Ev sahibi bizi kapıda çok sıcak ve ilgili karşıladı, sanki uzun zamandır tanışıyormuşuz hissi oluştu bizde. Bilmemiz gerekenleri tüm detaylarıyla bize aktardı ve evde de her şey çok düzenliydi. Evin konumu, büyüklüğü, havuzu, manzarası… kısaca her şey mükemmeldi. Özellikle sabah güneşin doğuşu gece de ayın gökyüzünde yükselişi çok çok iyiydi.

Tesiste beğenmediğimiz hiç bir şey yoktu. Tek olumsuz tarafı 2 gece kalabildik, daha uzun kalmayı isterdik.

The service from Demi and her team was exceptional, she was like a proper welcoming host -- now rare on platforms such as these. The small gifts for guests, the clear and effective communication and problem solving was appreciated. The villa itself is a great place to park up in Samos. Beautiful pool and views and kitchen well stocked for meal making. Fresh towels and cleaning service was included, so we had some of the benefits of a hotel, but a spacious villa for our multi-generational stay. The nearby restaurant is great too.

I liked the secluded peaceful location, but that does mean that you do need to hire a car and drive the local roads.

We stayed in the yellow villa here for a week and had a wonderful holiday. The house met all our needs, and the lovely host, Demi, had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. She was always in touch with us before and after our arrival, helping us with everything. There's a lovely restaurant on the beach near the house, where you can enjoy fresh fish daily. A little higher up, there's a wonderful area with an incredible sea view, making it a perfect morning walk. Samos is a wonderful island full of beauty. This house is a lovely, warm home that perfectly suits the island. It was an unforgettable holiday for us, and it's truly hard to go back. We thank Demi for all her help and everything 🌸

De ontvangst, de gastvrijheid, behulpzaamheid en de vriendelijkheid van de host, daarnaast het heerlijke huis met 2 fijne terrassen waarvan 1 met een heerlijk zwembad en altijd 1 van de 2 in de schaduw.

Het enige wat jammer was was dat je de woonkamer waarin 1 van de kinderen sliep niet donker kon maken, waardoor ze elke dag erg vroeg wakker was.

We loved everything about this villa including its remote location in a quiet bay with amazing views and at walking distance to the beach and a wonderful restaurant. It was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed - and of course the wonderful pool and 2 patios to change between to be in the shade. Demi was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and seemed very caring about us as guests - and we would be happy to come back to stay here again.

Although wifi was provided, we had minimal to no coverage from the wifi and area network and were mostly offline - a great opportunity to be present in the moment in each others company, but would not book if connection is important, unless upgraded by the host.

Zwembad was top! Villa was heel schoon en goed onderhouden. Hele vriendelijke ontvangst en attente eigenaresse. Ik was op zoek naar een paar dagen een wat rust en comfort. Dat had ik zeker gevonden. Fijne badkamer! Ik ga niet klagen over het bed. Ik ben zelf bijna 2 meter. Dus ik heb dat probleem eigenlijk overal in Griekenland. Heel fijn strand om de hoek met leuke strandtent.

Ik was op de hoogte van de ligging. En ik had een auto. Zorg voor eigen vervoer. Geen minpunt mar rekening mee houden.

The house was very clean, and when we arrived there was a bottle of wine in the fridge and a freshly made cake. The furniture and appliances were very practical and clean, and there were more than enough towels provided. It was very comfortable for four adults and two children

The location was on top of a mountain, which was challenging for us, especially when returning at night. Other than that, there was nothing else I didn’t like

Beautiful serene villa (we were in Yellow Villa) situated on a hilltop with both mountain and Aegean Sea views, front and back balconies and a private pool! Very clean, nicely decorated with modern updates! Close to Livadakis Beach and Amfitriti Restaurant (Agia Paraskevi Beach). You need a rental car to get to and from downtown Samos for groceries etc. Host Demi is very responsive, a pleasure to communicate with.

Nothing, the place is lovely! There aren't restaurants within close walking distance, but we were ok with that. Plan to prepare some meals in the villa.

Demi was my absolute best host so far in my life. She is a genuine host who is professional, and sincere in her relationship. I can't thank her enough as she almost immediately replied my messages with concrete solutions. Her welcome cake was awesome. The house is well equipped with a great view. The only thing that you should be careful is "rent a car" since it is very hard to commute (even for a supermarket). Demi always supported us with taxi booking however it is not a place to stay for long without a rental (in my opinion). I was very pleased with my holiday, and it is highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place! The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful owner. She was always available on WhatsApp to answer all our questions and provided guidance even before our arrival. She offered great tips on what to see and how to spend our time on the island. We were also greeted with the nicest welcome package we have ever received, and we've visited many similar properties. We won't spoil the surprise for others, but it was a delightful touch that made our stay even more special. The villa is located in a secluded area, far from any towns or villages. This is something to consider if you’re not renting a car on the island, as reaching the villa can be challenging without one. However, the peace and quiet in the surroundings make it the perfect place to relax, with no tourists around. The surroundings of the villa are wonderful, filled with blooming, fragrant trees. The villa itself is very pleasant. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained with the daily cleaning of the pool. The kitchen is equipped with the basics—plates, glasses, pots, and pans. The property provides towels, both for the bathroom and the pool, which is a nice touch.

One downside to note is the absence of a washing machine and dishwasher, which might be inconvenient for longer stays.

The location, the setting and the comfort level of the house itself were all excellent, but the personal touch and helpfulness of Demi and her mum really made this holiday so special. This included birthday surprises, instant communication and cake 🥰

low on basic supplies; no sugar; WiFi was good; smart tv is small and not that smart.

The villa was nice and clean, very spacious. The bathroom was lovely. We loved the welcome we had from Demi and the delicious cake. The location is very quiet, but we liked that. Samos is a stunning island, well worth visiting.

The pillows were a bit thin and hard. It would have been great to have some basic stuff in the kitchen, salt, pepper and oil. We didn't cook much but to make some eggs in the morning. The pool stained our swimsuits yellow.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub an einem ruhigen Ort, abseits der Touristenströme. Wir wurden toll betreut und waren noch nie so froh über die bereit gestellten Sachen wie Zahnbürste, Duschmittel, Kuchen, Wasser usw. usw., denn wir mussten die erste Nacht ohne Gepäck in der Villa verbringen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Il villino si trova a Nord-Est dell'isola di Samos, a 9,2 Km dall'omonimo capoluogo. Bella stanza matrimoniale, sala grande con divano-letto e cucina open space. Fuori è a disposizione degli ospiti una piccola piscina (ma bella fonda, con temperatura acqua controllata (credo), ottimi spazi per rilassarsi in letture o cenare all'aperto. L'ubicazione non è centrale nell'isola, ma i posti che abbiamo ritenuto più interessanti sono tutti a 40 minuti max di auto... e comunque (volendo) in meno di 2 ore (71 Km) si arriva dalla parte opposta dell'isola (ma non credo che possa interessare). Luogo ventilato, spiaggia bellissima (Livadaki Beach) a 8 minuti di strada sterrata, con music-bar e lettini in omaggio... ottimo ristorante Amfitriti (ed economico) a 2 minuti d'auto.

The house was beautiful. Very close to two great beaches, and a cute restaurant. The Island of Samos has alot to offer. Demi, the person coordinating our stay when above and beyond to make sure of our comfort. The pool and place were great! One thing I would advise is to pick up some provisions/groceries prior to getting there as the closes place to get items is a little bit of a drive, but you are 15 minutes out of downtown Samos/Vathy. It really is a little paradise!
