一樓有廚房和客廳，還免費提供小零食和泡麵(當然這會含在住宿費用)，原本是加分項，但因一樓有客房，公共空間限晚上9:30前使用，感覺有和沒有是一樣的，建議既然要提供公共空間，一樓不要有客房比較好，因光在廚房洗個東西就被一樓房客提醒隔音不好請小聲。
