Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Great roof areas and spacious sunny patios for fitness, yoga, sunning. Common areas are simple, clean and uncluttered. Sink for clothes hand washing on the roof. Cactus gardens throughout the building are amazing and well tended. Paper towels, coffee, and simple things that are often missing in hostels are effortlessly provided here.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, à côté du marché et du centre. Il y a de nombreux espaces communs dont un rooftop et du café à disposition toute la journée. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. L'hôtel était globalement propre.
Il y a BEAUCOUP de bruit. La chambre n'est pas du tout isolée, la fenêtre ne se ferme même pas complètement, et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'hôtel. Le garçon du soir n'est pas du tout agréable, et regarde ses vidéos sur son portable le son à fond, ce qui s'entend jusqu'au 3e étage.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026It's a good place totally recommended! Great for the value/price relation. Tons of space to rest on the rooftops and co-work in different areas. Liked the city views from the rooftop, they're gorgeous.
Realistically speaking, you need to bring your own earplugs to avoid noise at night. Can be loud. Also, I wish the staff actually spelled out the rules on paper to all guests because not everyone knows how to actually behave in a hostel. I stayed in a shared female dorm.

The bathrooms were dirty. If you’re staying on the third floor, be aware that the showers sometimes don’t have hot water. It was also very noisy. Make sure to confirm the parking situation in advance. They told us via message that parking was available, but when we arrived, they gave us a completely different story and said they didn’t have any. Instead of taking responsibility, they always seemed to have an excuse for everything and were unwilling to cooperate or help us find a solution. In my opinion, this is definitely not an 8.4-rated hostel. I would rate it much lower. If you do decide to stay here, I strongly recommend asking for a room on a lower floor and avoiding the third floor.

・お湯が出なかった(夜間の決まった時間はでないらしいけど朝も出なかった) ・ドアの鍵部分がガタガタでコツを掴むまでうまく閉まらない時や、手を挟みそうになった ・暑い。窓を開ける以外空調がない ・スタッフがあまり英語が得意では無さそうで、シングルを予約したのにドミトリーの部屋を案内されて、1人で使っていいということの説明がなく、一度下に降りて聞きにいかなければならなかった ・共用部分にテレビはあるが、使えなそうだった

Reviewed May 26, 2026Nothing. The only thing is that I really appreciate that the hostel reimbursed two of my three nights here, since I left after one night.
The windows are paper thin (partly broken) and the door is not well sealed and next to a busy road - the noise level was hardly any different from sleeping on the street and I handbooks a private room. The mattresses are sunken in, uncomfortable and should be replaced in my opinion. There were no organised activities and absolutely no social vibes at all. Also, the staff spoke no Englisch, which was okay for me, but might be a problem for other visitors.

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones compartidas grandes sin literas, baños grandes, bien iluminado y ventanas por lo que tenía buena ventilacion, todo super limpio siempre. Muchos espacios para estar sola, terrazas, lugares para trabajar, leer...
La cocina podría estar mejor equipada para la cantidad de habitaciones, muchas veces faltaban cubiertos, vasos porque la misma gente se los llevaba a la habitación.

Dirty towels. What's the thing with hiving guests towels with yellow and black spots?? Disrespecting and DISGUSTING!!! Same with bathrooms.. I tried three different bathrooms in the morning and all were thilthy! You must jave cleaning staff with that size of a hostel. This place has 4 floors with tones of common areas and terraces.. but they didn't care to make it comfortable. Though there was one hammock and 3 improvised sunbeds (dirty matrasses).. chairs in the terrace are un comfortable and common areas are missing outlets to charge your phone. Like it's a great building in a great location, but the people who run ot didn't think too much of how to make it pleasant for the guests. Share bedroom was just 4 separate beds.. I prefer the usual dormes with curtains and more privacy.

Destaco la atención de Elizabeth que me permitió dejar mi equipaje durante la tarde y luego acceder a la ducha antes de mi viaje.

Our shower was flooding even on short showers. We told reception but they could not even dry it at the evenings. Nothing else was done about it as well

Tube un detalle y me gustaría aclaralo ya que en ningún momento deje de responder el cel cuando me llamaron querían cobrarme un día más exactamente el dia que yo me estaba retirando. Cuando tubieron varios días para hacer su reclamo o comentario si yo estube mal en algo. Creo que eso se debe aclarar en cuanto uno llega. Y la chica de recepción se puso a discutir conmigo delate de otra clienta PESIMO que hagan eso .no volvería a ese lugar!!!

That was great for privacy and comfort, compared to other hostels I used for a similar price in Mexico. The building is big and there are many options to rest, work, hang out. Internet was also good, which allowed me to have a virtual video interview with no issues.
The shower at the bathroom closest to my room was not providing hot water, but I could solve the issue using a shower in another section of the same floor.

Wir hatten auf unserem Zimmer kaum Internet und mussten immer in eine andere Etage gehen um das Internet zu nutzen. Auch hat das warme Wasser in der einen Dusche nicht funktioniert aber es gab auf unserer Etage eine andere Dusche in der wir warm duschen konnten.

Manque de mobilier dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain, il n’y avait même pas un tabouret pour poser les affaires et le lavabo et les toilettes étaient sales même après le ménage…

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Single bed in a dorm was a first but very comfortable. The location was close to everything. I would stay again.
The receptionist made the mistake of not returning my passport but luckily I remembered before leaving to catch my flight. Other than that no problems.
