Ok

Location

The bathroom of the room that I got was not so clean

Senang..tepi jalan

Dekat, senang nak assessment, kedai makan byk..DIY, dobi pun dekat

dekat dengan semua tempat menarik

ruang parking agak bersepah sedikit

Will come again

5 mins away to pasar payang, not bad , room was quite small but not bad. Room was clean not dusty .

The bed sheets were clean but yellowish. The toilet was clean but smells if the airconds were off . But alas wasn’t bad a good opt for a sleep in only .

The location is good

My room 412 is dirty. I found tissue & sock under the chair from previous guest. The toilet also dirty. Parking also limited in front of the hotel.

All good, clean, nice smell, near to town

Lokasi yg menarik, mudah akses

Pintu bilik air, susah nk tutup, mcm tersangkut.

Quite good for that price range

Mattress a bit sink down in middle and aircond not so cold even though setting lowest temperature.

bersih dan selesa

Very big Bathroom

toilet not so clean with mold everywhere, air conditioner was not cold at all. no wonder got standing fan in the room. the room odor was not pleasant.

1. For RM220, the family suite at TY Hotel is big and comfortable. However the price is higher than advertised in Booking.com. 2. The shower and toilet have good water pressure. 3. Parking is limited in front, but there’s extra space at the side under cctv supervision. 4. The staff are friendly and helpful. 5. Located near to Pantai Batu Burok and Foodcourt

1. The sink water pressure is weak but still bearable. 2. Parking in front fills up fast. 3. The reception area is hot because the aircond isn’t switched on. Plus, the space is narrow to accomodate several check ins in one time. 4. The WiFi is unstable — sometimes it connects, sometimes it disconnects.

Parking, the area provided were so scary esp at night. Should make it clean, more lighting. Aircond also not so cool.

Recommended! Very nice and comfortable

Good..bilik bersih cantik 👍👍

the mattress has stained on it. the lamp in the bathroom blinking. too much dust

Bilik bersih, selesa, staff baik, harga berpatutan dan lokasi strategik

Easy to park, near to food eatery, near to town

Nothing

The staff was helpful. When I want to add on a room, they did not mention that walk in price is cheaper compared to order online. Thus, it gave me an ick.

When I want to add on a room, they did not mention that walk-in price is cheaper than online. Thus, it gave me an ick. Plus, they only tidy the room ONLY IF REQUESTED. If we didn't ask about it, we wouldn't know. For the same price, I could get better room

Room is spacious, can repeat the same hotel next time

The bathroom floor a bit slippery, and there was incident of no water supply to the room that we have to notify the staff.

Location is good. Room is so clean. Amenities is acceptable.

One of the light is out of service. No Smart TV. Normal channel also not really workable as some of the channel is too blur, some channel got picture but no sound.

Clean and big space the staff also good 👍🏻

Nothing

Interrupted water supply at 9am when we all getting to take bath.. waited for almost 1 hour then we just check out. Date checkin 01 May.

Room is clean and tidy. All equipment was fully functional.

The pillow is hard and not comfortable.

nothing

It was very clean and comfortable

Didn’t expect the car parking facility. Too close to main road. If too many travelers parking would be a problem

Clean, good location.

Staff are friendly and helpful.. location is strategy...I like it, shop n restaurant just near by..

1. Toilet door already broken when I enter the room 2. Towel n room smell musty 3. Water pressure is low
