quit and clean in very good location in front a Mall

nothing

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The on-site parking is spacious and easy to access.

The room had a noticeable dusty smell, and the bed sheets had an unpleasant odor. The bath towels had multiple red stains, and although I reported this to the front desk and the staff member even took photos of the towels with his phone, they were never replaced. The room also lacked basic amenities such as slippers and tissues (tissues were available only in the bathroom). In addition, the shower temperature was extremely difficult to control, making it hard to maintain a comfortable and consistent water temperature. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to basic guest amenities were well below the standard I would expect from a Hilton property.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. A special thanks to the bellmen, Enayat and Ansari, for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding assistance. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their excellent service and look forward to staying here again.

I was upgraded into suite, which gave more space to set, the pillows were so comfortable I was aftaid that I will not have a comfy sleep, it was great.

The AC was not working when I first came, maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The suite rooms are separated I need to go out to reach the other room, better if it was connected.

The reception staff And he made me late checkout because i came Late from a road trip

No valet parking No one takes the bags to the rooms Ac sound was very bad and loud

Absolutely clean and well kept. The entire hotel was clean and our room was very clean too. Compared with some of the hotels we had stayed recently in Europe/UK, this hotel is superior.

Some times the reception staff seemed little self indulgent and not very customer focused. Again, considering the entire experience, it is a great hotel.

I ordered room service. The food was delivered almost an hour after ordering and it was not fresh at all. It looked like it was the left overs from yesterday. I had a stomachache after eating it. And it was super expensive. I don’t recommend room service.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the hospitality was outstanding. I truly appreciated the complimentary fruit basket and the free breakfast, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mohammed and Hamad for their warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional service. They made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Muy buen hotel personal muy amable

Me dieron una habitación para fumadores

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made my experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Taif and Hams for their warm welcome, outstanding hospitality, and professional service throughout my stay. They truly made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!
