Booked the room via booking.com, as stated room is suppose to come with a double bed and a sofa bed, however when I arrived around 9.30pm, there was only a sofa and double bed, when asked host claims they were out of sofa beds. Her first response was you can check out now if unhappy. After discussion, Then she offered a single floor mattress. Host also asked for an additional RM200 for deposit and flooded me with many messages and the complicated process for check in and parking. And additional RM15 was deducted for a parking season pass which I did not use.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025The view was great, the aircon worked well, it was very quiet, and the building felt safe. Switching on the water heater gave plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable. I didn't use the place except to sleep and shower and for that it was fine! Communication was friendly and quick and the man who met us to pass us the keys was helpful and friendly.
There was a mop hanging on the back of the bathroom door, on the same group of hooks where one should hang their bath towel and toiletry kit, so that felt a little less-than-hygienic. The garbage can under the bathroom sink was a repurposed bucket of cement, I believe. I am all for re-using, but along with the mop added to a slightly messier feel. That said, the bathroom seemed clean. They provided one drinking water filter to be shared between three rental units that my family rented. It was doable since we were related, but I am not sure how it would work if their units had been all booked by separate guests.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025It was a great stay for me, homey feel, comfortable, very equipped. Convenient location. Kitchenette was equipped too. (Unit was just like what the host advertised). Will come back again.
Nothing. (Suggestion: Would be nice to have remote control for the air con & a small bedside lamp.. that would be most ideal.. but not critical.. )

Reviewed Apr 14, 2025The shower pipe is broken, water bursting from the pipe and it’s not been replaced yet. Maybe the owner didn’t check or notice about it . Please change. Also please change the towel, it is so hard as it has not been changed since day 1. Other than that the unit is nice .

Everything about the place was not satisfactory.. the air one was sooooo dirty, couldn’t use the Netflix , bathroom was leaking. My host kept reminding me don’t smoke? Both my husband and I have asthma so we don’t smoke. However the entire corridor was filled with the smoke smell!
