always make it a 2 day trip. We got on the road bright and early; 5 am. 90 minutes into our trip traffic ground to a halt. A semi had overturned and was blocking all 4 lanes. This resulted in a 4 hour wait. Delay after delay extended the days drive. Exhausted, we decided to call it a day and find a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised.at to find Springhill Suites. Jaliyah greeted us at the front desk. I was ecstatic to learn there was a 2 bed suite available. It only got better when she let us know there was a restaurant on site and we wouldn't have to get back in the car. Monte was the food and beverage manager and handled our dinner order. His recommendations were spot on and the kitchen nailed it. Monte also gave us great info and trivia about the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Where do you find a walk-closet in a hotel? The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I will look for Springhill Suites on our next trip.

The Springhill Suites hotel is conveniently located just off of I-75 on the outskirts of Northern Chattanooga. The king room was very spacious, offering a sitting area with desk, mini fridge, fold out sofa, and coffee pot. The bath was adequate with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was well-equipped, offering an assortment of hot food options, along with a waffle bar, pastry area, fresh fruit, cereals, and yogurts. The desk staff were welcoming and friendly. There are several local restaurants nearby, too. Overall, a very reasonably priced stay, with good amenities, and tasty breakfast.

Breakfast was just like a high end restaurant.

The only thing that would make it better would be if it was free.

My room key didnt work. Locked out on 2 different times. Manager did her best, but I missed scheduled softball game.

Everything was nice except the television in my room and the number of trains that passed by at night. The breakfast was good and their were lots of options. The coffee was good as well. The room seemed clean. The television was almost unwatchable. It seemed as though it was old and the picture was quite dark and the color was dominated by a blue tint.

The room set up is ridiculous, the placement of the TV in relativity to the beds and the bathroom makes no sense, a frosted bathroom door directly in front of the beds so the light shines directly on whoever is sleeping, no bathroom fan, the shower water was scalding and couldn't be adjusted and the shower head is so abrasive you can barely stand in the water. The pillows are completely flat and the beds are hard and uncomfortable. I've stayed at many Marriotts and this one is a scar on the brand. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and honestly deserve a refund.
