Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The bathroom had a lingering odor. Additionally, while the booking stated that an iron and hairdryer were provided, there was no hairdryer in the room. The iron was located in a common area outside, which should have been clearly mentioned. Furthermore, the staff called to remind us to check out exactly 30 minutes after the deadline, even though we were still in a meeting. Most hotels are more flexible with a 30 to 60-minute grace period and aren't quite as pushy about rushing guests out.
