Radisson Kingswood Hotel & Suites, Fredericton, NB

Stayed for a night for a quick stopover. Area is right off the highway, we liked that you didn’t have to go directly into town. Check in was quick. We went to the restaurant/bar in the evening and to be honest we felt like we were an inconvenience so we actually left and ate at the other restaurant in the parking lot. We rented the room which was equipped with two queen beds. The beds were definitely more like a double; so I would recommend upgrading to a king room if available. When we woke up in the morning, we were left wondering if we slept in dirty sheets as we found multiple long brown female hair in the bed sheets (no one in our party had this type of hair). Needless to say we were pretty disappointed and would not recommend this property.

Great location, very clean updated room, amazing staff

This is a very quiet hotel. It was nice to over look the golf course. The hotel is clean and very convenient to the hwy for ease of on and off. It is also close to restaurants and shops. We shall stay again when travelling through the area.

Hotel was good, guests maybe not so good. Stepped in vomit on the way to the elevator when checking out.

This place is totally fine for a night's stopover (as it was for us). It's not close to the centre of town, but has adequate facilities. Staff weren't that interested in engaging — assume because it's 'off-season' now.

The pictures of the hotel listing shows a beautiful patio backdrop of a golfcourse. We did not see this at the hotel, possibly offsite. Misleading

Stayed here a few times. Although a bit out of the city center, its an easy drive anywhere in Freddy and the grounds are beautiful, rooms clean, and are staff very good. Highly recommended and will stay again in the future

Room was late - not ready for check in, was not prepared as requested. Compensation was offered but nobody followed up afterwards

Nice place

Property inside and out was very comfortable and clean, however the sink in my room 410 the sink drain was not working, the water was so low going out I couldn’t even shave or wash hands without the sink filling up. NOT GOOD

This place is pretty decent and doesn’t deserve the bad reviews they have been getting. It is an older establishment and decently clean. The breakfasts were fine and not greasy and bad as others rated, far better than a typical Days Inn free breakfast. People complain about the scent but it’s incense and westerners may not be used to it. It may be lit for religious reasons. Location is very good and convenient, walkable to Main Street dining options.

This hotel was very nice. We stayed on our way out East and on our way back. The staff was very helpful when we couldnt get the TV to work to watch the Jays game :)

The coffee and shampoo etc. could have been replaced more when staying three nights.

Everything was very nice

They placed us in a pet friendly room without having a pet and we have severe fur allergies, and there was fur over the entire floor. The entire couch we left with fur on our clothing.

Convenient location not too far off the highway. Has a decent restaurant and arcade on the property for the kids. Staff were friendly and check-in process was quick. We've stayed here several times before and usually come back. Rooms are updated and generally clean, though this time around, the linens were not very well-washed, with lots of human hair all over them. The walls are also thin, and there was lots of noise from other guests overnight (crying baby, people talking in the hallways at 4-5AM, etc.). Would still consider returning, but stay was not up to what we have expected in the past.

The hotel is really nice and the room we stayed in was spacious. The bathroom was bigger than we're used to as well. If you are a golfer, you'll enjoy the views at the back of the hotel.

When I messaged the AI service about more supplies I was told the room attendant would leave more when they checked the room. They never did and I had to go to front desk to get them.

Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a week. Stayed 2 nights, complained about dirty hallways upon check in. Same condition 2 days later. Missing glassware in room. Parking lot needs sweeping and landscaping.

The hotel itself is awesome and we had a great stay. The only thing we didnt like was the onsite restaurant which was severely overpriced and the food was terrible 👎👎👎

Hotel was expensive for what it was in my opinion. Staff were friendly but the room and facilities just felt old and the grout was very dirty and the shower curtain smelled

Th room ac was not working properly and they did not maintence staff on hand and wanted to my family with disabilities to move rooms in the middle of the night. Room was very stuffy and they offered no compensation for the problem because we used Expedia

Les draps semblaient propres mais tachés. De longs cheveux étaient collés aux draps. Nous avons demandé que le lit soit changé. Le service a été très long. Nous avions réservé pour trois dans un chambre avec un lit et un divan lit. Malgré ma demande écrite, les draps n’étaient pas dans la chambre pour le divan-lit. Nous avons dû les demander à deux reprises.

Everything was excellent except the next morning both elevators were “Out of Order”. I had to drag my luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

We only stayed at this property one night. The room looked dated and was missing toiletries when we arrived. We also needed to use the sofabed and when we opened it up, it was full of crumbs and dirty. It was missing linens and we heed

The room was dirty...blood stained on the pillow case, wet towel on the counter...

Beautiful property and super nice room!

The bathtub was dirty and found hair. We also found foreign hair in the bed. On top of that it was noisy outside the room and walls did not protect us from it. Very disappointing for a Radisson. I would have expected more for that price.

I've stayed here a few times and it's very convenient because it's off the highway and has an entertainment center next to it. Classy, comfortable, and convenient

Our room was one of the three rooms on ground floor facing the parking lot. Not pleasant at all. Towels and other amenities (soap, shampoo, body wash) always missing. The service and food at the restaurant could be improved.

The hotel was great. We stayed one night and we were really satisfied, so we decided to stay one more night on the way back from travel. 10 min from Fredericton downtown, and this was one of the best hotel we stayed for the trip ◡̈ Thank you !!

The views and tranquility of Kingswood is immaculate , that's about it. The Hotel surrounding looks nice and fairly okay, But the cleanliness of the sheets,the were stain on the sheets and they were unwashed, bathroom had mould and stains in the sink, the curtains had stains, general room, made it an unpleasant stay. Plus was made to pay the total upfront, which was weird considering they had my credit card details and had also block money for damages. When I finally got to notice all of the above, I them realized, Why. Even had another customer come complain about something being left in their room drawer, which obviously wasn't cleaned properly

Friendly, fast and efficient check-in. The room is a good size and very clean as is the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable.

It was ok , nothing unique by any means. It could use some updates in furniture and televisions. A bit of quality control in cleaning of the rooms would be nice also.

The front desk assigned a room to someone else and they came in at 1am while I was sleeping. The hotel claims they have a problem with the system and it happens often but they haven’t gotten it fixed yet. Clearly someone isn’t doing their due diligence at this property

Nice clean modern hotel. Sam’s Sneads restaurant close by, right on the golf course. We stay at this hotel on our way from Ottawa to Halifax 4 times a year. This hotel is getting to be too expensive for a quick night’s stay.

Staff were great as always, however the bed had hair under the fitted sheet when I pulled the covers back. The bathroom vent was caked in dust and the sink didnt drain properly because it likely hadnt been cleared of hair, etc. This has happened before when we stayed, but the hotel and staff are fantastic. We still love this hotel. Just needs better attention to cleaning

Nice hotel with friendly staff

We needed a hotel near the site of a sports tournament. This was the closest option that was affordable. Our two queen room was $213 CAD which a fair price. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. This hotel is by a golf course and entertainment complex but we did not use these due to our short stay. We were satisfied with this stay and would stay again.

It was fine as always. I was told the breakfast was on in the morning which it was. I was not told there was a charge which surprised me. Not a complaint, just should be told when checking in about the charge.

Dirty room. Hair in both beds . Hair in shower . Hair on bathroom sink area. Floor not swept. Chairs in dining area stained. Pancakes at breakfast raw in centre. Eggs, bacon ham hash browns super greasy. Server at breakfast did not acknowledge raw pancakes or offer any discount.

Nice quit

Kids running up and down the hallways till 3pm! Banging on doors and yelling. I had my son in the room with me who was recovering from a sprained ankle not feeling his best. Had the worst sleep ever. No parents in sight and I asked them to keep quiet and the room only had kids in it. No parents!

Clean modern facilities. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Nice functional yet esthetic bathrooms

Easy access from highway

The add is wrong. The restaurant is not open during the evening for supper and there is no breakfast buffet. When we brought it up, the staff were rude.

Overall good but not impressed that on a Friday night the bartender shut the bar down early so she could go out on a date.. she literally had all her cosmetics in the lobby bathroom getting dolled up calling last call at like 8:30-8:45 pm

Cozy, clean room and friendly staff! I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. Nice place to stay for a family as there is a bowling alley/arcade gaming centre just beside the hotel. Food at the restaurant isn’t bad, the menu is very short but it’s nice if you don’t want to go out.

Our room was super clean. Loved how they left bottled water in our room. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kids loved that there was a super arcade close by. No pool but that made up for it. Only downside is that they don’t offer free breakfast. i definitely recommend

Clean property and room with friendly staff. Kingswood Entertainment Centre is a short walk away which made for a great family staycation.

Loved the wooded area and how open and free the hotel’s property location is . Enjoyed walking our Husky through the trails . Staff were always so kind and friendly to us and our Pet . Grandkids also loved the room and the beautiful entertainment complex next door . Will definitely make this our choice hotel when we return. Thank you Radisson
