Friendly staff and boutique type modern design.

Our room had a persistent stale odour, could hear talking coming from the next room and could hear the bell from the lift throughout the night.

The price was reasonable .

- Super noisy ( room facing the highway). Dunno why no one mentioned this in their reviews.

So easy to reach and quiet

Great location if you’re planning to go to any of immersive clubs in Bangkok. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk to Elysium, which is why I choose to stay here. Also a nice little gym, and bar area upstairs

Selection of food on site was limited but not a big deal

Location to Praram 9 hospital is great. It's a 6min walk to the hospital Very convenient Shower was strong and the linens comfortable Staff were really polite and nice.

The staff were very friendly. The location is near to night market, clubs and local sites

Sauber, bequemes Bett. Annehmbares Bad, nettes Personal. Der Gymbereich ist relativ dürftig, jeder der aber mit Freihanteln trainiert ist bis 25kg abgedeckt. Schöne Sicht, auf der Straßenseite. Trotz direkter Nähe zum Highway(15m) durch die isolierten Fenster überhaupt kein Problem. 7/11(BESTER LADEN JEMALS) in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Lage ist leider unterirdisch, unter 30min(mindestens)mit dem Auto, kommt man nicht zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wobei der Verkehr einen großen Anteil daran hat. Bahnstationen sind leider auch nicht fußläufig. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht gezielt einstellen, bis auf die Temperatur, allerdings hat sie relativ schnell gekühlt was aber mit dem Problem einhergeht, dass man sie, sollte man nicht krank werden wollen in der Nacht ausschalten muss.

Ben hotel staff sympathique, il n'y a rien à redire mais en face d'une autoroute sur 2 étages donc impossible d'aller vous balader à pied, il vous faut impérativement un véhicule ou taxi/grab, belle salle de bain, wifi bon si vous devez travailler Y'a un resto chinois à l'arrière de l'hôtel que conseille

L'emplacement mais je suis à pied donc ceci explique cela sinon je serais bien restée

The hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The reception team and all the staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

Отличное место! Приветливый и отзывчивый сервис. Отель выглядит новым и свежим. Номер чистый, без посторонних запахов. Большая кровать, удобный матрас. В номере несколько вариантов освещения, можно выбрать свой уют. Окно номера была на сторону проезжей части, при этом в номере не шумно, спать не мешает. И шторы плотные, не пропускающие свет. Можно спать без беруш и маски

Из минусов – в номере нет предметов гигиены. Для меня это не проблема, я имела свои, но учитывайте это при выборе.

Staff great and friendly. Rooms great quality and comfortable beds. Fitness suite has decent equipment. A bit far from main attractions in the city. Will have to take taxi as there is no train station within walking distance

This hotel has very nice view on the top. The staff are polite. A meeting room is also available. It also has a restaurant and a bar for relaxation.

I didn't have any issues with any aspects of my stay.

I loved this property great location. Close to everything without being in the middle of a busy city. Lots of local things to experience

The kitchen closed the day I arrived. The kitchen was only open at night for the rooftop.

Like the rooms and comfort and location is preferr d for us as we goneouth or airport a lot after visiting, not to far from shopping on taxi and easy to sirpt like I said when done - 20 Mins on car .

Little noisy if on 5/6 Th floors if rooftop bar busy and not raining .

Great place good find, lovely front desk everyone happy and want to help beat they can... Enjoyed it there and only 200 bhat to gonpoaces like iconsiam or Siam pargon for the hussle and bussle of shopping.

At 5 and at 7 at night there was an alarm two times and I couldn’t sleep since then

A great small boutique hotel and very handy if you are visiting the VFS UK passport centre nearby A lift takes you to a well appointed room with a large shower bathroom. Good amenities,spotless bedding and clean towels. Pleasant and helpful staff. A very good and fair priced rooftop bar for drinks and food and look at Bangkok from an elevated view . Very reasonably priced hotel with car park for downtown BANGKOK

Cute boutique hotel. The rooftop wasn’t available during my stay. It’s also on a very active street close to the highway so it was pretty hard to walk around. Not much around tbh. But it was just a hotel I stayed I stayed at for 1 night before my flight.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip last minute so didn't actually get to stay at Zazz, but the staff and management were super helpful with my booking and refund. I'll definitely be rebooking with Zazz again when I can reschedule another trip

It is close to major hotel and comfort by car or taxi. Anytime check-in has shown on the marketing information. Air Con and Shower are comfortable enough for short stay or Hop In, Hop off purpose. This hotel can direct to Suwwanabhum Airport, Samutprakarn area with one taxi, not connect to other road line.

The anytime of check-in is not real, they will charge you extra as other hotel. Therefore, no difference with other hotel. If you have no car rent, you may have a difficulty of getting elsewhere. However, car park is small, so you have to book in advance.

Absolute great staff, helpful team, the room and whole hotel was clean and tidy . Price was great.!

The location was ok for the business that we had to do.

Terrible the American breakfast was low standard cheap low quality small goods and uncooked egg. It was not a American breakfast. My wife and I were given the nosiest room ,road frontage

The place was clean and the staff member at the reception was very helpful. She let us check-in early and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

Not the best location, but there is a 7-Eleven and few other shops within 100 metres.

The location is excellent, next to the noise area, the cleanliness is excellent, all the workers are professional and solve any problem for you in a timely manner, especially the reception staff, everything is Excellent 👌

Breakfast is very poor and needs to be reviewed.

Rooms are comfortable size and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is affordable. Grab to the city center was approximately 300 baht. Included pickup from the airport was well organised and timely at about 30 mins from airport.

Music from nearby club could be heard in early morning. The driveway was blocked for repairs during our visit, so had to be picked up and dropped off on busy road outside hotel. 30 min walk to nearest MRT station. The shower in our room had uneven floor level, so water ran out the door instead of the shower drain.

It’s clean place.

You can listen every thing from your neighbour rooms, very hard to sleep 🙁

Excellent nights stay , spotless, very friendly staff , very clean, very comfy bed, excellent hot powerful shower, you can order food from reception, only stayed for the one night due to this being near to where my family live, location is a bit out the way but excellent for a stopover night whilst on the move.

There was no free ice, restaurant was slow in orders and service . Rooftop bar was not finished . Booking.com over priced me by $10, I did not ask for a connecting room that was more priced .

The hotel is good clean , easy can order any taxi to transfer around Bangkok not far from center of city and not far from BKK International Airport , Staff are friendly have car parking , good wifi , good TV program , thanks
