Otel mükemmel hizmet çok iyi ama trivagoda otelin havuzu ve otoparkı gözüküyor ama ikiside yok ..

Görsellerde havuz var, inanmayın. Resepsiyonda bu durumu sorduğunuzda çok normal birşeymiş edasında "biz koymuyoruz yaa, site kendisi otomatik koyuyor gibi" enteresan bir cevapları var

Otele giriş yaptım ve sizin göndermiş olduğunuz formu olumsuz olarak değerlendirdim., O gün odam temizlenmedi. Gerekçe olarak kapı önündeki düğmeye basmamamış olmam gösterildi. Otel de 16 oda var ve çoğu boş. Bence kasıtlı olarak odam temizlenmedi. Odaya her gün ikram edilen suyu bile koymamışlardı. Odam meyhanelerin bulunduğu sokağa baktığı için sabah kadar gürültü vardı ve küfürlü konuşmaları gece boyunca dinledim. Tuvaletlerden ağır koku geliyor.

Hesaplı ve marmaray Kartal durağına yakın bir konumda butik bir otel.

Es roch nach Zigarettenrauch und wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten sondern wurden downgraded, so dass wir ein kleines zur Straße hin ausgerichtetes Zimmer hatten. Uns wurde garnicht geholfen sondern nur gesagt, dass Expedia nicht aktuell ist und daher solche Falschbuchungen zustande kommen.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was clean and descent size. Most importantly the location is fantastic

Bei der Umgebung hat man nur Streitigkeiten und Drohungen in der Nacht gehört, weil es umzingelt ist von Nachtclubs. Für Familien überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert..

Yeri Marmara’ya 5 dk çevresinde barlar var ama otel çok iyi çalışanlar da öyle, otelde unuttuğum şarjımı 1 hafta resepsiyonda tuttular sağolsunlar. Çok memnunum yine tercih ederim

In the booking I was told I’d receive a welcome gift, free drink and free mini bar. I didn’t receive a welcome gift or free drink and the mini bar in the room was completely empty and was off. It states late check out but I was told by reception staff that late check out is at 12 but this is the normal check out time for most hotels.

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Sadly, there was NO parking provided. Had to pay for public parking.

This is a hotel for 1 night stand, that's it's main purpose!! Stained and ripped off bed sheets! Coffee at breakfast is instant coffee and really poor choice of food, only boiled egg available! Loud music EVERY NIGHT untill 1 am at least from pedestrian street. During check in I was given access to a wrong room. Staff almost does not speak English. Room sizes are much smaller than advertised here: a studio is 30 sq m instead of 54 as advertised.

The rooms were clean, the neighborhood was lively, there is the railway line right next to the hotel which is convenient for transportation but you should expect some noise which is a bit downside.

Magnifique hôtel, Très propre, très calme, personnel hyper sympa, A 150 mètres de la station métro KARTAL, Proche de tout

There are two buildings belonging to the hotel. The pictures from the website did not match the room we were given. Had to complain to get them to change to the room we were supposed to check in to. Also, access to cabs is terrible at this location as the taxis cannot pick up and drop off from the front of the hotel. Would not stay at this hotel nor this location again.

Sehr nette personal und service, wlan war nicht so in Ordnung. Sehr schöne Umgebung , man kann jederzeit essen gehen und die Bars haben zum teil live musik gehabt .Sehr gute transport Möglichkeiten . Also wir empfehlen weiterm . Vielen Grüße

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel in Kartal. Nachts etwas laut. Frühstück ausreichend. Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an einer Marmaraystation (Bosporustunnelbahn quer durch Istanbul) in einer gut infrastrukturierten Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich (spricht nicht immer Englisch). Der Fahrstuhl macht bei jedem Tastendruck ein Quietschgeräusch - lustig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft und Umgebung ist echt toll. An reisende mit dem Auto müssen beachten, dass nur öffentliche Parkplätze verfügbar sind. Ich hatte Glück, dass ich jedesmal vor der Tür stehen konnte. Ansonsten ist es ein echt tolles Hotel. Obwohl es weit vom Stadtzentrum liegt, bietet Marmaray eine schnelle Verbindung zum Zentrum. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Für ein paar Nächte gute Unterkunft Frühstück könnte besser sein bin von der Türkei besseren und vielfältiges Frühstück gewohnt Personal an Rezeption könnte auch freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein

İçi yeni dizayn edilmiş ve güzel dekore edilmiş ancak temizlik vasatın altında, daha özen gerekli. Banyoda sızıntılar var onarılmalı. Konum idare eder ancak demiryoluna yakınlığından aralıklı gürültü oluyor. Kahvaltı idare eder.

Hotel close to metro station. And if someone talke in the next room you can hear everything.

駅が目の前にある。桟橋が近くて島に簡単に渡れる。ホテルの周りは猫だらけ。

The room was clean which I really cared about. The personnel is helpful. But there are some cons: The hotel is located on a street where there are couple of taverns/pubs. If you're visiting in the summer time, taverns are playing (soft) music from the speakers set on the street for the people sitting on the outside tables. And it goes on until 2 AM in the morning. Closing the windows of the room doesn't help if your room is facing to this street. Remember to get earplugs. There were lots of mosquitos waiting for me as the windows were open (to freshen the room from the cigarette smell)... It wasn't a pleasant stay in the end but economical.

Very good hotel, the staff are very good and next time I will stay there again.

Oda sayısı az olan nispeten butik bir otel olduğu için kahvaltısı ortalama, çok zengin bir açık büfe yok ve bu durum anlaşılabilir. Çok yakınında eğlence mekanı olduğu için geceleri biraz gürültülü. Onun dışında oda temizliği konforu vs. oldukça iyi.

Odalar gayet temiz ve kaliteli kısmi deniz manzarası var arkada kalıyor. Beğendim. Tavsiye ederim. Ulaşım kolay personel saygılı. Sorunsuz ve mutlu bir ziyaretti.

Tarif et emplacement intéressant mais déçu de la propreté. Chambre humide, plafond détérioré par l humilité, fenêtres cassées...

Für diesen Preis nicht zu klagen. Ort ist sehr zentral, vorallem keine 5Minuten vom Marmaray (Zug) entfernt.

Şu ana kadar yaşadığım en berbat otel deneyimi. - Otele girişte kartımdan 2 kez ücret çektiler, 3 gündür iadesi için sürekli arıyorum, maalesef henüz sonuç yok. - Verdikleri kart oda kapısını açmadı, 4. kattan tekrar lobiye inip değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. - Koca otelde namaz kılabileceğim 2 metrekare yer yokmuş, sorduğumda resmen suratları asıldı - Odada yatak yanından zorla geçilebilecek kadar bir mesafe var, yatağa sürtünerek ancak yürüyebiliyorsunuz, o derece küçük oda. - Banyo havlusunda yumruk kadar delik vardı. Yer yer sararmış ve yıpranmış. - Odada minibar var, içi bomboş. Sadece üstüne (dışına) 2 tane pet şişe su ve plastik bardak koymuşlar. Yani soğuk içme suyu bile yok. - Wifi var diyorlar, inanmayın. Kaç kez denediysem de bağlanamadım. - Sigara için gösterdikleri teras zifiri karanlık, bir tane ampul koymaktan imtina etmişler. - Check out için resepsiyona indiğimde görevli çekyatta fosur fosur uyuyordu, gözünü hafif aralayıp kartı oraya bırakabilirsiniz diyerek uykusuna devam etti. Özet olarak inanılmaz kötü bir konaklamaydı benim için, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Apart from a poor breakfast i liked almost everything.

Not really clean room, plugged shower cabin with broken door... for my request to fix it I was offered to do it by myself Really poor breakfast But the worst experience - money were stolen from my purse, which I forgot in the room and manager of the hotel did literally nothing to help, even didn’t show up there.... Run away from this place!!!!

Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about my well being. Loads of restaurants in the area and a short walk away from the seafront. Recently restored with all in good working order. A 20 minute taxi ride to Sabiha airport.

Comfortable room on 5th floor with terrace. Smelled a little musty at first, hot better with AC. Plentiful breakfast in owning. Many places to eat around, from touristy restaurants seaside and more local and smaller places s fed streets in. We only stayed one night but would not hesitate to go back.
