Bästlandia Apartments with Sauna, free parking and Wi-Fi

Utmärkt städat, underbart med bastu, trevligt att bo i en lägenhet. Det fanns wifi och TV med TV kanaler.

Utdragningen av sopkorgen under diskhon var trasig, det fattades en pastasil och inget dushsskynke/ skydd mellan dusch och toa så hela golvet blev blött när man duschade. Sängen var alldeles för mjuk.

Ihana pieni yksiö. Löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Sauna oli huippujuttu. Sängyt todella hyvät ja omistaja ystävällinen. Iso ilmainen parkkipaikka melkein oven edessä isommallekkin autolle ja kauppa lähellä. Myös kiikut ja hiekkalaatikko lapsille melkein suoraan oven edessä. Paras yöpymispaikka tällä reissulla. Omistaja toi avaimen sovittuna ajankohtana ja yhteydenpito sujui todella hyvin. Täyden kympin paikka.

Sangen er helt forferdelig

A neat and well-appointed modern studio apartment in a convenient location for an outing to Raippaluoto/Replot and the interesting Kvarken Archipelago. Good communications throughout and smooth pick-up of the key, though from a surprisingly distant supermarket location around 5km away. Convenient parking on site. Comfortable beds, if a little on the soft side for my taste. The electric sauna was a nice bonus. Otherwise very quiet, but some traffic noise through the open balcony door.

This was the second time we booked that apartment. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There's also a sauna so that you can relax after a day full of adventures on Kvarken. Unfortunately, the train broke down, so we arrived late. I would like to thank the apartment manager, who met us at the railway station, handed over the key, and kindly gave us a lift to the apartment, as we did not yet have a car at the time. The washer was also helpful, as this time we came for a longer period.

It would be nice to have a few more plates and cups than we had this time. The apartment has a dishwasher, which was mostly useless; with only a couple of plates, there's no reason to run it. We had to wash them manually.

Mukava asunto, jonka pehmeissä vuoteissa sai hyvät yöunet! Ilmainen pysäköinti, hyvä sijainti, joustava saapumisaika ja avainten tuominen asunnolle olivat plussaa. Viestintä oli myös erinomaista ja saimme nopeasti yhteyden majoittajaan. Pidimme kaikesta, mutta siivousta voisi vielä tehostaa, se lisäisi viihtyisyyttä.

Het ophalen van de sleutel verliep moeizaam met wachttijd en onzekerheid. Keuken onvoldoende uitgerust. Geen keukenhanddoek! Niet echt een vakantie plek.

Sänky oli liian pehmeä

Oma sauna on harvinainen asia ja se kannusti valitsemaan tämän majoituksen. Talo on varsin siisti uudehko pienkerrostalo matalasti rakennetulla alueella rannan lähellä. Asunto itsessään on perussiistissä kunnossa. Huoneistokohtainen ilmanvaihto on itse säädettävissä tarpeen mukaan.

Asunnon suunta on tielle päin mistä aiheutuu vilkkaaseen aikaan liikennemelua. Sängyt ovat kovin pehmeät, joku tykkää niistä ja joku ei. Lemmikit asunnossa on kielletty joten asunto sopisi allergisille mikäli tekstiilit pestäisiin ja asunnon siivous suoritettaisiin täysin hajuttomia aineita käyttäen, nyt pesuaineen haju tarttui vuodevaatteista omiin vaatteisiin.

Trevligt boende, enkelt att hitta. Bekvämt med parkeringen.

Nöjd med allt, men min rygg tyckte inte om den mjuka sängen.

Lätt att parkera, sköna sängar, bastu och skön dusch.

Trånga parkeringsplatser, vi har i och för sig en stor pickup.

Bewertung: Das Apartment ist funktional eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, und ein Parkplatz ist inklusive. Besonders positiv: die gute Schallisolierung sorgt für Ruhe.

Es gibt nichts negatives

Lage und Waschmaschine

Heizung mechanisch defekt. Bettenrost müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Lärm bei jedem Wasserverbrauch.

Struttura confortevole, lontana dal centro ma vicino a spiaggia e bosco. Ideale per rilassarsi. Ottima la sauna. Facile il ritiro delle chiavi nel locker del vicino supermercato.

Materasso troppo morbido

Yksinkertainen siisti huone perus välttämättömyyksillä.

Durante un viaggio itinerante per la Finlandia ho soggiornato presso questa abitazione privata. L'appartamento è completo ed in buone condizioni generali. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato per chi come noi viaggiava con autovettura al seguito. L'ubicazione consente di raggiungere a piedi il centro città, con diverse attività commerciali nelle vicinanze.

Letti singoli molto morbidi che tendono ad infossarsi al centro. Sistema di areazione abbastanza rumoroso e vicinanza di strada. Area della sala da pranzo con scarsa illuminazione. Sarebbe utile, per il pieno utilizzo della sauna, lasciare le istruzioni per il corretto funzionamento ed i tempi necessari risultando le due manopole presenti sul sistema per il riscaldamento consumate ed illeggibili.

Moderne Einrichtung, Klimaanlage und Sauna!

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Betten doch etwas zu weich.

Excellent apartments with a sauna, which is especially excellent after a long trip. Dishwasher and washing machine available. Beds are soft and superb!

The internet connection is extremely slow - about 10 megabits/s, but it was great to have it anyway!

Basic but complete apartment with kitchenette, seating area and sauna.

The accommodation lacks a personal touch.

The ceiling lighting was not very bright, and one had a cover missing. The information on Booking.com shows air-conditioning, but we did not find any. We stayed in one of the other apartments last year and wanted to try this apartment this year. There is a patio, but no furniture on it. Overall, it is okay.

. + private electric-heated sauna right in the private bathroom; + balcony, perfect for resting after sauna and cold shower (depending on outdoor temperature of course but great in mid of June); + reserved parking spot free of charge; + calm neighborhood an hour walk from city center; + very quiet despite a road and a bus stop just few meters from the windows; + ventilation system controlled from the kitchen hood also quiet and probably with heat exchanger; + it seems there is a central heating with several radiators too but we did not use it; + blinds (great for white summer nights); + nice, clean and large fridge; + 4 hobs and an oven, microwave including the plate cover, electric kettle, coffee maker and filters, perfect; + dishwasher and even the tablets - very useful and practical as there are several sets of plates and cutlery - just beware not to close the water (small lever on the kitchen-sink tap); + dishwashing liquid but unfortunately no sponge; + table and 2 chairs; + another 2 armchairs in front of the huuuge TV and a small coffee table; + fast internet connection both WiFi and RJ45; + 2 single beds with probably 10" mattress and a 2" memory foam cover (a bit soft for us but we got used to it while travelling across Scandinavia); + washing machine but unfortunately no drying rack other than some kind of towel hanger on the balcony which is always in shade. There is another place to put your laundry in front of the building (next to the trashbins) but is in shade too and taking into account how often it rains... + heated floor in the bathroom; + small hygienic shower next to the toilet with hot water (turn the wash-basin faucet on and press the lever on the shower); + walk-in shower with properly working thermostatic faucet;

nothing serious :) - very little lighting in the room, the most powerful probably being the kitchen hood light, also LED bulbs incompatible with the dimmer that blink and make buzzing noise; - as usual in Finland, a bare minimum of manuals and instructions and even that only in Finnish & no pictures ... ¯\(°_o)/¯ For example: * you are requested to remove rubbish on checkout but not told where to put it (the semi-closed room in the small building in front of the complex and the apartment key fits the door) * levers and switches with no labels which seem to do nothing, but suddenly the dishwasher wouldn't start or there's no hot water...

This is not a close to city center, however it's good location if you have a car or bicycle. The food market is in 2 min walking distance. The sauna was really nice bonus and the location is really quiet.

There was some delays to get the keys in a short term reservation. Own car or public transportation is more or less needed.

Apartment has access to pristine nature, wonderful surroundings, bus station right in front, dedicated car park spot. The apartment has everything needed to stay comfortably, utensils, laundry, refrigerator, and a balcony facing the main road. Don't forget to enjoy the sauna while you're there.
