Reviewed Sep 3, 2026It’s just the location near to the city centre. Other than that nothing else
1. I couldn’t sleep. The room was dirty!!! The floor was grainy. Small Cockroach in the bathroom. Bugs on the bed. Mosquitoes at night. I can upload pictures if permitted. Air condition was so noisy. In short, I didn’t get enough sleep and rest. 2. I arrived at 1330hrs. No receptionist to welcome, only the housekeeper will open the door who doesn’t speak english. Check in at 2 pm, only then the receptionist arrives and unprofessional. The receptionist desk was inside the laundry area, horrible! 3. The shower room drain was blocked. It took time to drain completely. 4. The location is near the city area, but I will not choose this accommodation again.
