A swimming cap is required in the indoor and outdoor pools.
The wellness center is open every day from 14:30 until 19:30. It is free, apart from hay baths, beauty treatments and massages.
Please note that the guided tours come at extra cost.
The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.
In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area. In winter, the card includes: access to ski busses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Personal und die Besitzer waren außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück, wie in Italien üblich, eher süß (Kuchen, Törtchen usw.), halt landestypisch. Die Qualität dr Produkte, wir Käse, Wurst, Schinken usw. sehr gut und regional.
Der Wellnessbereich öffnet erst um 14.30h. Wenn jemand nicht wandern geht oder anderweitig unterwegs sein möchte, ist es nicht möglich diesen vormittags zu nutzen.

Caotica la piscina, piena di bambini maleducati, siamo rimasti allibiti nel vedere anche la vasca idromassaggio piena di bambini , c' era anche un neonato. Da regolamentare il comportamento da tenere nelle vasche.

Zona spa di buone dimensioni con un 'area piscina interna/esterna, vasca idromassaggio e bagno di vapore, e una zona relax con bagno turco e due saune. Colazione a buffet con discreta scelta sia di dolce che di salato e cena alla carta (possibilità di scelta fra 4 primi e 4 secondi + dolce) con buffet ridotto da cui si può attingere liberamente. L'hotel organizza gratuitamente (o a prezzo modico) gite in montagna e piacevoli attività serali
Pur essendo piuttosto grande, la spa a volte risultava eccessivamente piena per il gran numero di ospiti

Cuscini e materassi probabilmente da aggiornare; lo staff si è comunque impegnato per cercare di soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto dico che aumenterei di un paio di gradi la temperatura dell'acqua in piscina perché un po' freddina.

Ehrlich gesagt – nichts! Es war alles perfekt.

Servizi veramente eccellenti, a partire dalle escursioni organizzate e gratuite per finire con le attività serali. Staff gentile e diaponibile. Torneremo sicuramemte.
Unica cosa che cambierei è la presenza di due letti singoli nel comporre il letto matrimoniale

Reviewed Apr 11, 2025Rooms were comfortably furnished, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. They have the cutest dinning room! Also, a wonderful spa. Just as a bit of info to keep in mind, the spa doesn't open until 2:30 and it closes at 7:30 p.m. So, there isn't much time to use it in the evenings. The hotel has beautiful veiws of the mountains. Such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Definitely recommend it.
We wish the spa was open later in the evening.

The didn’t have options for lactose intolerance like soy milk or no lactose milk. Also, at breakfast the egg station for example wasn’t stocked continuously. The pool was cold. It wasn’t 32 degrees. The hot tub was 32 degrees.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2024Hotel is located next to well maintained road and has easy access (5mins) to ski slopes. Pool is really nice and there is a age limit (16 years) to spa section which has three saunas and some showers. Everywhere was clean, nice, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Special thanks to the orange juice squeezer that allows you to make you own fresh juice. There was also juicer for apples, carrots and other fruits and vegetables. Daily changing dinner is also recommended - they offer you multiple different options to choose from every day. Staff every where was friendly and polite.

Reviewed May 1, 2019Netter, problemloser und schneller Empfang. Sehr nettes, junges und hilfsbereites Personal. Super leckeren Frühstücken und Abendessen. Nur wegen leckeren Kaffee könnten wir hierher wieder kommen. Bewertungen lesend haben wir festgestellt, dass einer der Gäste mit dem Frühstück und Kaffe aus der Maschine irgendwie nicht zufrieden war... Es stimmt überhaupt nicht! Alles schmeckt ausgezeichnet und wird immer frisch zubereitet. Bitte lässt sich nicht täuschen. Gute SPA-Bereich mit vielen Saunen. Meiner Meinung nach passt dieses Hotel nicht für die Leute die einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchten. Zu viele Familien mit Kindern hier. Der Weg zum Hotel ist nach dem Sturm nicht so schon. Man sieht überall liegende Bäume.
