bellissima struttura, piscina bellissima, confort, camere, un oasi immerso nella natura e nelle colline Umbre. lo staff gentilissimo, colazione alle vecchie maniere, non trovi il buffet, ma la ragazza disponibile e gentile per accontentare ogni richiesta.

Bellissima struttura, molto curata e accogliente. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi, non solo nella bella piscina, ma anche in tutti i salottini sparsi per il giardino. Staff gentilissimo e molto buona sia la colazione che la cena. Sono felice di averla scelta per festeggiare l'anniversario con mio marito!

Il personale, tutto, ci ha fatto sentire come in famiglia, gentilissimi! È stato un vero piacere conoscerli. Lo chef Basile e sua moglie sono state la ciliegina sulla torta. Lui con i suoi piatti trasmette tradizione e innovazione di una terra che porta le tradizione della Toscana del Lazio e dell’Umbria. Da leccarsi i baffi!

Casale completamente restaurato, con personale accogliente e davvero simpatico. Piscina e spazi esterni comuni molto curati, colazione sia dolce che salata con prodotti di qualità, cena in casale eccezionale!! Ho mangiato dei pici al ragù fatti in casa e tiramisù: tutto ottimo. La stanza è luminosa, fresca, ben arredata. Tutto perfetto.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, non ci sono prese elettriche in xamera. Per caricare il cellulare ho staccato l'unico abat-jour sul comodino.

Hard to get to if you are not driving. Loud music playing at the pool, would have preferred no music or something subtle playing in background.

La posizione vicinissima all’uscita dell’autostrada ci ha comunque permesso di trovarci immersi nel verde e nella natura. Camera fantastica, accoglienza divina, è stata una goduria poter mangiare della frutta fresca in riva alla piscina. Colazione fantastica, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo in ogni aspetto. Anche l’aver trovato a disposizione il doppio cuscino in camera non è per nulla scontato. Ci torneremo sicuramente 🩵 grazie di cuore per la fantastica accoglienza

De kamer was te klein..er waren geen handdoekhaakjes dus deze kon je nergens ophangen. Er was geen ruimte voor de koffer, dus deze lag op de grond en weinig aflegruimte in de badkamer.

Bella struttura in posizione facile da raggiungere dall’uscita del casello circondata dal verde e molto tranquilla, la camera assegnata era molto bella,pulita e di recente ristrutturazione. Una splendida piscina completa il tutto per trascorrere del tempo in assoluto relax. Buona la colazione .

Da ampliare l’offerta dello snack per chi vuole pranzare in piscina.

Wifi non funzionante, il bar a bordo piscina era chiuso e le tende della camera non coprivano dalla luce del sole per cui impossibile dormire.

Agnes (staff) was super nice. Made us coffees and welcome drinks.

Of our 12 days in Tuscany/Umbria this was maybe our least favorite place. It was the most expensive place we stayed and not worth the cost. Location beautiful, but the landscaping and grounds were not maintained well. We are sorry to give it a low rating. no hooks for clothes. no place for suitcases. no water glasses. soft bed.

Struttura eccellente, curata nei minimi dettagli e mantenuta in condizioni impeccabili. L'accoglienza e il servizio sono stati semplicemente straordinari: ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e siamo stati trattati con grande professionalità e gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno. Ottima anche la ristorazione, sia a cena che a colazione, con prodotti di qualità e grande attenzione agli ospiti. Un'esperienza molto piacevole che consigliamo vivamente. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Abbiamo apprezzato la camera appena rinnovata, la sala per la cena (anche se purtroppo non c'è stata l'occasione per provare la cucina), la colazione, la caratteristica atmosfera toscana e la tranquillità del luogo (non di meno la vicinanza all'autostrada).

Obiekt bardzo klimatyczny, Pani Agnieszka jest bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Dodatkowo przyjechaliśmy o 23:00 zmęczeni a zaproponowano nam ciepły posiłek przygotowany specjalnie dla nas. W nocy było już chłodno więc pokój został nagrzany przed naszym przyjazdem. Same plusy w tym hotelu

Wszystko było absolutnie super, jedynie do śniadania, które jest robione wyśmienicie mogłyby leżeć warzywa aby sobie samemu dobrać i skomponować np. Kanapkę 🙂

The Umbrian landscape creates a serene, peaceful atmosphere at this beautiful property. Excellent location and very easy to find. Also, there are many places to explore nearby by car. The rooms, pool area and gardens are immaculate! Attention to detail which adds to creating an unforgettable stay. Staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. My sister and I look forward to returning to this exceptional property. We are certain you will love it too!

Absolut tolle Lage

The staff was great and we felt welcomed from the very beginning. The room was beautiful and comfortable enough for three (family). The facilities are in good shape, the pool area is large enough to share with other guests. Breakfast is classic Italian (full of biscuits haha) but with savory options as well. From here it's easy to visit other beautiful towns by car.

A freshly renovated property situated across from a vineyard. Wonderful hosts, beautiful property and peaceful. Easy check-in with person on-site. Would have given it a 10 if the pool was open. They were just putting on final touches to the renovated pool and area. They have a little restaurant where you can have a few meal options. That were reasonably priced. It is relatively remote not certain if there is public transportation. We had a car and short drive to great sights and towns.

We stayed only for one night since we were travelling through the area. It was an amazing place - the staff was superfriendly and the kitchen even waited for us since we arrived late. The food was great and the rooms cosy - the preheated the room since we stayed in January and it was pretty cold. Breakfast was great. The facility is beautiful and I would love to come back in summer to enjoy the cosy places outside and the pool. Thanks for a great stay

Posizione ottima poco fuori il casello di Fabro, ma comunque silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. Colazione abbondante con torte fatte in casa. Staff super cordiale e premuroso

Quiete assoluta, personale gentilissimo, ristorante in sede con ottima cucina ed ottimo vino, c’è la piscina in estate, struttura in pietra, boschi intorno, casello di Fabro vicinissimo

Beautifully renovated, in a small town on a hill among vineyards. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, especially during late spring, summer and early autumn, when the vineyards are green and you can also use the outdoor pool.

Soundproofing between rooms could be a bit better. We booked 2 rooms and the couple staying in one of them was awakened at 7am by other people staying at the property.

The kindness of the hotel staff

There is no suitable way to bring the luggage from the parking to the room. There is no kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There is only top douch in the shower. It's not convenient when you want to avoid wetting your hair. The wifi is very very weak in the room. We could not use it. It's nice to have a desk in the room, but there's no electricity socket nearby to use a laptop.

Dal momento della prenotazione ho avuto il massimo supporto da parte della struttura. Volevo organizzare una sorpresa speciale per una proposta di matrimonio e dalla struttura ho ricevuto l'aiuto necessario per creare il momento speciale come lo avevo immaginato. La stanza è davvero comoda e spaziosa e abbiamo trovato la migliore accoglienza per il nostro cucciolo da quando viaggiamo con lui. La colazione e la cucina sono ottimi.

Il casale era stupendo, la camera anche, con un letto veramente comodo. Staff cortese, la colazione e la cena buonissime. La pulizia degli ambienti era impeccabile e al giorno d'oggi non è facile trovare un livello così.

Lokalizacja przy autostradzie, co jest bardzo wygodne w przelocie tranzytowym z południa Włoch. Hotel bardzo klimatyczny, z dużym ogrodem i basenem (w październiku już nieczynny), w budynku z 1915 roku. Pracuje tu przesympatyczna Pani Agnieszka, która jest bardzo pomocna i komunikatywna.

Całe pozytywne wrażenie legło w gruzy przy śniadaniu. Wybieram zawsze hotele z opcją śniadania i niekoniecznie w stylu włoskim. Ciastko to zjem chętnie do kawy po śniadaniu, a nie zamiast. Tu miało być śniadanie urozmaicone, ale …. Przyszliśmy po 8 już jako ostatni goście i zostały tylko rożki i ciasto. Ponoć była wędlina, jajka, ser, chlebek. Na prośbę o uzupełnienie usłyszeliśmy, że się skończyło. No cóż. Sytuacja dziwna i zaskakująca. Szkoda, bo śniadanie jest jednym z najważniejszych elementów pobytu. To śniadanie wieńczy pobyt w hotelu. Szkoda, że nie było rano Pani Agnieszki. Obiecałem polecać ich usługi, wrócić, ale jakoś czar prysł.

Bardzo miły personel, zwłaszcza Pani Agnieszka. Restauracja na miejscu jest znakomita, a śniadania bardzo smaczne. Piękne widoki i świetnie zagospodarowana przestrzeń. Gorąco polecam!

Beautiful setting. Room was clean and tidy.

Shower was tiny. Also we were there in the middle of the afternoon on a hot day. Hoping to sit by the pool as that is really the only thing to do. For some reason the pool was closed and they would not open it. Very disappointing as we with friends at other hotels in area and their pools were open. Seemed like they just did not want to go to the trouble of opening it.

Op zich was het een goede accommodatie. Alleen bij het inchecken was het duidelijk dat het personeel niet zo goed Engels of Frans sprak. Daardoor verliep de incheckprocedure niet zo vlot, en kregen we geen enkele uitleg of toelichting. Via een kaartje kon je meer informatie opvragen, maar toen we dat probeerden, kreeg ik een e-mail terug met de melding dat we beter aan de balie konden informeren. Verder kan ik niets negatiefs zeggen: het zwembad was mooi en er stonden comfortabele ligstoelen. Ook het ontbijt was erg goed. Pas na enkele dagen kwamen we tijdens het ontbijt in contact met de eigenares. Zij sprak wel Engels en was bovendien erg vriendelijk.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Hotel is zeer schoon en alles is netjes verzorgd en alles mooi gedecoreerd. Ontbijt was ook zeer goed. Nieuwe kamers met uitstekende bedden.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel’s restaurant was truly outstanding. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special highlight was when my brother-in-law asked if they had soup (which wasn’t even on the menu), and the chef went above and beyond to prepare one just for him. He said it was the best soup he’s ever had, and he’s a soup lover who orders it everywhere!

This Villa is beautifully restored with gorgeous grounds. We stayed in Room 7- a very large suite at the very top floor (with several steep stone steps). The room was immaculate and the bed and pillows very comfortable . We loved all the extra room (2 rooms). The surrounding area is beautiful for driving but not much else in the small town. The breakfast had a very good variety with sweet and savoury. The on site restaurant was closed for dinner the night we were there but had great reviews. We would recommend as an excellent place to stay on your way through Umbria. Staff were very friendly and accomodating!

La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel malgré notre arrivée tardive. Verre de liqueur offert dès notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner, le lard très bon ainsi que les biscuits et gâteaux fait maison. L’infrastructure champêtre et cosy Les chambres sont très belles, chaleureuses et propres. Ci siamo fermati di ritorno da un viaggio ed e stato una piacevolissima sorpresa. Il personale molto accogliente, casale ristrutturato con gusto e posto tranquillo ideale per rilassarsi.
