Увозим с собой прекрасные воспоминания об этом отпуске. Незабываемое прозрачное теплое бирюзовое море, небольшой пляж с шезлонгами и зонтами, а также вековые сосны, и вообще, вид дикого леса на контрасте с ухоженной территорией производят неизгладимое впечатление. Нам все понравилось: и бассейн, и джакузи, и то, что можно было покататься на сапборде. Отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость Юлии, которая заботилась о нашем отдыхе с первого дня. Еще в отеле первоклассные, великолепные завтраки и замечательные, оборудованные всем необходимым номера с удобными кроватями и розетками возле них. Спасибо 💕

Hotel je praktično u parku. opuštajuće je sedeti na terasi, udisati zdrav vazduh, gledati u zelenilo i slušati šum morskih talasa. Na plaži nema gužve, tiho je, čuje se samo more, imate osećaj da ste sami.

Prilazni put hotelu je jako loš, nebezbedan, a mora da se koristi, jer u okolini hotela nema nikakvih sadržaja pa ni prodavnice. Dužina puta je 950m.,samo je delimično asfaltiran, u pretežnom delu je zemljani posut šljunkom, sa rupama, pa u kombinaciji sa krivinama na strmim delovima i širinom takvom da se dva vozila teško mimoilaze, nimalo nije prijatno voziti se tim putem, naročito noću. Onaj ko nema kondicije ili se otežano kreće ne može koristiti stazu do plaže koja je lepa, svih 260 m. je, kroz šumu, ali je jako strma, tako da povratak sa plaže može biti problem. Plaža je, inače od oko 16h, 17h.u senci, nema sunca, ali je i tada prijatno, opuštajuće.

The property was on a perfect location. 2 minutes walk to the beach across beautiful nature. Very clean and relaxing , the pool was so comforting and there was a kids area which i really liked. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff was so polite and kind, Julija was so kind and fun just like everyone else. Staff cleaned the room every day and everything was just so exceptional. Definitely coming back

ODLIČAN DORUČAK. MOŽDA I NAJBOLJI DEO USLUGE U HOTELU. Imam utisak d aje potrebno malo više ljudi i malo više fleksibilnosti. Vrlo rigorzni su kad je u pitanju korišćenja bazena . čak i prema maloj deci.

Usluga, broj ljudi kao i odlazak na plažu. Planinarenje. Plaža je poprilično zapuštena. Bez ikakvih sadržaja. i Bar kafea na samoj plaži. Ostalo je posle nepogoda od pre par godina , sve onako kako je i bilo

Accueil fantastique, personnels d'une grande gentillesse et tres serviable que ce soit au restaurant , au petit déjeuner, au bar de la piscine, ou à l'accueil avec la charmante et souriante Yulia qui vous illumine votre journée, le petit déjeuner est varié, le restaurant est simple mais bon. Le service de chambre est efficace et discret. L'acces à la plage est magnifique, il se fait par un petit chemin qui descend entre les arbres ( le retour est un peu plus physique, mais il y a un banc pour faire une pause si besoin). La plage en elle même est petite mais il y avait toujours de la place sur les transats , les premiers mètres sont en gros galets et apres il y a du beau sable (avec des chaussures de plage c'est parfait, on en trouve partout autour). La piscine est également tres chouette avec de multiples poufs confortables et à la période ou j'y étais c'était très calme.

D'être rentré à la maison... ;-)

Sehr familiär, extrem freundliches fürsorgliches Personal, besonders Ksenia und Yulia haben sich sehr darum gekümmert, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen.

Локацията е лоша според нашите виждания и гледна точка. Стига се по черен път до хотела... Самият хотел е разположен на стръмен склон и паркинга е тесен и труден за маневри. И цената е завишена според нас, понеже сме били в доста хотели и на първия и втория ръкав и... Цената е висока!!!

The hotel was very nice, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The room was clean and cozy, we really liked the yard and the pool, as well as the beach. The bar and restaurant were great, as well as all the stuff.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the road that leads to the hotel, i.e. if it is possible the part from the main road to the hotel to be paved, otherwise everything is great.

We liked the green and relaxing environment. Thank you Yulia for your hospitality!

Staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Pool area was nice and good food at the restaurant on site.

Room on the ground floor that we had, felt quite dark in the afternoon with only a small window. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. If you don't have a car, it's difficult to get taxi's from this location due to the unsurfaced road leading to the hotel

Very nice, calm, perfect for a family with kids but also nice for couples. The breakfast was the perfect fuel for the day and we relaxed and charged our batteries at the accommodation. Daria was very nice and friendly, talented towel sculptor:) Yulia also made every day start with energy and good vibes.

The compound was amazing, nice pool, the bitch is a short walk with nice facilities. Yulia is amazing she definitely needs a raise, she is practically running the place and helped us with everything we needed.

The rooms are really basic, but clean and comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel early, before the official check-in time. Julija, who works at reception, was extremely polite and welcoming. She made sure that we could use all the hotel facilities while our room was being cleaned and prepared. As soon as it was ready, she gave us the keys, even before the official check-in time, which was a very nice start to our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was excellent, it genuinely exceeded our expectations. The hotel bar also served delicious food, so there was no need to go into town for lunch or dinner. The beach is only a three-minute walk from the hotel, reached by a narrow, shaded path beneath tall trees. The sandy beach feels almost private and has hotel sunbeds and umbrellas available at no extra cost. The hotel also provides additional portable umbrellas if needed. In the afternoon, the surrounding trees create wonderful natural shade, making it possible to remain comfortably on the beach even during the hottest hours of the day. Ksenija, the manager, was also extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Everything at the hotel was very well organized, and the entire staff worked together to make our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool was lovely as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything that could have been better. We were very satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

Not paved road, no lift, beach need improvement

I like the location which a bit far from the main streets, isolated from the main road. Has its own pool near the hotel and most importantly has its own beach about 300-400meters down via patheay thru the forest. Some.may find it difficult but I didnt mind go down and up couple of times a day. Beach is not very big, cannot have more than 30 people and do not have nini bars or hotel services; and it is totally fine for me and my family. Hotel surroundings and landscape are looked after very well. Plus, you have Yulia at the front desk (and everywhere else) to help you out; hotel owners are so lucky to have someone like her!

Hi , my name is Ivan Nachkov and this weekend i was first time client of your hotel . Upon my arrival with my family i was welcomed by the most positive receptionist Yullia . She was so kind and helpful through our whole stay - always there to assist with any questions, issues or suggestions we need it ! Every morning she was welcoming us with smile and checking on our personal experience ! The breakfast always nice and included more then expected kids friendly items :) We enjoyed every day the swimming pool as well as the kids little playground - this was so important for us ! My Overall score 10 is only because of the receptionist lady Yulia (please excuse me if I didn't get the spelling right). She was working at the reception desk when we arrived on 21st of AUG'26. (my last experience with hospitality staff/concierge is the Conrad in LA before this short travel to Khalkidhiki) She is a very well mannered hospitality professional that handled the situation professionally, (unlikely the lady introduced as GM of the hotel - please get some experience with customer care). Situation was - us paying for two rooms that not even, were not connected, (family of 4 with 5 year-old and 1-year-old) furthermore, they were on different floors way apart one from another. Of course - we didn't occupy one of the rooms as we fit in one of them. My direct feedback to Booking as well: please do not sell family accommodation unless explicitly stated that in more than 1 rooms situation - rooms are not connected. Property itself is a good value for money and adequate to the star rating and expectations, with available parking space, nice breakfast and 500 steps (down and up) to the beach trough a small forest. Beach is eco as branded - small, wild and with huge stones in the shallow so consider a special gear for entry, not really adequate for small children and be sure to have mosquito defense sprays or whatever one uses. Overall this was a great experience and thank you Yulia (receptionist lady), once again, for making it happen.

Замечательный отель в тихом месте близко к природе. Не шумный, подходит для семейного отдыха. Комната была чистой, всё новое. Номер убирали регулярно и тщательно (спасибо Валентине!) Кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, сейф - всё работает. Балкон с видом на море. Завтрак обычный: выпечка, овощи, нарезки, омлеты/яичница. Всё вкусно. Поужинать можно на территории отеля: работает ресторан со средиземноморской кухней, цены, как мне показалось, не выше, чем в других похожих местах, подача и вкус - отличные. Для разнообразия можно подняться в посёлок - минут 15 и будет доступно множество таверн/баров. Есть бассейн и бар у бассейна. До пляжа 5 минут вниз по тропинке, но учтите, что обратно придётся подниматься. Пляж уединённый, лежаки бесплатные и всегда были в наличии. Сам вход в воду каменистый (если не любите это - возьмите аквашузы), но метров через 15 начинается песок. Море изумительно чистое. Есть пляжный душ, но нет раздевалки. Персонал очень дружелюбный и помогает во всём! Спасибо Юлии за заботу и предупредительность! Спасибо за отличную атмосферу бармену Ульяне! Брали также массаж - тоже понравилось: хорошо и не очень дорого (по сравнению со спа отелями).

Third time here and we still love it! Amazing location: Secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Great food and drinks: We really enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. Top amenities: Clean rooms, nice pool, and convenient parking. Beautiful beach: A lovely walk through the woods leads to a quiet beach with natural shade.

The only minor downside was the dusty road to the property.

Every organisation is defined by their team. If the team and its members love doing their job, it shows everywhere, especially in the hotel/tourist industry. Even though Avatel is not a fancy hotel per definition, our stay was fabulous because of the people that took care of us. Ksenia and her team are doing a fantastic job regarding customer satisfaction without being over the top, but being themselves - warmhearted, genuinley good and caring people (literally everyone). I can even say that we made friends during our stay with lovely Ksenia and the little legend Pepito. 🐕😎🙌🏼 And then there is Yulia (another great friend we made there), who is the heart of the reception (hotel). Such a good soul with so much love and positivity! Like I wrote in the beginning: when you pick the right people, everything thrives. We had an amazing week at Avatel, everyone took great care of us and we would definitely come again at some point because of the great staff! Highly recommend the hotel and the location, which is also amazing btw. Nice pool, great garden, really good food at the restaurant and a private beach at the sea down a couple of stairs - really great! Thank you guys so much for everything!!! ❤️

Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sehr schön in einem Wald gelegen. Der Pool ist toll und es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten am Pool zu entspannen. Auch ein eigener Strand ist über einen kleinen Weg durch den Wald zu erreichen. Ganz besonders toll ist das Personal. Insbesondere Julia und Xenia lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab, sind immer gut gelaunt und haben immer einen Witz im Gepäck. Das schafft eine besondere Atmosphäre.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and carefully looked after in every detail. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection, and we also really enjoyed the food both at the restaurant and at the pool bar. A special thank you goes to the entire staff, who were always smiling, friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. A particular mention goes to Yulia at the reception for her kindness, professionalism and willingness to help with anything we needed. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

The only downside is the beach, which could be better maintained, but they explained to us that unfortunately there are some restrictions imposed by the authorities. It’s a real shame, because the sea is absolutely stunning!!!!

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is poorly maintained, with damp-smelling pillows/beds, ants throughout the kitchen, and a beach that is in very poor condition. One of the two bedrooms had no air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the property is clearly in need of serious maintenance and improvement. Bad value for money.

La casa per 4 persone un po’ piccola

La struttura è in una bella posizione, immersa in una rigogliosa pineta e a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia. Ottima la zona piscina, con servizio bar e musica piacevole. La colazione è abbastanza varia e di buona qualità. La struttura dispone anche di un ristorante interno, che però non abbiamo avuto modo di provare. Staff gentilissimo: ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa!

La spiaggia dell’hotel è molto piccola e si raggiunge tramite un breve ma ripido sentiero dal giardino della struttura. Anche la strada per raggiungere l’hotel è in gran parte sterrata, quindi è necessario guidare con prudenza. La stanza è un po’ più piccola di quanto sembri dalle foto, ma comunque è dotata di tutto il necessario.

The hotel is one of those rare places that combines beautiful nature and plenty of greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious — fresh and flavorful. The beach was clean, and the water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Plaja cam are pietre la intrare, dar in schimb e mișto de făcut snorkeling, am vazut tot felul de peștișori.

A small, family-run hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The pool is small, but it was never crowded, and the water was always pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellent room, great comfortable bed. Amazing pool and accessories (sun beds etc). Nice staff. Parking places for all the cars. Restaurant in the location quite good and decent prices. Also a bar near the pool.

1) price too high 2) the shower gel was diluted with a lot of water 3) no coffee machine in the room 4) the hotel is pet friendly. Unfortunately we found 2 dog poop on our way from the hotel to the beach. It is customers fault, but still unpleasant for the guests 5) please improve beach “design” / work on maintaining the beach

J ai adoré ma terrasse ombragée (chambre 201 au rdc), le jardin immense, la forêt à traverser pour aller à la plage, la jolie piscine avec bar . Hôtel loin de la foule tellement frais et agréable.

La photo de la chambre sur le site de réservation ne ressemble pas à la réalité (moins bien en vrai).

Zapach, łóżka śmierdziały, że nie dało się spać. W nocy było tak duszno, że przy włączonej klimie albo było zimno, albo zaduch. Podłoga też śmierdziała, więc po wyjdźcie z pokoju potem musiał się godzinę wietrzyć. Personel ponownie umył pokój, ale wiele się to nie spisało. Chociaż plus za miłą obsługę pani z recepcji.

Wir waren ein weiteres Mal dort, weil wir sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich behandelt wurden. Es ist ein sehr erholsamer Ort und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Am fost încântat de amabilitatea oamenilor care lucrează acolo, de micul dejun foarte bun și de amplasarea într-o zonă liniștită. Priveliștea la mare și zona înconjurătoare sunt minunate! Faptul că hotelul are o plajă privată, cu acces pe o alee printr-o pădure de pini, este un plus în opinia mea.

Drumul de la șoseaua principală la hotel (aproximativ 900 metri) are o porțiune de vreo 200 metri neasfaltată, ceea ce te descurajează să îl parcurgi pe jos. Aceasta nu este însă vina hotelului, pentru că drumul respectiv deservește mai multe vile și spații de cazare din zonă, asfaltarea fiind în sarcina autorităților locale din câte am înțeles. Pentru cine nu dorește să iasă la plimbare pe jos se poate mânca foarte bine la restaurantul hotelului.

Нам очень понравилась ухоженная территория отеля , большой и чистый бассейн , море также было очень чистым и теплым , завтраки и еда в ресторане были великолепные . We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing—just steps from a beautiful almost private beach with crystal-clear water. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything. The highlight of our stay was our host, Yulia. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Honestly, she’s better than Google! She gave us so many fantastic recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit that made our trip even more special. Every suggestion was spot on. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

The place is not that close to the city by walk. Luckily the hotel has great restaurant with amazing food.

The hotel has both pool and reach to the beach. The path to the beach is a bit hard but in the forest.

The location is hard to go if you don’t have a car, you cannot reach by walking. The family room is on the garden, so you can see some bugs in the room. If you are sensitive, should reserve on the upper floors.

תחילה השירות מדהים .אנשים טובים ונעימים ותמיד מחייכים. מלון מדהים במיקום מעולה. מבודד מהרעש ונותן את השקט שמחפשים בחופשה ומצד שני לא רחוק אם רוצים לצאת לבלות. אוכל טעים מאוד יש גם ארוחות בוקר וגם מסעדה מדהימה. חדרים נוחים ונקיים. חוף פרטי עם ירידה ישר מהמלון. עם כיסאות ושימשיות .ובנוסף אפשרות לסאפ.צוות שיודע לתת שירות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר . כולל המלצות לאטרקציות.תודה רבה ליוליה וקסניה המדהימות.

The hotel was in a forest so the restaurant in it was a good idea for when you don’t want to go out. The reception lady Yulia was really kind to us.

The beach had received some damage from the sea, there were not enough sunbeds and umbrellas and it was also on a steep hill from the hotel. For three days there the towels were not changed even once, on the third day we went to get new towels and were lucky to find someone there because the reception is not 24/7 . The cleanliness is questionable.

All staff (Yulia, Ksenia, Alina, Uliana and Nadia) we had the opportunity to interact treated us like kings. Hotel was clean with all kind of amenities and an exceptional private beach we enjoyed every day. Super recommended.

We were treated extremely kindly by the team at Avatel. Everything from the room, the view, the breakfast to the restaurant was absolutely great, but the staff’s friendly attitude and hospitality is beyond anything we have experienced on a vacation! They even went above and beyond to accommodate us for another night as we decided we didn’t want to leave as scheduled 😄 And of course, to the dear Yulia, whose recommendation for a short trip turned into one of our most cherished and deeply personal memories for me and my partner - we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and empathy towards us.
