Amenophis Hotel

Immaculate Cleanliness: The hotel was absolutely spotless, which we really appreciated. Exceptional Hosting: The owner is incredibly polite, professional, and never pushy. He personally ensured everything was perfect. Location: Very tranquil. We loved seeing the Hot Air Balloons over the nearby temple every morning—the kids loved watching them land! Convenience: Two great restaurants and two convenience stores are just a short walk away. Value: Simple but tasty breakfast to start the day.

The hotel is simple, so don't expect "big resort" luxury, but for us, the peace and cleanliness was a perfect match for Luxor and an excellent place to head out to our adventures.

I was very welcomed by Mohamad, the owners son. I had a good size 2 bed room with a balcony that you could see a temple and the air balloons taking off from a beautiful green field. The room was clean, with towels, soap, and a hot shower. Breakfast was delicious with tea, fresh bread, fresh cheese, yogurt, and honey. I’m very grateful to have found this Gem for my Luxor visit. I will definitely be back here.

Excellent choise for people who like to stay away from the noise of the city in the evening. Great view overlooking Habu temple, a genuine highlight on the west bank neglected by the big travel companies. Great night sky. Even dinner served in house on demand. Very kind reception by the hosts. Hotel frequented by archeologists.

shower head disfunctional

Freundliche Gastgeber.

The staff was attentive and willing to help, the location is very close to many sites, felt safe, Food is great!

the facilities are a bit rundown, and our door didn't lock (or I couldn't get it to lock), organization is very hands-on and organic so sometimes things are miscommunicated

Friendly family run hotel ... They made every effort to ensure all my needs where met.... Located in a nice quiet area few minutes walk from the wonderful Habu Temple.
