Great location. Front desk staff were amazing.

Service at the restaurant was abysmal. Waitress was rude and wanted to do everything other than be there and help. We got up and left as our food showed up as she threw my plate down on the table. Never experienced anything like this in my 46 years on the planet.

Our car broke down just as we arrived at the lodge. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They let us keep our car there until we could get a tow. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had good and tasty gluten free food options. They had a mix up on our order but made up in service and quality. The hotel grounds and surrounding area are beautifully kept with flowers and landscaping. Nakusp is a beautiful little town. Having a major car repair on arrival made our trip disheartening but the lodge and staff made our trip better with their help and service.

Location is near the lake and a gorgeous walking path.

The price was outrageous considering what we got. It was last minute on a long weekend, but it seemed way off point.

Location was excellent close to all restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the in house restaurant was good quality food. The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous wonderful experience.

The bed was not very comfortable could use an upgrade. Rooms could use a fridge this would be a nice touch. We have noticed that a lot of hotels are not providing a fridge with the premium room pricing we would love to have are fridge's back.

I had never been to Nakusp before and this place seemed convenient. It was a nice room, happy to have the ground floor as well. Front desk was super friendly and they were the only ones on my 5 day road trip in the Okanagan/Arrow Lakes area to offer ice at checkout. :) Attached to restaurant which was convenient. Close to everything but this is a small town :)

This is more of a 'paranoia' on my part so please forgive this comment. I noticed signage which said to not leave valuables in cars, which is not a bad thing to put signs up for, but implied that there were break-ins in the past, and maybe no security on site. I'm sure it's a generally safe place but the signage gave me pause for a few moments. At no point did I ever feel unsafe, so this is a really minor thing :)

Very noisy and disruptive guests on second night, a few rooms away but still super noisy and rude. Told desk clerk when checking out, she didn't care at all.

Good location near shops and the promenade near the lake. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Mix up with our room apparently the Lodge’s computer’s fault. Another guest walked in on us in our room. He’d been given the same room! We had to repack and change rooms and no help was offered by the staff. A small discount was offered after I asked for some compensation.

Great location

The location is on the main street with adequate parking. Nakusp is a compact town with a great lakeside walk which is to be recommended as a local resident maintains the flower gardens that you walk past. Our motel room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We did not eat at the restaurant as we have relatives living in the town who entertained us so cannot comment but the menu looked interesting. The staff were very welcoming and on departure we were offered coffee to take away.

Fantastic location in the centre of Nakusp. Modern hotel with a restaurant on site. Very clean and modern bathroom and the most comfortable bed I have had during my trip. Parking available behind the hotel. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Ideal location in central Nakusup, coupled with friendly staff and clean, well-laid accommodation, makes for a pleasant visit. Considering the central location and parking in front of the rooms is surprisingly quiet. Although parking can be crowded, we found a space close to our room. They offer dog-friendly accommodation, as for beforehand.

Literally everything! They gave us ALL the information we needed. Super friendly staff everywhere! Amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

The toilet was not built for men. Too low to the floor, and water level too high. Not nice.

Felt safe, clean, and walking distance to everything. Free parking but busy lot. Restaurant and bar onsite. Alcohol shop onsite. Good quality toiletries for bathing. Room and bed felt clean.

Rooms have the little machines for coffee tea but would be better if lobby offered fresh brewed coffee and hot water. Those room machines are always questionable and bad taste, so I don’t use.

Der Superior Raum war grosszügig, sauber und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet.

Kühlschrank und anderes Gerät, waren in der Nacht recht laut. Leider nicht mit inkl. Frühstück möglich.

Sauberes, sehr gut klimatisiertes Zimmer, gut gelegen, obwohl Nakusp so klein ist, dass da wahrscheinlich alles gut gelegen ist. Ein schönes ruhiges Motel, (wenn denn alle Gäste verstehen würden, dass nicht jeder um 6 aufsteht). Wir hatten zu zweit ein sehr weiches Queensize-Bett, was völlig ok war, weil so hat man die Bewegungen des anderen kaum wahrgenommen.

Ein Kühlschrank hätten wir gut gefunden, aber am schlimmsten empfand ich den Geruch des Zimmers, das wohl mal ein Raucherzimmer gewesen sein musste. Scheinbar wurde das Zimmer dann einfach nur neu gestrichen, der sich daraus ergebende Geruch hat mir persönlich Kopfschmerzen bereitet.

Fantastic location in Nakusp. Room was recently refurbished and it was wonderfully clean and comfortable. We appreciated the bedside electrical connections on both sides of the bed that were easily accessible to charge phones, watches etc. The AC was working perfectly on the hot days we were there, and thankfully not noisy at night. Parking for our motorbike was available right near our room, which was perfect for us.

This is not a hotel dislike, but noting this for other visitors to Nakusp. There is only one restaurant option for breakfast in Nakusp that opens at 7am (not at the hotel). The other 7 restaurants open at 11am or later and these don't have breakfast menu items. For anyone staying longer than one night, breakfast might become a challenge. There is a Save on Foods that opens at 8am for those that are able to self-cater, but that is not an option for hotel guests who are in rooms without kitchen facilities.

The location of the Lodge is great right in the middle of town so you can walk anywhere you like.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

Room was small, tv was very little and the bathroom fan and light were on same circuit so you couldn't use the bathroom mirror without a very large noise from the fan that you couldn't talk over even in the tiny room.

Nice area, loved the sents of the soaps and lotion.

No microwave. Insulation between floors wasn't very good, could hear the thumping of the guests above us.

Restaurant- At the time of ordering the waitress informed us the hood fan in the kitchen was down so the only item that was available to eat was prime rib which is fine but the cost was $42/plate, we felt forced to pay a substantial amount for something out of our control.

Very accomodating front desk staff willing to provide little things like tea kettle and travel advice. Restaurant bar and patio were all convenient and staff were equally friendly. Rooms (we had two) were clean and comfortable. Older property but very well kept in a central location. Would definitely stay again.
