L'architecture de la bâtisse les petits croissants le matin était très bon

. Au prix qu'on a payé la chambre, je trouvais que c'était ordinaire il y avait de la poussière sur la base du lit sur les cadres. La TV fonctionnait pas bien

Pas grand chose. C'était le seul hôtel le plus près de disponible pour notre activité.

Le lit était trop mou, la chambre était petite, le climatiseur faisait beaucoup de bruits, il y avait des mousses de saleté sur les murs.

Les gens qui étaient sur place pour nous aider sont vraiment très gentils et très serviables! Ils nous ont donné un excellent service!

L’établissement est très ancien et manque clairement de modernisation. Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement simple. L’expérience globale pourrait être nettement améliorée.

L’endroit n’est pas vraiment sur un beau site et les vitres de notre chambre était tellement sale qu’on avait de la difficulté. À voir dehors.

Qu’on nous charge le prix de la nuitée alors que booking.com avait déjà été payé pour cette nuitée

base de lit en bois, entreé du stationnement tres cahoteux surtout pour voiture sport, tv marchait pas, air climatisé a deux pieds du lit, pas de micro-onde et frigo dans la chambre. la chambre quand meme assez propre par rapport au reste de l etablissement.

It has a lot of charms. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Price is decent and the breakfast is included. Location is great. Parking is great. Host was a little hard to understand at first but was still very nice. Weird that he greeted us at 3pm, was still there when we came back at midnight and was also the one who checked us out the next morning when we left at 11am. Aren’t there any laws in place in Canada to protect workers from working so many hours in a row? Very strange…

Shower and sink drain seemed to be clogged. People were really loud in the room across ours. There was a weird tobacco odor in the second room of our rental which we did not use at all. But we also did not appreciate not being able to lock the doors of that second room which seemed to have an access to a staff room.

Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Front porch on a major road but a park across the street. Heritage building so lots of wood and stone. Easy to get to amenities but not alot within walking distance. Heard some wonderful music at a summer concert across the road.

Felt like being at home, breakfast was very good. Very unique!

Seule point qui pourrait etre à ameliorer: la présentation du déjeuner. Les ustensiles et assiettes en carton font bas de gamme par rapport à la qualité de l'établissement. Aussi, le jus marque sélection pourrait etre mis dans des carafes et non laissés dans leur boîte originale. Il pourrait aussi y avoir une plus grande variété de viennoiseries.

Through some kind of deal, we had one of the top floor rooms, which were just so opulent and amazing that we felt like royalty.

I missed the cafe and restaurant. The meals used to be amazing. Now there is a boring continental breakfast.

Older property, owners are very much concerned about their guests comfort. Our room had a new mattress. Continental breakfast was available and fresh and sufficient.

There was no closet, no drawer space, no storage, no luggage stand - just two hangers and hooks. The lighting was inadequate at the desk and near the two shelves. is

Love the old quaint look with modern amenities, rooftop terrace, outdoor hot tub (freshly cleaned), and continental breakfast. It's cozy and quiet.

The adjoining room connecting our suite did not have a lock on the inside door (inside our room). This left us feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable, with a fear someone could enter from the other side while we were sleeping. We were informed that was not possible because they have to be unlocked by them. I recommend a chain lock on the inside for guest to feel safe. We put our daughter in the Queen room, while we took the double (not ideal) and set traps to be heard if the door should open during the night.

Enjoyable stay. Quiet. Good bed. Breakfast was cereal juice coffee toast croissants etc. parking great at back. Safe.

Very old building which adds to the nostalgia. Small rooms, somewhat uncomfortable beds and the heater cannot be on at the same time as the hair dryer (I found this out the hard way). You have to be very quiet moving around the hotel as your footsteps are loud. Small town and not much to do at all. However, I would stay there again. The owner was very polite and kind.

The breakfast was continental which was adequate including fresh croissants. Also, the coffee was fresh and very good. It would have been nice to have a little more fresh fruit other than apples.

The room smelled like sewage and the toilet could hardly flush. The mattress needs to be changed as it seemed to be old.

Overnight stay after flying into Montréal. Check in was easy. Room comfortable & clean. Good breakfast. Easy to find off the 10 highway.

Waaay overpriced. Should be 50% of cost. Old, worn furniture. Old beds. Bathroom needs full refurbishment. Dust bunny under chair leg. Could be great with major renovation, and then prices would be justified… but now, absolutely overpriced

Quaint old building

Needs to be updated as it seams to be stuck in the 1980’s. Unfortunately it no longer has a restaurant in it. That would be good if it did.

I love the history of the town it was quiet and quaint . The people in the town were very friendly and personable .

Built over 250 years ago the building appears solid and comfortable.

Really great, comfy place to stay! Its feels cozy and we had everything we needed. My only con was the bed wasn’t very comfortable but as one expects when it’s not your own.

Older building renovated into hotel. Rooms were very clean and quaint. Exterior needed upgraded renovations due to building age and structure. Has good potential but upgrades and required. Has a very good location and potential. Bed was ok but again upgrades needed. Room was ok not furnished for comfort.

The check in process was easy

I enjoyed our stay at Manoir Ramezay. The building is picturesque. Each room (we rented three) was not spacious, but large enough, and each was charmingly decorated with wood accents. The breakfast was ordinary (I don’t like those wooden utensils) but I didn’t leave feeling hungry. There was ample parking and a ramp to roll luggage up - so much more convenient than stairs. Not generic, but not superior either.

This hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was super friendly and polite. The rooms were all individualized and very cool. Great restaurant around the corner. Spoke English & French.

The owner is an amazing host. The royal suites are top notch.

The room was clean but the service was terrible, the lady at the front desk did not go out of her way to make us feel welcome at all. We asked if we could check in early as we drove through the night from Ontario ( little over 8 hours) to attend a military graduation and notice an empty room on the way from the back parking lot, she told us that she didnt have any rooms available when we had just seen one. Then asked if we could at least use the handicap bathroom near the front desk so we could change our clothes and freshen up and again she said no. We left very disappointed. During our supper with the family at around 6:00pm, she calls us asking for payment to keep our room or she would give it to someone else, so because everything was booked in Saint Jean sur Richelieu and we needed a place to sleep we paid it over the phone, unwillingly, and to add to the check-in your websits states 11:00pm. When we got to the hotel that evening around 8ish, the room she gave us was the empty room we saw in the morning. We will neved stay there again not because the hotel was not nice, only because of the lady's lack of customer service, and unfriendliness.

Overall is good. Place is not new but clean. AC is a bit loud. Owners are really trying to give a good service.
