Globalement propre, bien agencé, décoration simple mais satisfaisante. Personnel à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner correct également. Prix correct pour la qualité du service fourni.

Sans être très loin du quartier vivant de Santa Marta, l’homme est tout de même situé à 2-3 blocs du centre historique et implique donc de marcher un peu pour le rejoindre. En journée pas de problème, mais en soirée je ne me suis pas forcément senti en sécurité. Très peu de passage, rues sombres, typiquement le genre d’expérience qu’on souhaite éviter en Colombie. Le conseil est donc de prendre un uber pour se rendre en ville, pour un trajet de 5 minutes.

El desayuno y servicio de restaurante me parecieron maravillosos. El personal de la recepción siempre muy amable , el aire acondicionado e internet funcionaban muy bien. La cama y en general la habitación muy cómodas

Un único aspecto malo e inaceptable , sobre todo porque es muy fácil de solucionar, no había jabón de manos. Es algo muy sencillo de tener y muy económico también. Cuando le pedí solución al recepcionista no me dio solución, solo me dijo que usara el de la ducha (en la ducha si había en un dispensador fijo). No me dieron solución y no es correcto, porque cada vez que tenía que lavarme las manos tenía que ingresar con zapatos a la ducha y ensuciar todo de agua con los zapatos mojados , muy incómodo

He estado en muchos Hoteles de diferentes Paises y lo que nunca estare de acuerdo es que el momento de la Reserva no aclaren que al momento de pagar con tarjetas de credito cobren porcentajes adicionales....Eso no es fiscalmente Legal.

La ubicación era buena, ya que se podía ir caminando a la costanera. El personal muy amable.

En el baño no había jabón, ni un lugar para colgar las toallas. En la habitación no había un papelero. El desayuno era poco variado y el horario de inicio del desayuno no se respeto..

La atención del personal es muy buena. Estas cerca a la bahia y varios comercios.

La habitación es bastante pequeña, los espacios para poner el equipaje son insuficientes y el diseño esta mal pensado, ya que no esta pensado para estar junto a la playa, se ensucia todo con mucha facilidad y no habia donde tender la ropa o poner productos de aseo en los baños.

Das Zimmer ist eher dunkel und die Klimaanlage roch stark nach Schimmel. Obwohl wir zwei Personen waren, gab es nur ein Duschtuch. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr alt und sollte ersetzt werden. Als Europäer isst man sein Frühstück lieber in einem Cafe.

Het ontbijt is vrij eenvoudig met weinig tot geen keuze, wel van goede kwaliteit. Locatie van het hotel is goed. Dichtbij het centro historico en strand. De hotelkamer met eigen douche en toilet is klein maar wel schoon met een goede airco en goede matrassen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam als je erom vraagt.

Het was jammer dat je buiten de ontbijttijden geen koffie of thee kunt krijgen. Het ontbijt zou wat uitgebreider mogen en meer keuze hebben.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Se me quedaron unas cosas y me las guardaron. Son muy serviciales.

Las instalaciones súper amplias y divinas, buenos acabados, la decoración divina, pulcritud en todas sus áreas, todo impecable, todo el personal super atento y amable, el desayuno delicioso, espectacular, muy feliz, vuelvo pronto; se siente uno como en casa.

Me gustaría que el hotel mejorara la calidad de las fotos que muestran en esta app, para que los usuarios sepan que realmente es muy lindo,porque uno va así como con algunas dudas, y cuando uno llega se da cuenta de que es demasiado lindo por fuera y por dentro, supera full expectativas, genial.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Sierra Nevada. Le personnel est des plus aimables et serviables. Wilson, hôte très sympathique, s’assure de notre bien être. La localisation de l’hôtel est centrale, proche des principaux attraits. La chambre est très confortable et propre. De plus, petit-déjeuner est servi avec du bon café!

Al ingreso una persona sin saludar de una vez me dijo que el check in era a las 12 y no a las 10 me pareció muy grosera la señora, uno primero saluda y pregunta

Esta en el centro historico entonces es practico. El personal muy atento.

No nos gustó el olor a húmedo en las camas , la vecindad muy ruidosa y pesada para viajar con niños, las calles muy sucias. Se escucha mucho todo en el hotel en general.

Un lugar muy acogedor, bonitas instalaciones tal y como se ve en las fotos ,muy bien ubicado en el centro historico, cerca al parque de los novios, plaza de Bolivar, malecon, comercio. El personal muy amable y servicial, el desayuno bueno también, Incluye porcion de fruta.

Small Hotel conveniently located close to the City center. Good starting point for exploring the city or for catching the buses to Tayrona and Palomino at Mercado Publico. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Rooms are simple, but clean and tidy.

We had to pay for the breakfast even though it said it was included on Booking.com, however it was quite cheap (10000 COP per person)

1, The location is great: close to all historic attractions of Santa Marta, countless cafes and restaurants in the daowntown and to the bus stations: to that one where we have directly arrived after our flight from Bogota and to the second one where we have catched a bus going to Taganga to explore its broadly advertised beach. From hotel it takes about 15 minutes by foot to get to Santa Marta city beach. 2. The street hotel is situated on is calm and quite during the late evening and night time in comparison with a cacophony in the downtown. 2. My and my friend's rooms were tidy and cleaned everyday. 3. The bed and pillows were comfortable. 4. The hotel owners and staff all were polite and friendly. 5. Wi-Fi signal was stable.

1. We do not know why but since we had arrived to hotel and occupied our rooms we were not able to find any hanger. Certainly, there is no necessity for much clothing in Santa Marta as everyday there the day temperature is over 30 degrees Celsius but 3-5 hangers in the room are requirable. After our complaint the owner himself gave us enough hangers. 2. For breakfast we wish it would be more variable for a choice of fruits and more bigger in size.

Everything is more than perfect. It's nice, clean, cosy, well equipped, good location and all this at a very fair price. You can book a tasty breakfast with eggs, fruits , coffee, juice etc. for a price, which at other places you pay for a cup of coffee..... But the best and the most important are the people there. I had a medical problem and they were really helpful at all times. They provided me with blankets and cushion and were really touched.

No shampoo

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were patient with our awful Spanish and were happy to give us detailed recommendations on where to go, how to get there, etc. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. It is conveniently located in walking distance of the coast, coffee shops and restaurants.

There was no hot water, but it was hot outside so it was no problem.

Frendly and helpful people who work in the reception. Great location- close to the beach and to Parque de los novios ( a lot of restaurants, good vibes). We are very satisfied and in situation that we go back again to Santa Marta, we will rebook. They cleaned room every day and brought new towels. Breakfast isn't included, but we reccomend ( eggs and arepa, fruits, cofee/tee, juice).

Very noisy street with music blasting all day. This was a Sunday so i imagine it's worse on Friday and Saturday. Music did stop about 9pm but suddenly at 1am it started blasting even louder, ridiculously loud from right outside the window and this went on for 45 minutes. It felt like i was sleeping in a nightclub! Air conditioning was good but the power went off twice in the morning for an hour each time and during that time the room got so hot i couldn't breathe.

My first room was very noisy so the next morning I complained and Yari went out of her way to find me another room which was perfect and very quiet

Good location - walking distance from airport bus route and to main centre of Santa Marta. Room quite small but price reasonable. Aircon worked well. Would recommend for someone looking for comfortable, good price stay.

Estuve hospedada en Hotel Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta durante una semana para mi viaje a Ciudad Perdida. El servicio por los empleados de recepción, cocina y limpieza fue excelente. Y el lugar muy limpio y tranquilo.
