Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I would not recommend staying here after a serious security issue during my stay. I left my room with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed on the door, and when I returned, the sign had been taken off and left on the nightstand — my makeup and personal items had clearly been moved around. The room had NOT been cleaned, no new towels and the bed was NOT made, so this wasn't housekeeping doing their job — someone entered my room and disregarded my privacy. The WiFi was so bad I had to find somewhere else to work so I happened to have all my valuables with me and nothing was there to be stolen. This a serious safety and privacy failure. I contacted the hotel directly via email about this and received no written response but approached by a man on the stairs telling me he saw my email and asked me "be honest, was anything taken?" and that the manager would reach out.. still hasn't. On top of that, the elevator is sketchy and rarely worked while I was there, floors dont appear to be cleaned - the soles of my brand new socks were dirty after wearing with out shoes in the room, the man checking me in was very rude stating that I "seemed desperate" when I asked if early check in was available. If you're considering this hotel, save yourself sleepless nights and the headache and stay somewhere else...

The double room is not suitable for two people, especially if you have luggage. I would advise against booking here as the photos don’t match the actual place. Poor customer service as everyone you go to the desk it’s a different staff member. They wouldn’t hold our bags even though they said they would at check in, so we had to pay extra for baggage storage at another facility last minute. We also didn’t have power for most of our stay, which was very hot in such a tiny room. Please be weary before booking. It’s not worth the price!

Reviewed May 31, 2026Bu otelin en büyük artısı konumu.
Kesinlikle check in kısmında yer alan personelin, misafirlere kibar olma konusunda eğitilmeleri gerekiyor. Önceden böyle değillerdi çünkü.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Buena relación precio calidad, bien ubicada.
